Oggi sono andata in questo centro benessere perché avevo un buono regalo. Pensavo che mi sarei annoiata da sola e invece è stato un pomeriggio rilassante e molto piacevole. Il massaggio perfetto, la ragazza veramente molto brava, e il luogo è molto piccolo ma anche di gusto e perfetto per un relax totale. Spero di tornare presto

Nice and relaxing but way to expensive for what it offers

Well it was a two opinions experience. Me and my husband had a couple massage. The place is very nice and people also are very nice and welcoming. The pool is a bit cold we preferred a warmer water especially being in such a coldly weather. My husband masseuse was very good for him he was satisfied BUT my experience was really really bad. I usually prefer soft massage but this is beyond being soft its barely touching. Its really annoying when you are relaxed and want more pressure in a spot and the masseuse barely touch you with no pressure. I kept telling her to raise the pressure all the time but she's just keeping the same pressure. I think she might been tired from massaging the previous client but still we paid around €180 I deserved to feel good going out from the place. The owner was really sad hearing that I had bad experience she offered me a free back massage but we were out of time.

This place was 1min walk from our airbnb and its relaxing, tranquil atmosphere was coupled with amazing architecture/design and wonderful service. The steam room was perfect and instantly worked up a sweat, enjoyed a shower and hopped in the lukewarm pool which was perfect for me. after resting on their lounge I was ushered in for my full body and face scrub, followed by rainfall shower and relaxing massage. I was very comfortable and confident the whole time due to care and professionalism.

I got the deep tissue back massage. I've had deep tissue massages before and this was not one of them. It was relaxing and did feel good, but I didn't walk away feeling like I got my €80 worth

Partner and I did the double cuddles package which involved 60 minute massage use of the Sauna and heated pool. Had a fantastic experience, found Valentina very professional and a great masseuse. Fiancee had an equally great deep tissue massage.
Highly recommend if you're travelling through like we are.

This spa is a HIDDEN GEM in the city center!!! A friend and I are on a girls trip to Italy and happened upon this WONDERFUL little spa. IT... IS... AWESOME!! I wish they had a location in the US!! (Hint, hint, Atlanta! )

The website is really clear and concise... The service staff are good and very accommodating (PLUS many speak English)... The space is very beautiful, warm, and inviting...The prices are very reasonable...And they don't waste time trying to upsell their products on the way out.

I tried something new (the "draining" message and treatment) -- wildly innovative!! Its invigorating, calming, warm, and relaxing ALL at the same time -- it's like floating in a water bubble !! They have some amaing techniques; next time I'm in Florence, I am SOOO going back!

This place was one of the highlights of my stay in Florence. Came back 2 times in a row! Manager is super kind and attentionate, staff is friendly and very professional, massage was excellent, and the spa has a very quiet, soothing and intimate atmosphere. A blessing in the super busy heart of the city.

Excellent spa and fantastic service. Wife and I had a mini break here after three days of touring in Florence and 10 in Italy. We had been walking 7-10 miles a day everyday. Soulspace and the owner Zelal gave us the perfect rest to recover a bit. We had a massage and two hours in the spa package. Great value. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend for locals and those touring.

Was the worst massage of our lives!!!! Words can’t describe how rubbish and useless it was... waste of time and money!!! The massage girls are absolutely uselesssssss!!!!! Would advice no one to go here!!!

Splendida SPA nel centro storico di Firenze. Ambiente raffinato ed accogliente, esperienza indimenticabile

Sono stata in questo centro benessere per trascorrere una mattinata diversa, ed è stata rigenerante. All'ingresso sono stata accolta da una signora gentilissima che mi ha illustrato un po' la spa e fatto accomodare nello spogliatoio ben arredato, dotato di armadietti, poltroncina, doccia, bagno e anche asciugacapelli. Mi sono cambiata e sono andata a provare piscina e bagno turco prima di fare un fantastico trattamento viso e poi un accenno di massaggio plantare che mi ha rimesso al mondo! Ragazze bravissime, prodotti di qualità e massima professionalità. Mi sono poi rilassata sulle poltroncine bordo piscina con una tisana e poi doccia e sono uscita come nuova. Solo due appunti: piscina senza idromassaggio, che è un peccato perché io lo adoro e scoprire che non c'era mi ha un po' deluso, e una porta lasciata aperta da cui entrava un fastidioso spiffero che, usciti dal bagno turco, non è il massimo. A parte ciò, ottima mattinata, da provare!

