Ho acquistato un fumatore YS640 quasi 3 anni fa. Una delle cerniere del coperchio si è rotta. Ho chiamato l'azienda e abbiamo deciso di portare l'unità a Wichita per la riparazione. Non solo hanno riparato la cerniera, ma sono passati attraverso l'unità e l'hanno regolata in un paio di punti. Non solo hanno regolato, ma hanno pulito l'unità e poi l'hanno dipinta per farla sembrare quasi come nuova. Hanno fatto tutto questo in meno di 1 ora e mezza che mi avevano detto che ci sarebbe voluto per riparare solo le cerniere. Ho ADORATO il servizio e la dedizione della bella squadra che ha lavorato sul mio YS640
