Abbiamo soggiornato lo scorso fine settimana a La Peonia su consiglio di amici cagliaritani. Il b&b si trova in una elegante palazzina d'epoca. Abbiamo trovato la stanza spaziosa e pulita; i servizi sono di recentissima ristrutturazione. La colazione è abbondante e varia nelle proposte. I proprietari sono estremamente cortesi.

Avevo letto le recensioni e devo dire tutto confermato ed i complimenti tutti meritati, struttura eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista.dalla posizione ai padroni di casa Sig Antonello e Vanna splendide person; alle bellissime camere, pulite, accoglienti, spaziose, alla colazione abbondante e varia, alle belle aree all'aperto, inoltre , da non sottovalutare accettano animali. che dire di più , andateci e vedrete voi stessi, super consigliato.

Consiglio questo raffinato B&B in zona Pirri a Cagliari. Camere spaziose ed elegantemente arredate così come gli spazi comuni. Pulizia impeccabile. I proprietari si distinguono per la cortesia e la disponibilità ed è un piacere parlare con loro...ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra. Colazione buona e varia. rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito in zona senza difficoltà.

We had only 4 days, but Antonello prepared for us so many informations and interesting directions that we save a lot of time.We didn't waste time for bus searching, because we've got a bus schedule and lines from Antonello. Cosy room and comfort bathroom let us rest after long trips.

Positive: Very cosy room. Breakfast met our expectations. Very tasty croisants, coffee, fruits. Comfort bed, bathroom clean and new modernized. Senior Antonello was very helpfull in trip organizing. We saved a lot of time thanks to him.. Negative: I don't know, our stay was too short :-). We had a room just by the street, but we didn't have a problem with sleeping..

Avevo bisogno di un alloggio in questo quartiere di Pirri per passare il capodanno con parenti che abitano in una via adiacente. Eravamo due coppie ed ho trovato questo B&B un ottima soluzione.
Abbiamo usufruito del appartamento ubicato al interno , in un bel giardino. Due camere separate con bagno interno , spazio con angolo cottura e bel soppalco . Tutto ben ristrutturato e nuovo , con tv e bagni moderni .
Estrema pulizia e buona qualità del sonno , essendo al interno non si sente la strada adiacente .
Non c’è parcheggio, ma la zona ha molti posti auto gratuiti.
Colazione buona e varia , tenendo presente che è un B&b, servita nella bella sala al ingresso in stile antico .
Il signor Antonello e la sua signora si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili
Sicuramente torneremo in altre occasioni.

Accueil sympathique et chaleureux. Tout est très bien organisé, pensé, réalisé pour le confort et le bien-être des hôtes : cuisine équipée, salles de bains très propres (sanitaires neufs), plusieurs coin-salon, wi-fi, terrasse avec barbecue etc... Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et de très bonne qualité.||L'assistance des propriétaires couvre tous les sujets, des renseignements touristiques concernant les excursions, les déplacements, les commerces jusqu'au règlement d'une amende de stationnement que nous avions reçue...||Vraiment de très bons souvenirs.

Che dire... sono stato una settimana per lavoro e ho alloggiato in questo posto davvero accogliente. I proprietari Antonello e Vanna di una squisita disponibilità... professionali ma nello stesso tempo “familiari”. Mi sono sentito davvero a casa. Antonello mi ha portato in giro per la città con la sua auto e Vanna mi faceva trovare ogni mattina una colazione che sembrava un banchetto. Pulizia eccellente e ... che posso dire ancora? Se vi capita di andare da quelle parti prenotate alla Peonia... vi piacerà Alessandro

Thank you Antonello and Vaana for my most enjoyable visit. ||La Peonia is a warm and comfortable place to stay. You made me feel very much at home and 100% welcome. After a very short time I didn't want to leave. I thoroughly recommend La Peonia to anyone heading to Cagliari. It is far enough from the city to be removed from the tourist hustle and bustle, yet close enough to be convenient, with an excellent bus service or free parking outside on the street. I hope very much too be able to return. There are very good facilities at the door - a supermarket and bus stop literally opposite, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance, and a small shopping centre just along the road a short distance.||Congratulations Antonello and Vaana on your fine establishment. ||Best wishes, Paul

