Maria: Due to a foggy weather I arrived 10 minutes late at may appointment which is supposedly at alle 18. There's nobody there aside from me. But this woman with a short hair whom you'd find sitting in the desk upon entering the door, refused to accomodate me. Hell ya I know that I'm a little late but you still have 20 mins to do your job. She told me " no I can't because I'm turning off everything". This was very rude of her. It would only takes 5 mins to turn off the computers maybe even less. But the rest of the time she could have accomodate me.

Ottimo reparto assistenza! Ho sempre sperimentato un eccellente servizio clienti, da parte di tutti i dipendenti, dal momento in cui chiamo per fissare un appuntamento al momento della consegna della mia auto. Sono ben addestrati e sono in grado di fornire una spiegazione dettagliata sui servizi raccomandati. Grande squadra :) un ringraziamento speciale a Tom e Juan!
