Ужасная компания, забронировали через сайт. По приезду в офис оказалось что машины нет и они стали выдумывать причины чтобы не дать машину. То карта не такая, то уже 2 карты нужно, то дебетовая а нужна кредитовая. Возврат денег ещё не получили в течении 10 дней. Попробуйте SIXT

Reserve un auto a través de la aplicación, tuve un problema con la tarjeta de crédito y por ende no pude pagar el monto con tarjeta pero no me dejaban abonar ni dejar una garantia en efectivo. El recepcionista nunca se solidarizó para encontrar una solución. En la terminal de trenes de Roma son sumamente mal agestados y no te solucionan nada. No alquilar con esta empresa. Por algo tienen esta mala reputación.

PESIMA la atencion.. El empleado de esta mañana en el europcar de termini de Roma, solo veia su telefonito y NUNCA se ofrecio a ayudarnos con nada. Si no hablabamos italiano,no contestaba ni siquiera en ingles. Pesimos. No lo recomiendo.

Per tutti coloro che hanno intenzione di prenotare con europcar consiglio di rifletterci. La mia esperienza è stata negativa ed ancora non è terminata. Mi hanno addebitato dei costi sulla carta di credito di cui ancora non conosco il motivo. Ho provato a chiamare ed inviare mail ma nessuna risposta. il servizio telefonico non funziona. Vi terrò informati. Adesso capisco perchè le recensioni sono tutte negative... un record. Neanche i peggiori fornitori di telefonia hanno delle recensioni cosi negative.

Avoid this company at all cost! THE WORST rental experience in my life!! My rental car stopped in the middle of nowhere in Toscana area in the late night. Called the emergency service and arranged towing truck. Called them numerous times and waited long time to get the car towed. Then we ordered and paid for a taxi to Florence, which was about an hour and half away. I had to book any available hotel in Florence for the night. Next day, I visited Florence Europcar office and asked for reimbursement for the taxi and hotel in Florence. They told me to contact customer service by email (they don’t take phone calls). I emailed all the receipts asking for the reimbursement. Two months later, the customer service emailed saying it’s all drivers fault and can’t be reimbursed. How am I supposed to know what issue the car has? How is it driver’s responsibility to maintain the cars sitting in their garage? This has ruined my whole trip and schedule. Including all the cost, I spent about 1,200 Euro for renting this garbage car for 3 days besides all the time spent in frustration. I will NEVER rent from them again.

Varios pontos positivos e negativos.. 1) entregaram um carro sem documento e fiquei 13 dias com ele assim... 2) embora tivesse pago antecipado no Brasil, não localizaram o pgto e tive que pagar de novo... demorarm 3 meses para estornar a cobrança em duplicidade. 4) Os atendentes estavam com enorme pouco caso.....me tratando como um estorvo....

리뷰 꼭 읽어보시고 절대 이곳에서 빌리지 마세요
차량렌트할때 사진 비디오 전부다 촬영했고 기름도 있었던 만큼 채워넣었고 차량반납하는곳에서 일하는 사람한테 이상없다는 확인서도 받았고 모든것 커버되는 보험에도 가입했었고 더러운거 싫어서 더럽게 받았던 차량내부도 직접청소해서 반납했는데 3개월후 아무런 연락도 없이 마스터 카드에서 45유로 빼갔네요.. 액수가 크진않지만 기분은 상당히 나쁘네요
물론 다른곳도 상황에따라 같은 일이 발생할수도 있겠지만 그래도 이곳은 무조건 피하고 다른곳을 선택하는 것이 좋은 방법이라고 생각합니다.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST, THEY ARE THIEVES.

Rented a vehicle from them for 9 days which I returned back at the naples airport drop of point, now due to the time frame of our flight there were no fuel station open for us to refuel the vehicle, mind you vehicle was just above half tank.

on our return home I checked my bank statement to see that they had charged me 264 Euros ($412aud) for 22 liters of fuel.