Wonderful retreat from the heat and business of Florence. A little pricy but very clean and attentive + professional staff. They have a pool and a steam room but it cost an additional fee to your initial treatment.

Great spa area and steam room for use before massage. Pool is not heated and quite cold. We ended up with relaxation massages but was a bit soft even for a relaxation, but everyone is different! On the pricey end of the scale for around town, but facilities and service were great.

Came here for a couples massage and spa day with my wife while vacationing in Florence. We had an extremely relaxing time, the staff was very nice, and we felt totally refreshed by the time we left. Wonderful ambiance, I recommend it to anyone in need of spa services in Florence.

Navigando in rete ho avuto la fortuna di trovare questa SPA ubicata a pochi metri dal B&B in cui alloggiavamo.
La nostra esperienza è stata assolutamente notevole.
Personale professionale e molto gradevole, attento ma discreto.
Gli spazi sono ampi, belli, accoglienti e la pulizia di ogni ambiente è impeccabile.
Dal bagno turco con la cromo terapia non sarei più uscito, la piscina poi è una esperienza da ripetere.
Di massaggi ne ho fatti alcuni, ma quelli che abbiamo fatto alla SoulSpace, ci hanno ridato un'energia che pensavamo perduta dopo tre giorni di camminate e visite alle varie attrazioni artistiche fiorentine.
In conclusione, SoulSpace è una vera chicca che ti mette in pace con il mondo.
Noi ci ritorneremo e voi spero la proviate.

My husband and I found this spa on Google as we were searching for spas in Florence. We liked the look of it so decided to give it a go. I have been to many spas and this is by far the best spa experience I have had. The setting is so calming and peaceful first of and in a 500 year old building with a beautiful cave like ground floor. We got the couples massage which was truly incredible. It was an hour long so at first I thought "that's way too long". but it really wasn't- It is a full body massage and you feel like your entire body has woken up for the first time after it. Beautiful place and wonderful owner who has obviously put her heart and soul into this place. Love Nat

Booked a two hour massage a day in advance; upon arrival we were told we didn't make any reservations. I'm sure the service is nice if you can get in, but I suppose that's the trick. After a heated phonecall, our hotel made a note to not recommend the spa to any more of its patrons.

My husband loved this place, here are is words. Soul space is the perfect name for this spa, they have created a nurturing enviornment for the soul, the atmosphere, the service and the facilities come together for a very nuturing space.
I had a great experience at Soulspace, located in the center of a building
just east of the Duomo (Cathedral of Santa Maria) in Florence.
The inner space has warm tones, high ceilings, and drapped shear urtains over
the windows that softly diffuse the light.
Soft jazz music could be heard, but almost in the background.
When you arrive there is an area for your locker, you get sandles and a robe,
and a seperate area with toilet and shower to start.
There is a wonderful pool and and excellent steam-room.
The steam was perfect, I have been in steam rooms where the steam was
almost industrial strength, this was a gentle enveloping steam, the steam
room was lit with green light.
While they offer many services, I just got a massage, it was good, felt
very relaxed afterwards. They offer you water and or a variety of teas.
There is a door outside into a sunlit courtyard, I was amazed how quiet
the garden was, because I knew out front
there was the traffic noise of scooters, couldn't hear them in the garden.
There was a bench in the sun and chairs under an umbrella.
There were also beds inside you could lie down on. I would return to Soulspace
again, and recomend it to anyone who visits or lives in Florence.

I am proffesional Aesthetician from London and was on my trip in Florence and Venice. Decided to book an appointment for a face massage at Soul Space Florence. I am very demanding with aesthetic treatments , because of my job:) I met Lorenza for the facial and honestly she is 5 star therapist. Highly recommend Soul Space in Florence, they gave me amazing face treatment.
