Marcela: Positive: It was all almost perfect. The friendly and helpful host (he recommended us a really nice restaurant), spacious room and bathroom. All was very clean and it was warm. There was an amazing view from the terrace.. Negative: The air condition was so noisy that I could not sleep, although this was probably the best room we stayed in during our visit in Sicily. Li ho chiamati perché uno dei miei apparecchi ha sviluppato un guasto. Mi hanno promesso diverse chiamate, nessuna delle quali è stata fatta. Ci è voluta più di una settimana per confermare un appuntamento che è stato segnalato come un'emergenza fin dall'inizio. Ho dovuto richiamare più volte al giorno, ogni giorno fino all'appuntamento. Quindi temo di non poter raccomandare questa azienda ad amici e familiari.
