Outstanding Service - from Paolo his wife, family & colleagues, great communication in the pre-trip emails & advice, then from arrival, every day till we departed we felt valued and welome customers. This despite them being very popular and busy serving the local ski clubs and ski schools. Located right by the slopes and with extensive underground store and workshop, you can leave boots and skis here rather than drag them back to the hotel. We found the prices available at the counter, good value and more than competitive to pre-booked online, you can add on overnight boot warming; one of our party had his own skis serviced and was able to leave them in the locker for a nominal fee, another was able to borrow gloves rather than head back to the hotel. The message to take away, is that this is a family run business who put the customer first and despite all the people passing though there, make you welcome and if they can they will help you enjoy your ski holiday.

Excellent, helpful ski shop. Friendly staff and very high quality equipment. Can leave skis and boots in shop basement - 10€ for the week if you want boot heaters.
