Personale scortese. Nessuno ad accogliere all'ingresso. Nessun addetto vicino al camerino, e quando sono andata a provare da sola, una delle commesse è venuta e ha detto "questi camerini sono chiusi e devi chiedere di usare il camerino" e io ero come whaaaaaat. U shud hanno messo un avviso dicendo il suo chiuso... personale molto scortese... non sarà visitare di nuovo

ATTENZIONE AZIENDE DI LAVAGGIO A PRESSIONE COMMERCIALI, ho acquistato un rimorchio per idropulitrice Northstar ad acqua calda NUOVO, 2 mesi fa. Since then this trailer have been sitted in the shop every week for different kinds of problems( things happen, but it shouldnt happened  on a new trailer) but what it is unacceptable is the time they take to get your equipment and parts fixed, they take 3 days to have the parts arrive, ( you have to pay for overnight delivery) 3 days later  the parts were not the right ones and they make you wait for another week. Oggi sono 14 giorni e il Trailer è ancora in negozio facendomi sprecare un sacco di soldi e facendo perdere alla mia azienda un contratto importante.manager maleducati con 0 desicion makers, con 0 soluzioni da qualcosa che ho acquistato nel negozio NUOVO. Questo è assolutamente inaccettabile, se non si preoccupano dei loro clienti settimanali perché dovremmo continuare a comprare nella sede di Sand Lake.
