Per inizio anno mi sono regalata una giornata alla spa dell'hotel. Mai idea fu più funesta: mi sono beccata una bella infezione alle vie urinarie. Poco pulito , poco preparati, molto male.La tanto decantata piscina per la talassoterapia era piena di acqua...dolce. Che disastro! Mai più.

Positif: L’emplacement est parfait . Le bâtiment magnifique Le spa Les massages. Négatif: Très quelconque , ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles . Très cher pour les prestations . Décoration basique . Petit déjeuner médiocre , jus d’orange en bouteille ... Dommage pour 300€ la nuit on peut espérer mieux . Pas cosy du tout , très froid ....

Positif: petit déjeuner : correct mais pas exceptionnel. le miel bien présenté bravo ( petits details qui font la force, ou l'exception) Espace spa : top Dans l'ensemble le personnel est: polie, souriant et professionnel. (J'ai croisé une jeune femme de ménage dans l'escalier : elle est remontée jusqu'au palier pour ne pas me déranger!! Bravo) propreté, : excellent . D'où mon 9/10 !!!. Négatif: Le petit dejeuner peu être amélioré dans la qualité des produits: Pain industriel, viennoiserie, jus de fruit industriel : Pas de croissant à la crème en Italie !!!! la qualité des croissants et pains au chocolat: pas top. Et pour le prix : petit rabais ou faire des offres occasionnelles de temps en temps . Nous venons 5/6 fois par an à Alassio, c'est la premiere fois chez vous, car un peu cher, s'il y a des offres je pense y venir plus souvent ..

Positive: Solo che è prima linea di mare. Negazione: La camera troppo piccola per 4 persone, era una camera per 2 massimo. Il bagno più piccolo non esiste. Poi il letto piccolo e scomodo, il divano letto abbiamo dovuto aggiungere un materasso sopra, era di 2cm di altezza. Le finestre alte, poi caldissimo. Il personale correrò ma niente di che, non amabili. La colazione corretta. Veramente mi aspettavo di piu. Non c era la minima attenzione. Non califica per albergó 5 stelle. La relazione prezzo qualità brutta. In più c erano le formiche..

Hôtel somptueux à la décoration raffinée, les chambres sont simples mais disposent du nécessaire ( peignoir, pantoufles, kit de vanité, mini bar...). Nous avons beaucoup aimé le spa qui bénéficie d’un accès direct à l’hôtel. Parking 30€ mais places disponibles facilement.

Positif: Le Spa est extra, piscine chauffée Chambres vue mer magnifique mais avec supplément La situation de l’hôtel. Négatif: La chambre « vue montagne » est en fait en vis à vis avec le balcon d’en face Le prix est très cher et ne vaut pas 5 étoiles.

Positif: L emplacement de l hôtel , le confort et le design, la décoration de Noël , la gentillesse du personnel , l accès au spa. Négatif: Le spa a besoin de rénovation, le refus du personnel au petit déjeuner d accéder à la terrasse qui était ensoleillée.

Positive: Upgraded on arrival. Husband had a very good Swedish massage. Great coffee. Location amazing right on the beach and sound of waves at night.. Negative: Not a good selection of vegan or gluten free at breakfast items. Croissants and pain au chocolats vanished in a flash... had to get in there quick. After having seated ourselves inside noticed that we could actually have sat outside and when I asked the waiter if we could change, he said no...... Not exactly the client is always right attitude....

Restaurant très prétencieux sans savoir servir, les serveurs ne connaissent pas la politesse le maitre d'hotel au tel. La nourriture servie sur des assiette à la vite aucune présentation. Un 5 étoiles à besoin de réviser son team et de vérifier les commandes et la propretée des tables

posizione invidiabile, fronte mare con spiaggia privata, presenza di spa, aperta anche al pubblico esterno, con acqua salata ... camere confortevoli, colazione piacevole, anche se con un po’ troppe vespe ... però il servizio, specie in accoglienza e reception, lascia alquanto a desiderare e l’autovettura, ricoverata nel loro parcheggio, è ritornata alla partenza con un piccolo regalo sulla carrozzeria ... e ancora, il ristorante serale piuttosto modesto come cucina e servizio, ridotto quasi a stampella più che punto di forza e vanto ... insomma, cinque stelle non così meritate, soprattutto per il prezzo, che invece quello sì che è stellare, ma non tiene conto dell’insieme e delle evidenti carenze, ma solo dello status sociale ... se non fosse per la comodità della spiaggia e la centralità dell’ubicazione, non sarebbe così consigliabile

Negative: The spa area is also great, which is very sad that two goldfish don't even have a real aquarium and no real plants. Animal cruelty attitude, very bad. The bed was not so comfortable for my taste. Also a kettle in the room would have been nice..

|14 octobre, L'Hotel etait a moitie vide ,j 'avais réservé une chambre vue mer, on m' attribue une chambre avec les lavabos implantes dans la chambre... Bonjour l'intimité pour se devetir et se laver.|Une grande première, même dans ma jeunesse dans les 1 etoile, la salle d'eau était toujours séparée. Ma femme râle ,je dédramatise. Mais , cerise sur le gâteau, durant la nuit, je découvre que l'interrupteur des toilettes allumait en même tant l'éclairage du lavabo, donc chambre illuminée, quant on a plus de 70 ans et une prostate paresseuse... je vous dit pas la nuit de mon épouse..... Bien sur le lendemain, nous avons changé instantanément de chambre mais quand même..... Hotel a moitié vide, plein de chambres vue mer disponibles , je suis un client régulier , quatre ou cinq sejour antérieurs. En octobre 2018 j' avais réserve 7 chambres pour le WE, bref je pensais etre un client fidele. Aussi Le comportement du service de réservation reste encore pour moi un grand mystere ????||Y a séjourné 2 nuits en oct. |

Location, breakfast and beach amenities are very good, in line with the price and ranking of the hotel. I find that the price/quality ratio gets a hit only for the size of the rooms: considering average prices for Alassio, rooms are on the smaller side.

