Also, even if arrival time was specified during reservation and confirmed in a separate message, I got the room keys about 4 hours later after several phone calls and time wasted on city walk in order to spend time...
Pretty clean, cable channels, NO WIFI even if advertised as being provided for free (the router suddenly died "couple of days before"), comfy bed, quick hot water, no neighbours noise but a lot of car horns by 7 to 8 in the morning.