Meaning I have been charged close to 12 Euro per Liter, in which world does this make sense.

it has honestly been a horrible experience and will never recommend or use Europcar again.

No tuve problema ni para coger ni dejar el vehículo, eso sí, me quedó una cazadora de piel en los asientos de atrás, no es que lo crea, la cazadora iba allí, con las prisas de coger el tren para el aeropuerto se quedó allí, el mismo día pusimos una reclamación, no respondían, al cuarto respondieron que no había nada en el coche, no pedía que me la mandarán , sino que mi hija en 20 días pasaba a recogerla pues se venía a España, pero nada que allí no había quedado nada, alguno le gustó y se la quedó, la compañía debería investigar si es habitual ese comportamiento o tuve yo la desgracia de que un sinvergüenza se manchara en una cazadora, lo dicho no olvidéis nada por si os pasa como a mi.

almost the same to return the car and 140 eur debited on my card for a sign on the right side (not even a scratch on the painting, bur a marker trace, most probably already there).

On the day of my rental, I called 5 times to let them know I was going to be late, and was never able to get through to a person. When I arrived, they told me that my vehicle was not available and I was forced to re-book with a more expensive vehicle class. The new price was much more expensive than my original booking. At the end of my rental, I returned my vehicle after-hours (full tank and a couple of days early), so wasn't able to get an invoice at the counter. The final price charged to my card was 40 euros more than the estimate. Now, 2 months after my return, I have just been charged an additional 45 euros with no explanation. I just sent a complaint to Europcar to attempt to have the extra charges refunded, but even if they do, it's still a 1-star company.

Rented the car only for three days beginning of October, took the premium insurance because it was our first time renting a car. When we went to the counter you had to take a number and the wait in total was over 1 hour! It seemed that most people were waiting for Europcar though, other companies didn’t have such a long wait. Quite a few people in line before me were sent away quickly, turns out they didn’t have a reservation, they - like me - were waiting for an hour. I think it would make sense to let people know they don’t have any more cars available and only take reserved customers or call all customer with reservation first, just like when you visit your doctor, you know.

The car was nice, size we wanted and clean – no complaints there. When we picked it up in the parking garage they quickly handed us the keys and waved goodbye, said: “don’t worry even if you come back with a dent it doesn’t matter” as we had the premium insurance. Once we returned the car the guy immediately went to the front left wheel to say there are some damages, like he knew it was there before. It was some tiny scratches in the wheel rim and they wanted us to sign for the damage, said anyways we wouldn’t be charged for it. Luckily my friend took many pictures at the time of pickup and the scratches were there before. They asked us to write it in the form and now I can confirm they didn’t charge extra. We assume they knew about the damage and wanted to push it onto someone with the 100% insurance like ours, so they can put it in their system.

The booking process was easy, car was all good, but would definitely rent from another place than Roma Termini next time, cause it seems quite busy and most staff doesn’t seem to like investing their time in questions.

Car rental return is at ES Park Giolitti Roma Termini (actual address is Via Giovanni Giolitti, 267). It’s a multi level parking, you go inside and grab a ticket and then go up to the 7th floor. There there are ppl to take the car. You can then take an elevator down and ask an Uber to pick you up from Via Giovanni Giolitti, 267 and take you to your hotel or Airbnb etc. Super easy.

Beside my request for a regular gas car they gave a diesel car that I had to fill with DEF liquid in the middle of the trip. When I advise their agent at the airport return desk he asked me for an invoice in the name of Europcar, a simple gas station receipt was not enough. What a joke. So he decline any refund. Total time to pick up the car was almost half a day for my total Italy trip of 4 days. My car was not ready upon my arrival. The first car they brought after an hour and a half was smaller then my reservation and in bad shape. Disgusting! I refused it saying I want the same size car that I reserved. They made me wait another hour to get another car. When I sat in the 2nd car I found the engine light on, they say don't worry go, I said no. After that they were not happy. After another hour couldn't take it anymore I was very upset and start raising my voice, the manager showed up finally after many request and I had an argument with him, finally I get the car I got beside it was deisel it was smelling bad inside. Their goal seems to be to give the worse shape car they have, because I had to drop it off in Treviso not at the same location. What a shame. Imagine all this time in the garage of Europcar not a place to sit neither air conditioning nor water. The heat was like 38 degrees, maybe more, during the crazy heat wave. Needless to say my wife and 2 young kids don't wanna hear anything about Europvar neither Italy anymore. Never again.

