Una giovane signora estremamente informativa mi ha assistito il 16 gennaio ed è stata anche in grado di aggiornarmi sul più recente pacchetto di 12 mesi del piano di servizio TTS di Best Buy e sul piano di protezione Geek Squad. Sono stato un consumatore fedele di Best Buy per oltre 12 anni; Geek Squad non mi ha ancora deluso. E nemmeno Best Buy nel suo complesso.
