Can't say that I loved it with all my heart, but I definitely did not hated it. There is a great view from both balconies, nice size rooms with 1 double and 3 single beds. If need be for extra person, they can sleep on a comfortable couch in the living room. There are basic appliances like a microvawe and a television. You have access to wifi for one device but you can pay for more. Air con and heating available for extra cos as well. Good solid shutters for those who don't like sunshine in the morning and large balconies for breakfast in the fresh air. The view is gorgeous and the road at the front is single lain, so mo problem's with lots of vehicles. There is also a small restaurant right at the front together with the beach. Remember to bring your own basics like a scrub, washing up liquid, paper roll etc. You can purchase bedding at an extra cost or bring your own. A pillow and blanket comes free, but those who prefer duvet will need to bring their own. Overall I would say you get quality for the price and the owner's live on the 5th floor so they are always available.

Gentilissimi. Appartamento pulito e non molto lontano dal mare. Centro vicino e lavatrice disponibile con piccolissimo extra.

Vor 2 Jahren gebucht, war alles gut. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war Top. Auch eine gute Beratung war vorhanden. Villa Michelangelo hatten wir gebucht. Ferienwohnung hatte alles was es braucht, es ist etwas alt gehalten aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem mitten drin und ein paar Fußminuten zum Strand. Für volle 5 Sterne bräuchte es schon etwas mehr Sanierung aber Preis-Leistung war super. In diesem Jahr seht Ihr uns wieder allerdings in einem anderen Apartment. Ich glaube Simba ist es vorne am Strand Bibione ist einfach unübertroffen. Wir freuen uns ❤

Tolles Haus große Räume , 2 Bäder, 2 große Balkone
mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick
das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt
Parken unterm Haus
Probleme (Licht-Gas-usw ) werden immer sofort zu unser Vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt

Wir fahren jetzt seit 9 Jahren als Großfamilie in dieses Haus und fühlen uns immer sehr wohl und als Gäste sehr Willkommen

Va tutto bene - sempre -, ma il Wi-Fi è purtroppo male

Ужасное несоответствие заявленного и реального. Поставили 1 звезду только из-за вида с балкона и наличия 2 ванных комнат. 5 звёзд, похоже, сами владельцы нарисовали. Внутри аскетический минимализм: белые пустые стены, одна вешалка на 3 комнаты и 6 человек, поломаная мебель, "подарочный" wi-fi на 1 пользователя только на балконе (!!? ), разномастная балконная мебель, отсутствие заявленной кофеварки, сушилку, похоже, вообще на мусорке подобрали. Постоянно вылетели пробки (ощущение, что хозяева, живущие на последнем этаже за всех и потребляют электроэнергию). А самое главное, неприкрытое хамство хозяина. За 11 лет 7 агенств и 9 разных квартир - это самое плохое агентство в Бибионе.

Abbiamo scelto il condominio Simba da qualche anno molto bello, fronte mare ,vicino al centro, proprietari gentili e ben organizzati !!! Ci torneremo