I had a terrible rental experience at Europcar Rome Termini. I will post below my letter of complaint to the company outlining my experience. It was emailed to both the Italian & Australian head offices, the response from the Europcar Italy was not sympathetic or acknowledging of the complaint, however Europcar Australia were very good. When I returned the vehicle to Rome Airport, the level of customer service was exemplary, thus proving that the office at Rome Termini needs a major overhaul and lessons in customer service and what’s expected by a reputable hire company.

I’m writing to complain about my recent experience with Europcar at Rome Termini Railway station on the morning of 31st August 2019. I was due to pickup a Fiat Talento van at 10 am.

Due to the high volume of other customers, and only one staff member on the counter until 1020 am, it was not served until after approximately 1030 am. After I was served, I was to to proceed to the vehicle station located 500 metres along the street, on the 7th floor.

When I arrived at the car pickup station on the 7th floor, I was told that the vehicle was down stairs in the street. The supervisor then said one of the other staff members there would take me to it.

When we located the vehicle,it was parked in between two massive potted trees. The staff member just handed me the key, and walked off. There was no walking around routine.

The outside condition of the vehicle was disgusting. The vehicle had not been washed externally. When I opened the sliding door, a pile of fast food containers & rubbish feel out. Every single seat, in both the drivers cabin and passengers cabin had dirt and dust all over. The drivers seat has a large stain on the seat. I don’t know whether this fluid is from drinking coffee or other bodily fluids. I almost get the impression that the vehicle was being used by homeless people given its condition and amounts of rubbish and smell inside. This is absolutely unacceptable. I proceeded back to the Europcar railway Termini office to speak to a manager.

Once at the Termini office, the staff there were unable to help me, except to call the car detailing team at the car pickup station, and ask for the vehicle to be cleaned. I was instructed to return to the vehicle, and so then proceeded back to the vehicle.

Once back at the vehicle I waited 10 minutes for someone to come downstairs . That didn’t happen, so then I had to return back up to the 7th floor.

There I was told it wasn’t possible to clean the van. I suggested they had better come down and clean it in the street if possible.

Two men were sent down. I watched them clean the vehicle, but all they did was collect the rubbish, lightly hand wash the outside, and then walk off. I called them back and suggested they vacuum the inside, to which they replied it wasn’t possible. They then left.

Again I had to return to the 7th floor. After 20 minutes of trying to get the supervisor to do something, he finally asked one of his staff to collect the vehicle and bring it to the 6th floor.

After a further 15 minutes, the van was brought up, and two men proceeded to wash the van. Again, I had to ask that they vacuum the vehicle. It was still dirty, especially the dashboard area. They refused to do anything about the large stain on the drivers seat. As I had now spent the best part of 2 and half hours trying to pickup the vehicle, and I had to be in Lucca before 5:30 pm, I had to leave. I had to return to my hotel to collect my luggage and my fellow travellers, as we are a party of six.

Please be assured, this is the worst rental experience of my life, as I regularly rent vehicles all over the world, and mainly in Australia for both leisure and work purposes.

