Youll be confident we will get you what you need huh? thats a fat nope. ordered a product from them a week ago and it was being prepared for pickup all day. decided to call and first they tell me oh its here. as im about to get there then I get told oh wait a minute its still in transit.....its delayed nice work you have ruined a loved ones birthday party. well done. conlusion to this is: best buy is a decent store when you buy products IN the store. but their online ordering and logistics is a joke. terrible service.
