Ma il servizio al cliente che fine ha fatto?????
The staff are all very kind and the speak English, French and Italian, plus they work very hard. The food in the cafe and restaurant are true authentic Italian, the flavours are out of this world! We eat breakfast and dinner there for four days straight and loved every meal.
We wish we could take Da Aristide and all the staff home with us, it’s that good! Highly recommend!
Estate 2019, appena entrata, con mia figlia, mi dirigo al bancone e chiedo di poter utilizzare la toilette, prima dell'ordinazione. Mentre ci dirigiamo alla toilette. Vengo inseguita da una cameriera , che mi dice che l'uso della toilette è ad uso esclusivo dei clienti. La tranquillizzo dicendo di aver chiesto alla collega. Tornata al bancone, ordino un caffè e mi dicono che,siccome abbiamo usufruito in due del bagno, le consumazioni sarebbero dovute essere due. Manifesto il mio disappunto, dicendo che a Milano non funziona proprio così. Costretta a ordinare un'altra cosa, pago ed esco allibita dalla tirchieria ligure!
Si possono degustare piatti tradizionali e piatti più particolari entrambi all'altezza dell'ottima cucina.

Die Kellner wirkten etwas gelangweilt und so bald wir nichts mehr nachbestellt haben, hat er uns einfach die Rechnung hingelegt und uns mehr oder weniger aufgefordert zu gehen. Sehr schade!
Die Lage ist top und auch ohne Reservierung war es kein Problem einen Tisch zu bekommen.

Tisch für 2 Personen auch ohne Reservierung unproblematisch. Die Kellner jedoch haben folgendes Problem, zumindest die 2 männlichen , sie wirkten gelangweilt und gleichgültig und gleichzeitig aber leicht genervt.
Das bestellte Essen wurde wortlos auf den Tisch gestellt, kein Lächeln, kein "Guten Appetit "oder ähnliches.
Das Essen ganz ok ( Vorab ein gemischter Salat für 5 Euro, dann Thunfisch mit Sesam auf Salat und gegrillter Oktopus )-aber von Würze keine Spur. Der Rotwein alla Casa dünn und mit wenig Geschmack für immerhin 8 Euro pro halber Liter keinen Vent mehr wert.
Da wir auf Anfrage keinen Nachtisch wünschten wurde uns auch sofort die Rechnung gebracht.
Wir fühlten uns "rausgekegelt", von Gemütlichkeit keine Spur.
Da wir 2 Tage zuvor im Billy 's waren und hier auf ähnliches hofften(Geschmack und Bedienung) wurden wir herb enttäuscht.
Schade.!

Os preços apresentados estão dentro do standard, mas as quantidades das porções são bem servidas e a qualidade da comida também é muito boa. Por exemplo, a entrada de mexilhões tem uma ótima relação qualidade/preço.