Tenia miedo por todas las reseñas que había leído,..
Nos atendieron bien y rapido,la recogida del coche es algo liosa por el follón que se monta allí dado que hay muchas casas de alquiler en ese garage.
Nos lo entregaron rapido y bien.
He de decir que el coche no es que estuviera cochino,pero no estaba todo lo limpio que debiera.
El deposito no estaba lleno y el chico lo apunto en el contrato.lo deje igual y ningun problema.
Ahora resulta que lo entregue una hora mas tarde y me cobran un dia entero.
Esta bien, si no fuera porque le pregunté al que le entregué el coche si todo estaba correcto y me dijo que si..3veces se lo pregunté y la misma respuesta.Si me tienes que cobrar un dia mas dimelo y decidire si lo devuelvo o me lo quedo ya que lo he pagado.
Ahora reclamar por emeil y ya se sabe lo que pasara.
Todo bien hasta este suceso.
Muy mal por parte de ellos no decirme que me cobraban ese dia por entregarlo un poco mas tarde.

ITS A TERRIBLE SCAM! We rented a car with the possibility of changing the dates and times for free. We supposed to pick it up the car at noon and we went at 6pm. We called 12 times the day before to change the time and no one picked up. We called in morning, afternoon and evening non stop but noone was there to pick up the phone. When we arrived the told us our car (that we rent with 4 months in advance) wasn’t available anymore and force us to rent a much expensive car. When we ask for the consumers right papers to write a claim, the girl there Jessica told us they don’t have any!!!! She just gave us an email for our claim. We wrote an email and didn’t get any answer. TERRIBLE SCAM.

I've booked and paid for one car, then received information that my reservation is not confirmed. OK, it happens.
So I've booked another one (and paid again) - now with succesfull confirmation. I was supposed to pick up BMW at 8am but there was nobody at the desk at that time.
After ca. 20min somebody eventually showed up just to tell me that there is no BMW or even similar car for me, but if I want to I could pick up a FIAT 500X with a 10 euro discount...
OK, I really needed some car so I agreed. But the lady at the desk gave me a contract agreement in which I was asked to sign a written confirmation that I have already inspected my car. Since I hadn't even seen it at this time I refused to do so, and asked them to show me the vehicle. Lady has rolled-over her eyes and told me to go to the different building (7th floor) to see what's what.
After short inspection I noticed several scratches and that a car was dirty inside (it was just returned by some family). I've shared that with the lady at the desk and she just wrote a small remark "there are scratches".
To my question about why the car is dirty she replied that her colleagues have told her that it's clean.
- "But I've got pictures showing that's not true" - I said.
- "Then you can send those pictures to the customer service" - she replied.
I had to cancel the whole agreement. The overall effect:
- completely wasted almost 2 hours
- plans for the 1-day trip ruined
- almost 700 euro blocked on my account (1st reservation which was not confirmed by europcar, 2nd reservation and deposit - all the funds were unclock after one week).
Eventually all my funds were given back, however I've lost money on my 3rd party car insurance which could have been canceled if anyone at europcar would have bother to inform me that there WAS NO CAR which WAS CONFIRMED in my ALREADY PAID reservation!
That was my first and hopefully last experience with Europcar.

Alquilé un auto en Roma Termini, fui a retirarlo, a las 10 decía el contrato, me comenzaron a atender a las 11:50, para iniciar la documentación, por lo que no tendría el auto antes de las 12:30, debía estar en Puggia a medio día, se lo dije a la persona que me atendió, le pedí cambiar la fecha o la hora, el jefe se negó. Hice las gestiones con Easyterra que es la comercializadora, investigaron y concluyeron que retiramos el auto y lo devolvimos al día siguente, Completamente FALSO. Deberían saber con qué gente trabajan.

Tried to argue with me about the car size I 'needed' so they could charge me double, then wrote in the paperwork that the car had a full tank (the lot is half a mile away and they did NOT designate any specific car for me). The actual car I got had 3/8ths of a tank and that's what the guy in the lot said to return it at, so I did and they charged me 50 Euros for not returning it full. If you're using them question/record/take pictures of everything because they'll do what it takes to get every dime they can over the 'deal' you get renting from them online.

Authentic thieves.
They are all smiles until the fine arrives.
They let you know that they will charge you the management to inform you about the fines. First they write you an email informing that the fine has a cost of 45 EUROS!!
They provide you with an information / claims email where you can complain, but they never answer. Days later you see a charge on your credit card of a cost of 92 EUROS that is not the fine.
IT IS THEIR COMMUNICATION COST that you were previously informed that was 45 EUROS...