AMAZING||||We stayed for 4 nights as a weekend break. On arrival we were greeted by Antonello, who kindly showed us to our room and then took us for a tour of the city in his car, showing us all the places we might like to visit. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean and had every thing you might possibly want, including a terrace with amazing out door kitchen in stainless steel.||||Vanna and Antonello are just beautiful people, very quiet and discreet, but always there when you need them.||||Breakfast is brilliant, so good you don't need lunch||||I can't recommend La Peonia enough, we will definitely be back.

La Peonia Boutique is the best place we recommend to stay at Cagliari. The wonderful environment and the even better the hospitality from our Host Antonello & Vanna was nothing less than "Feel like home". We definitely recommend this place. We loved the Breakfast and the way we could talk and share our experiences with the other guests and also get some tips. Antonello was so kind to prepare itenaries for our day, as in where to go, what to eat..where to eat..it was awesome. We enjoyed every place he recommended. we will definitely stay at La Peonia again when we visit Cagliari.

Il B&B si trova fuori dal centro in zona Pirri, durante il giorno trovare parcheggio richiede qualche minuto in più. La struttura è ampia, all’interno di una casa antica con un bel giardino esterno che essendo febbraio non ho potuto sfruttare. Le camere sono molto pulite e spaziose. Non ho potuto testare la palestra interna perché alle 18:30 non ho trovato nessuno a cui chiederne l’ubicazione. L’unica differenza rispetto alle esaltanti recensioni estive è stata la colazione. Nelle 2 mattine l’ho trovata scarna, infatti era composta da fette di salumi e formaggio poco allettanti, 2 gusti di yogurt dell’adiacente discount senza traccia di cereali con cui accompagnarli, 4 piccoli panini rotondi e 1 solo cornetto (per forza farcito con la marmellata!), 1 gusto di bevanda alla frutta in brocca. Ho mangiato solo un paio di mostaccioli con un cappuccino fatto al momento con la macchina elettrica. Perché non servire il caffè appena fatto nella moka di casa con un bricco di latte caldo vicino? Dov’è la colazione varia e gustosa? Dove sono le torte fatte in casa? Forse non erano previste per l’unico ospite? Non devo essere costretto a chiedere... cosa che non mi va di fare.|Sicuramente sarò l’eccezione che conferma la regola delle altre recensioni...

やや街の中心地からは離れていますが、中心地からバスでは20分くらいでバス停の目の前にあります。8分毎にバスは来ますので、この素敵なbed and breakfastを諦める理由にはなりません。オーナーは優しく、親切で、ディナーや観光のアドバイスをいただけました。朝食も生ハム、サラミ、チーズ、パンとフルーツ(おそらくどれもサルデーニャ産)などをいただけて、どれも美味しかったです。素敵なお庭もあります。周囲は昔ながらの雰囲気があり、日曜日には広場に人が集まっておしゃべりするような街で治安の悪さは全く感じません。カリアリに来たならまた泊まりに行きたいです。

Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr großer Wohnbereich mit zwei sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertigen Möbeln eingerichteten Schlafzimmern. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Fitnessstudio durfte jederzeit benutzt werden. Sehr nette Gastgeber und sehr gutes Frühstück in angenehmem Ambiente.

Perfect place to stay in Cagliari. Our hosts could not have been more generous in their welcome. They got up very early to give us breakfast before an early flight. And purchased gluten free products for me when I mentioned my apathy. The place is beautiful. Furnished with lovely antiques. There is a wonderful garden where we relaxed with an evening apperitivo. Really an outstanding value.

A distanza di un anno sono tornata a "casa". ||E si, perché a "La peonia" è come stare a casa, in un'atmosfera familiare ed accogliente. ||Antonello e Vanna sono così ospitali che dispiace lasciarli e non si vede l'ora di tornare. ||Un'isola felice nel cuore di Pirri che merita di essere conosciuta.

