Recensioni: I purchased a coffee machine from these people 6 years ago, now I need a part, they are not selling to me. They are telling me I need to buy the part from a authorized dealer but they have no authorized dealer in my region!! I am willing to pay them, I have the parts lists, I assumed all the responsibility, but they say no! They don't even offer a solution. How could businesses like this do international business?