Europcar Rome are unscrupulous thieves.
In 2018 my son and I hired a car from Europcar Rome [near Central station] for a few days. Upon returning the car, Europcar Rome noted a few pre-existing scuffs and demanded additional payment. We explained that the damage was pre-existing, refused to pay extra for this scam and approached the manager. Upon explaining the situation to him in detail he personally noted that no further payment was required in his own handwriting on the invoice. I retain the invoice.
Nine months later a debt collection agency is demanding payment of $AUD 600+.
Do not deal with this company they will 100% rip you off.

I was 'upgraded' from an audi down to a fiat with my knowledge and charged me for it. They also charged me for roadside assistance which I had already paid for. Никогда и ни за что не бронируйте машину в этой компании. Мы забронировали Мерседес и рассчитывали по крайней мере на машину примерно такого же класса. На предложили Тойоту. Повозмущавшись мы все-таки согласились и на это (пик сезона и найти машину было невозможно), но менеджер как оказалось уже закусила удила и потребовала платиновую карту. Либо машины у них не было либо они просто обиделись на нас, машину у них мы так и не получили. Пришлось переплачивать в три раза и брать в другом прокате. Держитесь от этих аферистов подальше. Рим ж/д вокзал.

Staff were friendly, yet we were told the car was full. When we picked it up, it was just driven (with spinning tyres) onto the exit driveway of a multilevel carpark. So naturally cars were starting to line up, we were given the key and basically had to hoping an drive off quickly. No time to check the car and when we got out we noticed the car was only 3/4 full.

Хамское отношение сотрудника при оформлении машины. Не консультирует, не подсказывает, вообще сервис ноль. Странная ценевая политика, при оформлении у них на стойке цена 80 евро, на сайте 40. Сказал что депозит вернут сразу как зададим машину. Оказалось офис в аэропорту работает по графику и рано утром некого не было, машину не кто не принял, изначально не поняли что делать. Увидели только надпись, "ключи от машины оставьте в вот этом ящике. Во время оформления машины в офисе возле Термини мы спросили у сотрудника какая процедура возврата авто. Он ничего не обьяснил, мягко говоря отморозился. Депозит ещё не вернули, жду.

I returned the car at 19:30. It was already time, they must to park the entire rented car.
it's located on the 7th floor of the building, pay attention the parking is very tight.
The staff speaks good English and the checking procedure was quick.

Total thieves. After we left Italy back home they withdrew more money twice from my bank account without any explanation (an amount of 212 Euros, and then 92 Euros..). This happened more than a year ago and I still am trying to figure out why they took this money.
At first I thought it was for some unpaid fine, but I was sent this fine to my address back home requesting that I pay it (a fine of 90 Euros). I do not not what they did but this is terrible just avoid those thieves.

If there was an option to avaluate work of these company in minuse it would be - infinity. Wost experience ever. We booked one car, got another car after two hours of waiting. Employees of Venice branch were rude and unprofessional. We got car after 3pm and were told that we could return car at 3:30 in Rome, Termini branch. Guess what!?!? Branch was closed because of Easter holidays. After we put full tank we had to go to Airport Branch with our 1 yo child. And the morst interesting that once we called to branch in Venice they stopped answering phone and in airport branch as well. So it was half day wasted in venice and hald day wasted in rome. Beautiful italian holidays. Now we have to go to airport, go back to city by train and in addition they are claiming that we have to pay charges for being late! Who’s fault that your own employees doesn’t know which branch is open and that they do not communicate with each other. Never again!!! Europecar NEVER AGAIN!

Alquilamos un auto mediano por 48h y estuvo todo perfecto; el auto era nuevo, impecable. Tanto la atención en el mostrador como en el parking fue excelente y rápida. Al parking se llega fácilmente caminando, está a unos 200 m por la misma Via Giolitti. Repetiría!