Positif: Une maison avec beaucoup de charme, facile à trouver en venant de l'aéroport avec un GPS. Un de nos meilleurs petits déjeuners en Sardaigne, très bonne charcuterie, fruits, gâteaux... L'acceuil de la propriétaire était adorable..

Für mich war La Peonia der ideale Ort, um Cagliari und Umgebung ohne Auto zu entdecken, und das zu einem fairen Preis. Mit dem Bus kommt man gut in die Stadt und von dort aus weiter an Strand etc. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, ruhig, das Frühstück lecker. Der Hausherr reservierte für mich einen Ausflug mit Bus und Schiff inklusive feinem Mittagessen, sehr gut, auch der Tipp einer Pizzeria in der Stadt war toll. Abstrich gibt es für mich für das harte Bett, mit dem ich Mühe hatte, aber das ist eine sehr persönliche Sache, andere Gäste finden das vielleicht gut.Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt

Positive: Very welcoming host. Nothing was too much trouble. Although no local cafes the accomodation was on the bus direct to the town centre and bus travel was very cheap and easy. We did choose this location as easy to avoid city driving which it was. Generous breakfast at communal table which was fun.. Negative: There were no cafes or restaurants in walking distance and parking our hire car difficult.

Positief: Het huis is verrassend groot en mooi ingericht. Heel aardige mensen en een heel goed ontbijt.. Negatief: Is geen bezwaar gebleken, maar je moet (kan) met de bus naar het centrum. De bushalte is bij terugkomst tegenover het huis. Voor de heenweg moet je een kleine 10 inuten lopen..

Positiva: El alojamiento estuvo genial. Todo limpísimo, la habitación muy grande y con las instalaciones perfectas, el baño nuevo, la cama y las almohadas perfectas para descansar (no en todos los sitios el colchón y las almohadas son nuevas) y el desayuno buffet perfecto también. La ubicación para nosotros fue perfecta, ya que, parábamos de paso y nos resultó más cómodo no estar en el centro, ya que llevábamos coche y no queríamos jaleo. Allí se aparca muy bien, en coche al centro son 10 minutos, y si quieres prescindir de él, tienes el autobús en la puerta de casa. Antonello nos recibió estupendamente con una sonrisa y un mapa, nos aconsejó sitios de gastronomía y que ver en la cuidad. Si vuelvo en alguna ocasión, ¡Repetiré sin dudarlo! ¡¡Gracias por todo!!!.

Positif: Les hôtes sont tout à fait charmants et aux petits soins pour leurs pensionnaires: propositions d'itinéraires, de visites, de restaurants, et même un tour de ville en voiture avec le propriétaire, si l'on arrive dans l'après-midi! Le petit déjeuner est bien garni et à volonté, la chambre climatisée spacieuse, la literie très confortable et la salle de bains moderne et d'une propreté irréprochable..

Positif: Le petit déjeuner était incroyable. Très bien garni, du salé (charcuterie fromage, des œufs faits comme vous voulez, brouillés, au plat etc..), du sucré (croissants, gâteaux, yaourts confitures Nutella...). Du bon jus de fruits et café chocolat.. Et des fruits. Antonello est un un hôte incroyable. Il est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport à 1h du matin pour qu'on ne paye pas trop cher le taxi. Il nous a indiqué les choses à faire, les restaurants, bars etc.. C'était vraiment génial. La décoration atypique est très agréable aussi et ça change. Belle salle de bain.. Négatif: Lit un petit peu dur et les murs sont un peu fins entre les chambres donc on peut entendre les voisins marcher, parler.. Mais ce n'est pas très grave en soi. :).

