Положительный: Бесплатная парковка и великолепный завтрак, территория вокруг отеля ухоженная и радует глаз. У нас был и душ, и ванна, и 2 раковины. У каждого номера есть своя небольшая территория типа террасы, можно посидеть вечером, почувствовав себя владельцем итальянской фазенды.. Негативный: Далековато от центра, но на машине было нормально. Из туалета слегка попахивало. Терраса общая с соседом, когда он курил, а мы ужинали - было не очень комфортно. Комнаты разделены занавеской, двери нет. На фото есть бассейн, но, к сожалению, он был без воды. Время работы ресепшн неудобное, заехать можно только с 10 до 13 или с 18 до 22. К розеткам нужен переходник, очень тугие..

Positive: Che hanno trovato una soluzione nell'immediatezza, nonostante i mille contrattempi e l'attesa. Negazione: Potevano almeno avvisare tempestivamente che non c'erano più stanze, e che la mia prenotazione era stata spostata ad un'altra struttura distante almeno 7/8km.....

Chambre propre et spacieuse, très bonne literie.||Malheureusement l'accueil était loin d'être parfait.||Réservé fin Novembre pour un séjour fin Décembre, on nous dit le matin du départ qu'il n'y aura personne à l'accueil et que nous devons recevoir une video via whatsapp. Finalement le propriétaire accepte de nous envoyer quelqu'un entre 16h et 18h pour nous accueillir.||La personne arrive vers 17 h. Nous attendons devant la porte fermée.||La personne qui vient ne parle pas anglais. On nous demande de payer à l'avance mais le terminal ne fonctionne pas (sur aucune des 3 cartes)||La chambre est glaciale... Après plusieurs appels, nous aurons le chauffage le lendemain soir, à notre retour de ballade||Petit déjeuner minimaliste et indisponible le 1er Janvier sans avis préalable alors que les petits déjeuners avaient été réglés la veille.||Dommage, parce que le site doit être joli (surtout l'été).

La stanza che danno in consegna fuori dietro all'.abitazione dove ce l accettazione.
Camera gelida con il clima che non è sufficiente per riscaldare la camera è nel bagno resta il gelo.
Penso che qualità prezzo non ci siamo a mio parere.

Positive: Kindness and cordiality of the receptionist. Personal parking spot available even if not very close to the facility, so if it's raining like in my case you will find yourself bringing your luggages under the rain.. Negative: The room was cold and not very well insulated. The heating system was an Air Conditioner set to hot air that wasn't really enough to make the room hot, especially in a cold winter night. I chose a room with a personal bathroom, but couldn't even get to use it much considering the room was freezing cold with no mean of heating. The bed was uncomfortable with pallet as bedspring. Quesionable cleanliness. Visible dirty spots in the room and on the linens..

Положительный: Просторная большая комната, но кровать на пружинах, в шкафу дополнительные одеяла. Полотенца, гели для душа и шампунь были в наличии, к сожалению не было фена. На кухне была какая то посуда, но ничем не пользовалась. В номере и ванной комнате было чисто. Номер полностью соответствовал фото на сайте. Wi-fi работал на территории отеля.. Негативный: Утром на ресепшен никого, заказать такси или спросить что либо нет возможности. Завтрак очень скудный. В апартаментах было очень холодно, батареи не работают, включайте сразу кондиционер на обогрев. За соседским забором всю ночь лаяла собака. Далеко от центра, выбраться можно только на такси, автобус №20 так и не приехал (остановка в 200 метрах от отеля). В номере не было фена. Вход в апартаменты - деревянные двери на навесном замке. Кто-то ломился в двери в 8 утра..

B&B bello e in zona comodissima peccato che mi sono trovato in un periodo poco frequentato e di lavoro ho trovato un po'di sporcizia. Ma del resto è stato un buon posto dove dormire. Comoda anche per il piano cottura e il frigo nella camera.

Туалет был сломан, кухня тоже, кухню пменяли, украли вещи у нас, завтрак, в объщем мы очень разочарованны. Мы больше не будем пользоваться агентством B&B. Ещё я думаю што вам плевать на моё мнение. И моим знакомым и друзьям я не буду вас рекомендовывать..

Prenotiamo il giorno stesso avendo avuto alcuni problemi ma loro disponibilissimi.|Personale cordiale, stanza pulitissima, aria condizionata e colazione assortita. La fermata dell’autobus è vicinissima ciò consente di spostarsi in piena tranquillità. Ci torneremo sicuramente, come da titolo: consigliatissimo!

La mia famiglia ha dormito li in agosto, giardino curato con fiori belli , camerA con balconcino privato.....e tavolino con bella vista. Una piccola oasi di verde in città. Tutto sommato pulito, colazione molto buona burro marmellata, fette cornetti ecc...lo consiglio

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per qualche giorno. Ottima posizione vicina al centro, luogo tranquillo con stanze pulite dotate di ogni comfort. Proprietario disponibile e attento ad ogni esigenza. Essendo celiaca avevo esigenza di una colazione senza glutine, ho riferito al nostro arrivo in reception e il giorno dopo mi hanno fatto trovare prodotti adatti a me. Personale educato che ci ha fornito anche consigli sui luoghi da visitare e dove cenare. C'è anche il parcheggio interno, cosa non da poco per chi arriva in auto. |Ci ritornero'. Lo consiglio vivamente.||

Las habitaciones son espaciosas, con aire acondicionado pero muy frías, deberían poner una estufa o algo para el invierno. El problema fue el acceso al hotel, difícil encontrar las habitaciones por nuestra cuenta, el dueño nos envió un video de cómo encontrarlas, y no nos quiso reconocer el desayuno que venía incluido en la reserva. Reclamaremos un reintegro del dinero y no volvería. // The bedrooms are comfortable but really cold, there should be a heater or something like that to keep warm in winter. The main concern was the access to the rooms, we couldn't find them easily, and also that the owner wouldn't allow us have the breakfast included in our reservation because he said our voucher was wrong. We'll demand a refund and personally I would never recommend this b&b.

