Ieri sono andato a Home Depot e sono stato accolto dalla cassiera più maleducata che abbia mai avuto. È stata scortese con il cliente di fronte a me e quando è stato il mio turno l'esperienza è rimasta invariata. Ha detto che il suo nome era Denise Montoya. Ho chiesto un abbinamento di prezzo ed è stato come togliermi il dente del giudizio. Le ho ricordato quanto fosse scortese e lei mi ha detto che dovevo andare alla cassa automatica. Come azionista e cliente di Home Depot, sono rimasto sconvolto. Oggi sono andato a Lowes in seguito a quello che mi è successo ed è stato come la notte e il giorno per il bene.
