Fos Chania: Stay away, a stone from a truck hit my windshield and there was a tiny scratch - they forced me to sign my signature for being in an accident . They were very pushy and it was in Italian so I thought I had to sign.

Then they said the accident was my fault as I signed that it was and they charged me 545eur for what is normal wear and tear.

Be careful what you sign and what you agree to - don't trust them when you return your car.

I felt very manipulated and abused

Io e mio marito abbiamo aspettato 20 giorni che i nostri soldi venissero rimborsati per gli apparecchi (non sigillati/non imballati e alcuni non consegnati) che alla fine non funzionavano. Ho dovuto chiamare di nuovo e chiedere perché non era stato elaborato. Il processo non era nemmeno iniziato. Ho fatto l'errore di riferire ai clienti di acquistare elettrodomestici e non sono nemmeno riuscito a farmi richiamare (ho lasciato 2 messaggi a Josh, il responsabile delle consegne) per sapere quando sarebbe stata l'installazione del frigorifero... che, tra l'altro, non è lo stesso giorno dell'installazione della lavastoviglie. Questo ha completamente senso per avere due articoli separati consegnati in due giorni separati... Tutto questo perché Jason (venditore) non ha pensato di programmarlo? SERIAMENTE? Non è un buon uso delle risorse, secondo me.