Semplice b&b a 10 min da Bari, parcheggio interno e grande cortesia, colazione buona e camera pulita e carina, installerei una tendina per la doccia forse è meglio. comunque nel complesso una buona soluzione.

Al contrario dei commenti letti prima di arrivare in questo bed,posso dire che il parcheggio non si paga,c'è molta tranquillità casetta molto carina ed ospitale prezzi molto comodi bagno niente male ... e stanze con lenzuola pulite. Insomma ci siamo davvero divertiti. Grazie di tutto

Negative: The room (especially the bathroom) didn’t match the pictures. There was little privacy since the bathroom door was unable to fully close and breakfast was sparse..

Arrived on the 15 of October, 1450 hrs. Place was locked. Called check in numbers, no answer. Stayed until 1700hrs, nothing. Terrible place . I have a picture of the pool, looks NOTHING like the picture on their site ||

Negative: The room standard was well below the level of acceptance. We were given a different room than we chose on the website. The service does not speak English and shouts Italian at guests. The double bed is actually two camp beds of varying heights. Between the rooms was a wooden panel instead of a wall. Every neighbor's breath could be heard ....

Negativ: War im Keller ein Kellerfenster offen zu Haupteingang genau über dem Bett sehr laut immer wenn jemand kam oder ging oder wenn man Leute abholte oder brachte inclusive Automotor den Mann dann nicht abstellte und das um 5Uhr am Morgen oder um 11 Uhr am Abend.

This property was an absolute mess. From storing our luggage in the shed with the garbage to having our room in the basement. It was situated next to a dump which either belonged to them or the town. And it had no resemblance to any of the pictures. No pool, no garden area and no amenities. The picture to the left of this box was no where in sight for this hotel. This B&B isnt fit for a hostel never mind for couples who are coming to enjoy the region of Bari.

This property was a mess. Our luggage arrived a few days earlier and was placed in a shed that held the garbage. They had us booked into a basement room. We arrived there and left within the hour. The pictures that are on the internet are no way near what we saw, Not one room looked as it does on the internet. The place should be condemned. I am going to contact Expedia about finding out when was the last time their company visited this B&B

Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. Létablissement se situe en sortie d autoroute et dans un.endroit glauques Sur les photos il y a une belle piscine mais daprès le personnel ça fait 10 ans quelle nest plus utilisée. Les chambres très sommaires avec une décoration très rococo et vieillotte.. état générale délabré. Faut se lever tôt pour le petit déjeuner servi uniquementre entre 7h30 et 8h30.

Положительный: Очень уютное тихое местечко, милый и красивый дом. Есть небольшой садик и бассейн, но он пока не был заполнен водой. В доме невероятно вкусно пахнет кофе, можно заказать завтрак, а можно купить кофе и снэки в автомате. Комната просторная, красивая, хотя нам сказали при заселении, что это не самая лучшая комната в доме. Но нам она очень понравилась. Персонал приятный, ненавязчивый, но не все говорят по-английски, выручает онлайн-переводчик. Единственное "НО": от центра довольно далеко. Но даже и у этого есть свои плюсы: спокойный тихий район, кругом зелень, есть двор, где вечером можно посидеть с бокалом вина. До центра ходит автобус №20, остановка в 500 метрах, у базилики Санта Фара. А если вы арендуете машину, проблем с дорогой домой вообще не будет. Машину можно арендовать прямо здесь же.. Негативный: Далековато от центра..

Ho prenotato domeca 12 /05/219 Arrivo dalla Cosenza alle ore 20:00 e mi dicono che il b&b è chiuso in quanto era domenica, e mi ha chiuso il telefono senza preoccuparsi.... Lo sconsiglio...

Положительный: На завтрак были только круассаны и выпечка.Очень понравилась зеленая территория, сам номер был чистым.Из минусов только расположение отеля, к сожалению, добраться на общественном транспорте просто невозможно, так как автобус ходит в определенные часы.С вокзала Бари до отеля можно добраться на такси за 10-15 евро..

El lugar es agradable, tiene estacionamiento. Buen desayuno. Sólo tuvimos un lento check in porque al llamar al número de teléfono indicado nadie contestaba y debimos esperar a la hora 17 cuando vinieron a abrirnos.

Dopo aver prenotato con largo anticipo ed avendo avuto conferma scritta e telefonica, all'arrivo ci è stato detto che il proprietario aveva cancellato la prenotazione. Abbiamo dovuto penare per trovare seduta stante un'altra stanza. Gestione scorretta e totalmente irrispettosa della clientela.

Positif: Pratique d’accès par rapport autoroute même si la proximité de la route rend l’accès périlleux pour pénétrer dans la résidence. Négatif: Fuite d’eau à la douche nuisance sonore due à la proximité de la route, et de l’appartement du dessus Petit déjeuner succinct et absence des codes wifi. Le réceptionniste n’était plus présent lorsque nous avons tenté de demander.

Terribile. In gennaio tutta la struttura era congelata. pompa di calore che non scaldava l'aria. Abbiamo lasciata accesa per fare intiepidire la stanza e al ritorno l'abbiamo trovata spenta. Bagno sporco. Acqua calda con scaldabagno che non bastava per 2 e il giorno dopo era ancora freddo. Il sabato e domenica colazione con distributore. Giorno feriale colazione in ritardo di 1/4 d'ora (da 7:30 a 7:45/50) Attesa per il check-in. Orrribbbile