This is not only a review but also a special note of thanks for your friendliness, your hospitality, your above and beyond the call of hosting. You definitely made our visit of 8 days and stay here on Sardinia the most pleasant experience one ever could imagine. Little things , like giving us bus tickets to get our rental car, making reservations for us in small but excellent restaurants that without you we would never have found; clean rooms and bathrooms were a normal. And yes, the breakfast was not only very selective-being able to interact with the other guests under your tutelage made for some great memories ||Arrivederci and mille Grazie

J’ai visité pas mal de pays mais c’est la 1ere fois que je suis autant touché par la générosité et l’accueil d’un hôte. Antonello et Vanna Saba nous ont très bien accueilli. La résidence est très charmante et bien équipée. Nous avons suivi les conseils d’Antonello pour la plage, restos et lieux à visiter et avons eu de très bonnes surprises au delà de nos espérances. Il est facile de se garer à l’extérieur. Je recommande fortement La Peonia et y retournerai sans hésiter. Merci Antonello et Vanna :)

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Frühstück gut. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und haben sich sehr liebevoll um uns gesorgt. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und uns bei unserer Routenplanung zu den schönsten Ecken Südsardiniens aktiv unterstützt. Man hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen um uns alles näher zu bringen. Die Gastgeber hatten immer ein offenes Ohr! ||||Wir sind sehr zufrieden und erholt aus dem Urlaub zurückgekehrt und können diese Unterkunft ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen.

Really enjoyed the conviviality of having breakfast with other guests. Breakfast was good and I am certain Antonelli and Vanna would provide whatever is requested||The bedroom was spotless and bathroom modern. Towels and bedlinen very clean and bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was efficient and there was a safe in the room.||Antonelli gave excellent suggestions re-activities and recommended restaurants . He organised day trips as well as providing a reliable lift to the airport. ||We felt extremely well looked after and felt so welcome. If you find travelling stressful, definitely stay here as all worries are eliminated with the professional care and attention Antonelli and Vanna give to their guests.||To get to the city was a 15 min bus ride. The bus stops outside the b and b which is on a fairly busy road. A great introduction to Sardinian hospitality and would highly recommend staying at La Peonia!

The B&B was fantastic. We had a lovely room, breakfast each morning was delicious and Antonello our host helped us plan a daily itinerary which ensured we saw the best of Cagliari and the surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend this B&B to anybody travelling to Cagliari.

Een uitstekende eerste nacht op Sardinie gehad. Antonello en zijn vrouw zijn zeer gastvrij. Denken mee over lekkere restaurantjes in de stad en het plannen van de vervolgroute richting het noorden van Sardinie. Goede kamer. Lekker ontbijt. Aanrader!

Wil je de stad Cagliari bezoeken is dit een goed adres.De bus stop vlakbij en binnen 15 minuten sta je in hartje Cagliari.||Antonello en zijn vrouw zijn goede gastheren.||Kamer die wij hadden was eenvoudig maar schoon.||Ontbijt is voor Italiaanse begrippen veel en smaakvol.||Heerlijk croissantje erbij.||Je kunt Antonello alles vragen over de mogelijkheden die je kunt doen rondom Cagliari.||Hij pluist alles voor je uit.||Restaurants, boottochten, de mooiste stranden. Vraag maar...||Parkeren kan weleens lastig zijn, vooral omdat het een eenrichtingsstraat is.||Wij hadden een jammer aan de zijkant.||Je hoort wel geluiden van de straat.||Zouden we weer eens ooit richting Cagliari gaan zouden we deze mooie B en B weer kiezen.

Positive: We loved the wonderful character of the accommodation , full of antiques and stylish artefacts. Antonella and Vanna are the most obliging of hosts you could ever wish to meet! Antonella provided us with tips and guidance of where to visit, where to eat etc . The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice, croissants, cheese ham etc with homemade tarts Sardinian style. Eggs were offered every day. The bedroom was large and comfortable and perfectly quiet even though we were on the main road. The shower and en-suite were high spec, lashings of hot water too! We liked the honesty bar in the room, where we could buy cold water and drinks from the fridge. There was ample free parking outside.. Negative: Nothing! We knew the location, bus ride into the city centre was excellent!.

Ero in viaggio per i lavoro, ho pernottato una notte, La struttura è eccellente. I proprietari sono due persone stupende.Cordiali colazione ottima la torta che prepara la proprietaria è il dolce che la nonna con amore prepara ai nipoti.||Mi sono sentita in famiglia. la camera molto pulita, bagno eccellente. Insomma, non ho trovato un solo difetto. Devo solo dire Grazie per il magnifico soggiorno. E ci tornerò presto.

