Then they said the accident was my fault as I signed that it was and they charged me 545eur for what is normal wear and tear.

Be careful what you sign and what you agree to - don't trust them when you return your car.

La nostra lavastoviglie si è rotta e siamo andati a comprarne una. Avevano finito molti modelli. Una delle lavastoviglie era nella posizione sbagliata.
