Friendly and helpful staff but the management of the waiting people is crazy, for example the management of the phonecalls increase exponentially the waiting of the people that are there in person. There are two desk but often there is only one employee and this in addition to managing the customer in the agency responds and also assists people on the phone. Good employees but not management.

Sono entrato per cercare diversi elettrodomestici importanti ma la signora responsabile del reparto era troppo occupata per aiutarmi. Ho finito per perdere la possibilità di ottenere ciò di cui avevo bisogno al prezzo di vendita. Ora dovrò andare altrove per detti articoli. Davvero schifo tho cuz avevo bisogno e volevo un nuovo frigorifero, stufa, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ah bene, ci perdita sarà qualcuno elses guadagno