I loved this hotel, with so much history and cachet! The site on the shore is absolutely gorgeous, the food was excellent, the spa is quiet and fully exquipped while the herbs sauna a nice discovery.

Positiv: Frühstück war für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht in Ordnung das Hotel hat einen Vorteil es Ligt Direkt am Meer den Rest na ja das Auto parken kostet am Tag. 30€ das habe ich in einem 5 Sterne Hotel noch nie bezahlt.

Una tiepida serata di settembre ad Alassio, a cena riparati da un bel gazebo in legno, praticamente in spiaggia. Il posto è molto bello, in lontananza l'isola Gallinara.|Abbiamo scelto il menu degustazione che consta di sette portate scelte dall"executive chef Roberto Balgisi...ed abbiamo fatto bene!|Le materie prime sono di ottima qualità e la superba capacità dello chef nel fondere colori e sapori ha fatto di ogni portata un qualcosa di unico, senza i voli pindarici, oggi molto in voga,nei ristoranti stellati, ma con la bravura di riuscire a valorizzare al massimo quanto proposto.|Il servizio è stato accurato, accuditi da Daniel, ottimo anfitrione anche per la cantina.|Siamo stati bene per cui ci torneremo.

Positive: I liked the location and we had our sons wedding there so it was very nice but the food was not good at all. To be for a wedding dinner it was very bad! I liked the staff but the lady in the reception was not very nice and did not understand English. Negative: The food could have been much better but the breakfast was very good..

The hotel is completely lovely, friendly staff, very nice amenities, great spa, lovely beachfront, very good breakfast. We splurged for 2 nights on a sea side room. Unfortunately, at least for our room, the windows were almost at chest level, so the only way to see the ocean was to be standing at the window or standing in the bathtub. Not sure if the other rooms on different floors are like that but it wasnt worth the extra expense. Other than that little thing, we enjoyed our stay here immensely! We did not eat at the restaurant so I cant comment on the food other than breakfast.

Schönes aber kleines Zimmer, Spa entspricht nicht einem 5* Hotel, Hohe Parkplatzgebühren (ist in einem 5* Stern Hotel normalerweise inbegriffen). Hotelrestaurant mit separatem oder speziellem Ambiente fehlte (Frühstücksraum)..

Положительный: Это по-прежнему прекрасный Отель на побережье.. Негативный: Третий год останавливаемся в этом отеле. Что стало с персоналом, уровнем обслуживания и завтраками? Цена вроде прежняя... Персонал на ресепшен откровенно недружелюбный. Какие-то оценивающие взгляды... здороваются через раз, если не через три. Отданные в химчистку вещи возвращали после неоднократных напоминаний 4 дня. В ванной нет даже элементарных стаканчиков. Взяли стаканы из холодильника, чтобы поставить зубные щетки - из номера забрали и эти стаканы. Вернули с боями. Завтраки в этом пятизвезднике по разнообразию сравнялись с дешевым бизнес-отелем в Москве. В общем ооочень странное впечатление. С такой «командой» Отель быстро загнётся, несмотря на все свои плюсы..

Positive: The place of the hotel-amazing! Personal of the hotel was great! The beach and the sea is great for small children,we had nice time with our 2 years old girl there. The sea is not so deep,beach is sandy and the sea is clean. The town is amazing,many bars,restaurants,shops,etc. The hotel is in the middle of everything ;) For small children-there are small playgrounds in the centre,it´s nice. The hotel has club for children,the room with toys,etc.. Negative: Breakfast should be better...last day of our stay we gone to the bakery for more tasty and more interesting breakfast. Bathroom should be more modern...but everything was clean....

We have stayed in this hotel a few times winter and summer and the service rooms and restaurant remain excellent. Incredibly helpful reception, super secure garage with electric charging point for car. Wonderful restaurant : especially in terms of the location on the beach terrace this summer with an excellent chef who always produces delicious dishes. The beach is lovely and the beach manager helpful and attentive. I highly recommend the lovely terrace rooms. Breakfast on these overlooking the sea and sun up is the perfect way to start the day. After a quick dip in the sea of course. Th grand hotel is just as it should be. GRAND

Wenn Sie einen Strandurlaub am schönsten Strand in Alassio mögen, dann sind sie hier genau richtig. Eigener Strand, quasi direkt vom Zimmer zum Strand (kurzer Weg) und zurück. Mit Kinder ideal, da keine Straße dazwischen. Service am Strand ist sehr gut. Wenn Sie einen Urlaub im Grand Hotel mit 5 Sternen suchen, dann ist das hier nichts. Zimmer sind zweckdienlich. Meerblick bringt nicht wirklich was, außer sie vertragen die Klimaanlage nicht und wollen bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Wir sind zum fünften Mal hier und zwar wegen Alassio und diesem Strand. Und wir kommen wieder. Sie bekommen viel, aber müssen alles erfragen. Beim Frühstück kann man sich über die unmotivierten Servicekräfte ärgern oder sie machen es wie wir und sehen darüber weg. Gleiches gilt für Essen. Alassio hat gleich in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Vielzahl an super Restaurant“s. Kurze Weg, oft tolle Aussicht. Nutzen Sie das Hotel zum Schlafen und nutzen Sie den Strand, dann passt es.
