Then they said the accident was my fault as I signed that it was and they charged me 545eur for what is normal wear and tear.

Be careful what you sign and what you agree to - don't trust them when you return your car.

Faccio sempre acquisti qui. Recentemente ho lasciato un portafoglio alla cassa mentre andavo al lavoro.
