Horrible officers. Terribly rude and impolite. They DO NOT want to help even if it is their duty. They expect everyone to know Italian no matter what. Even if you have the right documents, they will create an issue for no reason. This is my second year applying to the same questura and I've had bad experiences both times.
Language is a barrier, I understand. But you cannot expect to know fluent italian in such a short duration. Also when it is not your primary concern.
When such a large number of temporary residents always apply, why can't the questura appoint someone who knows a common language like English? This will solve most issues.
The officers look like they are in a dead end job with no job satisfaction and are taking out their anger and frustration on students and other poor non-italian speaking migrant who come here for education and what not.
I don't know how to take this further and make sure others don't have to face such indirect racism from such petty people who live off of torturing and harrasing others.
They really need better training at understanding and helping people who come to them, rather than screaming at them.

In questo commissariato se vi trovate in coda per denunciare un fatto qualsiasi e prima delle 14 non siete stati ancora ricevuti succede che vi sbattono fuori perché dalle 14 alle 15 chiudono e mandano via la gente come se fossero un'attività commerciale. Potete essere anche lì in fila da ore... Avrete solo buttato via mezza giornata inutilmente. Al telefono non spiegano nemmeno questa cosa...Forse è troppo faticoso farlo. È a dir poco vergognoso

Verrrrry rude! They have the extra demands which have no means! They don't listen to you but just throw away your documents!!!

One of the most organized questura, there are vending machines and printing machines inside, you can take a coffee or water while waiting, or use the printing machine if you need. Most officers are nice, they tried to speak English if you don’t speak Italian. If you follow the rules and get things prepared, all process will be very smooth.

Compared to other police stations in Milano this one is less crowded and less waiting time. Not so good in english though

Pessimo servizio! Nessun interesse alla soddisfazione dell'utente, dovevo rinnovare il passaporto. Appena arrivato già era previsto un ritardo di 60 minuti , come sempre colpa dei sistemi che non funzionavano! Fortunatamente i Commissariati non sono tutti così! Ho perso la mattinata e ho prenotato altrove.

Quindi alle 17,30 chiude però mi fa venire alle 17,42? Perfetto.

Per il passaporto veloci passata prima dell'orario di appuntamento preso dal loro sito. Il 2 agosto ho lasciato impronta e dati per i Passaporto ma non ho ancora oggi il 22 di ottobre non so se è pronto o meno non é arrivata nessuna e-mail e a fine settembre ho chiamato per sapere se era pronto ma un Vostro impiegato non ha voluto dire qualcosa aveva fretta di chiudere la chiamata.

Molto bravi, soprattutto quelli che si occupano di permessi di soggiorni

Gentilissimi, simpatici e competenti. Non so i nomi dei funzionari a cui oggi ( 17/8/17 ) ho presentato la domanda per il passaporto, ma pareva di parlare con amici. Davvero belle persone

The staffs are so rude. They only talk about what they want to say but never listen to your problems. They even say something really rude about foreigners!
