Ad maiora viene da dire parlando di Fabio. Nell’epoca in cui tutto può essere considerato arte, il mestiere del tagliatore di capelli forse è un’arte vera. Da sempre. E Fabio un artista.

L' atmosfera nel salone è super accogliente, merito dello stile d'arredo e della selezione musicale. Fabio, il proprietario è davvero disponibile e attento a rispettare le richieste dei clienti. A mio giudizio, altra chicca che riserva è la presenza di prodotti biologici certificati italiani presenti nel salone. Non abito vicinissimo e non è super comodo da casa, ma quando decido che è il momento di pensare ai capelli, so che posso scegliere soltanto Rasoi Hai Jazz. Una garanzia :-)

Rasoi Jazz è un posto tanto singolare quanto professionale e comfortevole. Lo consiglio a chiunque, anche chi non è di zona che ci metterebbe un pò di tempo ad arrivare perchè vale assolutamente la pena!

Definitely a five-star experience! After much research, I'd booked an appointment ahead of a month-long trip to Italy. It can often be tricky to find hairdressers that cater to my hair type in certain parts of the world. Fabio was incredibly accommodating and I was booked in with Stefania who was just as brilliant as my hairdresser back home, and with no guidance at all! The vibe is cool too with smooth jazz playing in a very relaxed environment. I left happy and would certainly go back whenever I'm next in Florence. Grazie mille!

Visto che i pregi sono più o meno presenti nella maggior parte delle recensioni, evito di dirvi che il jazz che mettono ti fa sentire a casa, il soppalco ti conquista appena entri e l'arredamento lo vorresti in casa tua per quanto è semplice e avvincente. Per non parlare di Fabio, che è riuscito a spiegare meglio di quanto io stesso avrei potuto spiegare cosa volevo per i miei capelli. Voglio invece sottolineare l'unica pecca che ho notato. Il rasoio elettrico per la finitura del taglio: la sensazione era quella di un trincetto che ti raschia la pelle. Inizialmente pensavo fosse a causa della mano di Fabio ma poi ho capito che era proprio l'attrezzo sbagliato. Il mio suggerimento quindi è quello di sostituirlo con un altro o, ancora meglio, con la cara classica lama. Nonostante questo, ovviamente, il posto merita le 5 stelle.

This place is truly an answer to prayer. Speaking as a student that's currently studying abroad in Florence, this barbershop is the best throughout the entire Tuscany region. Trust me when I say this, you will be 100% satisfied with your new haircut.

One of the best barber experiences I have had. I am not native Italian and can’t speak the language but they were very accommodating and knew exactly what to do with my hair. I showed a few phots and the result was a fantastic hair cut for both my brother and I. Will be back!

Don’t bother if you don’t speak Italian. I tried to learn hair cutting words before going in, and that still did not help. I’m very unhappy with my cut, and they refused to fix it free of charge. CHOPPED RIGHT INTO MY HAIR. It looks terrible, the worst it's ever been, and now I have to spend the whole summer with Edward Scissorhands hair. I really regret the whole experience. Just don’t do it. Go somewhere else where you can actually communicate with the staff. Maybe you’ll come out alright if you’re Italian speaking, but I certainly didn’t and am very upset every time I try to style this “cut.”

As an update to this review, since Fabio left the comment that it was my fault that I was upset, it's frankly really not. I went to Rossano Ferretti in Rome last year, and it was the best haircut I've ever had in my life. I take pride in my hair and work very hard to maintain it. I couldn't make it to Rome/Parma/Milan/New York, so I waited a very long time to have it cut again. I went to Fabio because of all the good reviews, but this was a mistake. I tried to ask him to please follow the original cut, just taking off the split ends and some of the length, leaving the original layers without thinning it out too much. What he heard, because he doesn't really speak English, and I don't speak enough Italian, was "don't do too many layers," but that's not what I asked for. I wanted him to follow the original cut, which I also said several times. Instead, the result is incredibly bulky and heavy toward the bottom and flat on the top, no matter what I do to it. Basically, if you want something specific, don't go to him. I wasn't asking for the moon, only something as close to my original cut as possible, which really wouldn't have been that hard, since the shape was already there. I've had this confirmed by hair dressers in the US (you get what you pay for, essentially). Fabio did do a good blow out though, which is why I gave him two stars, and I would have given him 5 if he'd offered to even try to fix it without charging me again, even if the cut wasn't quite as good, but that did not happen, hence the two, but now I'll drop it to one, since he blames his clients for his bad work.

While vacationing from California I decided to get my hair cut and highlighted. I found Rasoi Hair Jazz and I must say I couldn’t be happier with my results. The stylists work so well together and Fabio is excellent! I just wish I could take them back to California with me!!!

Non so mai che dire. "Li" vorrei che riflettano chi sono e, allo stesso tempo, mi facciano più bello, più interessante. Semplici da gestire e non appariscenti, ma che mi facciano notare. Alla moda, ma fuori dal tempo.
"Si, ma corti o lunghi?"
Ma che c'entra, non è quello. Non lo so.

Fabio, detto "il maestro", artigiano e dominus di Rasoi Hair Jazz, invece capisce. Sa già tutto: ti guarda e sa. Mentre taglia i capelli, ti offre anche il caffé, mette musica che neanche sapevi ti piacesse (e invece ti piace da morire), ti fa sentire a casa.

Io un salto ce lo farei, fossi in voi.

Incredibly friendly and welcoming people! I had been trying for years to get a color that would approach my natural ash brown, but it was always coming out reddish. Fabio gave me the perfect color back in 2016, and I have been going there since. The vintage decor, the coffee they always offer, and the jazz playing in the background make your time there very pleasant.

My hair cut gone wrong in France and needa to save it big time for my engagement shoot in Italy . Thankfully the stylists speak English and we are able to communicate to save my head ! Thanks for saving engagement photos Rasoi hair jazz !

Questo non è un parrucchiere bensi IL parruchiere migliore di firenze. L' atmosfera jazz mentre si aspetta è veramente rilassante. Il proprietario è molto professionale ed è un artista nel tagliare capelli. Mai avuto tagli di capelli così belli e di stile... grazie Rasoi Hair Jazz!

Barba e capelli fatti benissimo, personale cordiale e accogliente. Prezzi nella media. Un posto dove rilassarsi e farsi coccolare. Consigliatissimo. Cosa non da poco non occorre fissare mesi prima per un taglio.

Nice place to have a fine cut. Nothing extremely special, but a nice trendy place, nice barbers and a good taste of music.

Un incontro piacevole in pieno centro di Firenze...un ambiente rilassante e nello stesso tempo informale, ottima la colonna sonora infarcita di jazz e non soltanto,
ma comunque lontana dalle solite musiche new age e commerciali tipiche delle catene di parucchieri e dei centri di bellezza etc etc.....
Ma e' a mio avviso il rapporto qualita' / prezzo, la vera ciliegina sulla torta, visto il trattamento artistico e professionale del proprietario Fabio Velotti e del suo personale prevalentemente cosmopolita.

Esperienza alla Sweeney todd. 35€ taglio + barba per poi ritrovarsi il collo in queste condizioni. Dulcis in fundo, hanno commentato dicendo che evidentemente il problema era la mia pelle, evidentemente troppo delicata. Sconsiglio vivamente.
