Ehi, ho comprato una soundbar da 850$ e non l'ho mai ricevuta, potrebbe essere colpa di UPS, ma non ho avuto nessun assistente da Best Buy. Mi hanno detto di contattare UPS, UPS mi ha detto di contattare Best Buy. Da 4 mesi non ho ricevuto la mia soundbar. Credo che dopo un po' di tempo ho meritato un aiuto. Sono sicuro che Best Buy è assicurata quindi avrebbero dovuto inviarne una nuova o darmi una carta regalo. è super frustrante!
