The worst Bank I have ever been to! They don’t even deserve one star to be honest. They have stupid doors and you can’t get through with a bag.. I went there to activate my card and they gave me papers to fill in. I don’t know my Italian number and asked the guy to let me check my number. He was so rude and responded something like that he has a lot of clients and that I should come back and let 20 people before me!!!! And when I came back they told me that they can’t activate more Policards for that day. Ridiculous bank and rude employees in Città Studi.

If you are Polimi student from other countries, I would suggest you to use other bank account

Come to this place to Monday to activate my card. Told me the system was something wrong. I believe it, it may happened sometime. Reasonable. Come again at Tuesday on 3 pm, told me only 5 people can activate their card in the afternoon. I have class in the morning. It takes me 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes to get back. Hope they have enough reasons to reject the students. If they really don’t want to server students, just canceling the cooperation with institutions. If they do, treat students as an normal customer.

Sconsigliatissima! Sono stato cliente (si fa per dire, visto il trattamento) di questa banca da diversi anni.
Nonostante in passato ci versassi uno stipendio, hanno sempre trovato scuse per non rilasciarmi un semplicissimo Bancomat e, ciliegina sulla torta, mi hanno chiuso il conto senza comunicarlo.
Sicuramente vincono il premio Nobel in Marketing visto che questo conto lo avevo grazie al fatto che ho studiato al Politecnico.

One star is too much to describe the service provided. The staff is unwelcoming, rude and unprepared at best. They didn't even have a proper explanation to why my bank account simply seized to exist overnight. I would avoid this institution at all costs. Ah, by the way this particular branch has a strange outdated security system where you aren't allowed to enter the bank with your bag, meaning leaving your personal belongings in a locker outside. Needless to say most of the lockers don't close properly and the keys are missing.

just needed to withdraw, couldn't even get in since the safety lockers at the entrance are all occupied, broken or don't have keys. last time i couldn't get out since the key i got for the locker was malfunctioning. would recommend to my worst enemy

I know how challenging banking works could be, especially when the staffs at the counters are not very welcoming towards you !!! I went to activate my card, it was 1PM in the afternoon.. There were two young bankers(age not more than 30), they asked me to come next day. While there were not a single client at the bank and the usual lunch break starts at 1:30PM.. I asked them the reason, and they told that it takes more time(clearly, they completed my process in 10-12 minutes on the other day) to activate the card and they do it during the morning time only or in the afternoon depending upon the no of existing clients.. I am very generous when it comes to rate on Google.. But I am giving them 1 star, not because I waited for one more day for a 10 minutes work.. But because they were biased towards few clients during my next visit.. They greet known clients with a smile, but they behave rude with a first time visitor.. Very rigid at work ! But dont have any other options for Polimi students, than visiting this branch.. Good luck

Long lines of students. There is no number/ticket system to keep things in order but you have to wait in line in front of the desk...

Personale gentile, parlano anche inglese visto che ci vengono anche studenti internazionali. All'interno è disponibile un bancomat da cui prelevare con qualunque carta.

Horrible, solo para activar la tarjeta universitaria tuve que ir 4 veces. No dan la información que se les pide y no siguen los horarios señalados al público.

Solito ufficio bancario. Spesso c'è tantissima coda.
