Checked prices on web beforehand. For our car Max was $25 euro. When arrived was told Max was $30 euro. When we came back for car welas charged $31 euro. Next time I will reserve online and prepay to avoid the bumps. Otherwise this is a great location. We had no issues with service. It is possible to find free parking in spots around the city with some patience but for the convenience and peace of mind I recommend using this garage.

In response to reply, our exact car model was listed as a medium size for 25 euro. It would be a good idea to post those on the office window for clarity. As mentioned the location and service are good and are recommended. We got lucky one day and happened on a parking spot that had white painted lines with no signs preventing parking. We parked there all day for free with no problem other than a longer walk in to the center.

Muito bem localizado, mas extremamente caro. A não ser que seja para algo rápido, não vale a pena. O melhor é estacionar mais distante e pegar algum tipo de transporte público até o centro. Sai mais em conta.

Closest parking to the downtown sites. In fact it is only half a block from the pedestrian only zone. The space is very tight (as all parking in Italy is)! The only downside is that they don't open until 7am, and you can't get your car any earlier, so if you have an early departure you'll have to leave the night before. This is standard for all garages in Florence.

I GOT FINED !!!
The parking is good and very convenient for visiting the dome area. Just be aware that you risk getting fined if you go there! I got 2 fines of 86€ each, plus i have to pay 120€ administration fee to the rental company now !! The manager of the parking is nice and tried to help me, aparently he did his part and informed the police but still i got fined ! That is because it took me 25 minutes to get out of the ZTL after leaving the parking due to some streets being closed, for work and my gps got confused.

Aparently it is not the parking’s fault, as they did their job. But that still does leave me with the fines and fee from the rental company!

Not recomended!

LATER EDIT: now the manager is threatening to sue me because i wrote this review ! :)) Nice !

We drove up from Siena and were spending the day touring The Academia Galleria and other Florence sights. I knew this garage was nearby and had good reviews (one nearby had poor reviews) so picked Park2go. I found navigating in Florence difficult with a lot of one way streets and walking only streets but found the garage via google maps (it’s on right on a one way street). When I arrived on a Sunday they asked if I had a reservation. I did not and they asked me how long I needed to park - I said maybe 4 hours. They were very accommodating and valet’d my car. Parking in any big city is expensive and this is no exception. The rates are clearly posted and it cost me €25 to par for 4 & 1/2 hours. I would highly recommend this garage and that you make a reservation to park.

Ho parcheggiato oggi la mia auto in questo parcheggio nel pieno centro di Firenze, a pochi passi dal Duomo. E' un parcheggio grande, ci sono almeno 40 posti auto e per essere a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale è un bel numero. Hanno avuto cura della mia auto, sono stato accolto al mio arrivo ed appena arrivato a riprendere l'auto in due-tre minuti me l'hanno riconsegnata. Personale gentile e devo sottolineare molto professionale, il ragazzo che mi ha servito, mentre aspettavo, ho avuto modo di sentirlo parlare fluentemente in inglese, francese e spagnolo e devo dire che non è assolutamente facile trovare personale poliglotta in Italia. Tornerò a settembre per un convegno e lascerò la mia auto qui per tutti i quattro giorni. Grazie per il servizio, a presto.

Overpriced and not easy to access

Dear Owner, Thanks for your quick answer. I understand that you do not like my review. However It is not acceptable to call a paying customer a liar and insult him as a bad driver. I recommend to look for cheaper and more easy accessible parking outside the center and have a nice stroll to the city

Esperienza negativa per me. Mi sono ritrovato al momento della consegna l’auto posteggiata in uno spazio molto angusto, tra muro, pilastro ed altra autovettura e pretendevano che facessi manovra da solo. Ha fatto poi seguito una graffiatura sul lato dx della quale non risponderanno.

The price charged not the same as the pricelist shown in front of cashier and waiting room. My car was Seat Ateca which should be 30euro per day (according to pricelist), but the guy charged me 36euro per day.
When i asked why you charged me 36euro per day, He said the price list shown in front of waiting room and cashier has been changed for a long time.