Arredato con molto gusto, ideale per un soggiorno di lavoro, per una vacanza, raffinato.
Consigliato anzi sarebbe un vero peccato passare per Cagliari d non soggiornare li.

Ho soggiornato in questa splendida struttura che presenta alla esterno splendidi stucchi stie barocco in una l stanza molto ampia e luminosa ben arredata con mobili di pregio bagno comodo e e aria condizionata silenziosa.colazione ricca comprendente anche ottimi prodotti del territorio.gentilissima e premurosa la coppia che gestisce la struttura che ti fa sentire a proprio agio come in una famiglia

Die Lage ist sehr gut - eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Antonello, der Eigentümer und seine Ehefrau sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ihre Empfehlungen, der Restaurants in Cagliari waren sehr gut.

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal dort. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und die Badezimmer sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück wird liebevoll angerichtet und ist großzügig bemessen. Antonello ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber der uns viiele gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben hat.

OTTIMO, mi sono trovato benissimo. 3notti in vero relax a pochi minuti dal centro di Cagliari. Gentilissimo Antonello, il titolare, e sua moglie. Accogliente e recentemente ristrutturato offre tutti i confort, nonché molto pulito. LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE. Tornerò sicuramente. COMPLIMENTI

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Vanna und Antonella. So nette freundliche Gastgeber erlebt man nur noch sehr selten. Am Ankunftstag unternahm Hr. Saba eine kostenlose Stadtrundfahrt mit seinem eig. PKW und wir konnten so bereits einen ersten entspannten Überblick über Cagliari bekommen. Tolle Idee!||Das Ehepaar umsorgt seine Gäste sehr liebenswürdig und zuvorkommend. Morgens freut man sich auf das von Frau Saba zubereitete leckere Frühstück mit sardischen Produkten, während Herr Saba seine Gäste mit hervorragenden Tipps zu besonderen Sehenswürdigkeiten und verträumten Buchten für die täglichen Touren versorgt. Die gesamte Pension ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt zwar keinen hauseigenen Parkplatz, aber in der Straße vor dem Haus haben wir immer einen freien Parkplatz gefunden. Für die Fahrten in die Stadt empfiehlt sich die Nutzung des Busses, der in wenigen Zeitabständen regelmäßig von der Bushaltestelle in der Nähe abfährt. Die Rückfahrten enden sogar gegenüber dem Haus.||||Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Uno stabile abbastanza bello, con un bel giardino. Un po distante dal centro, ma ci sono i mezzi pubblici, o come me, 15 min a piedi. Le stanze sono pulite, confortevoli, e i proprietari, marito e moglie, sempre disponibili e gentili. Prezzi a seconda del periodo, ma nn eccessivi. Io ci sono stato varie volte e mi sono sempre trovato bene. Vale la pena di provarlo.

Only good things to say! Great hosts, very warm and welcoming. Antonello was super helpful, he printed us off bus timetables, gave us a list of restaurant recommendations, suggested various activities and directions of how to get there as well as a personal tour around the city! The breakfast was great, enough to keep you going all day. The room was spacious and a nice modern bathroom (great shower). Overall a great experience and would highly recommend it. Thanks for having us!

Ein wenig ausserhalb des Zentrum. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Sehr schöne Zimmer und Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gemütlicher Sitzplatz (Terrasse).Nachteil das B & B liegt an einer Hauptstrasse was natürlich Strassenlärm verursacht.

Belle demeure contemporaine, au calme. On loge dans la maison à l'arrière de la rue.||Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés - comme si nous étions de la famille -||Info sur la région - Documents préparés par nos hôtes pour nos découvertes.||Le bus "M" pour aller au centre ville s'arrête devant la porte. Pt déj parfait. On a envie de revenir et de passer l'adresse aux amis chers !

Struttura decisamente sopra le aspettative! Camere e bagno ampi e pulitissimi; colazione abbondante e curata. Che dire poi della gentilezza del signor Antonello e della sua dolce consorte...appena torniamo a Cagliari di sicuro approffitteremo nuovamente della loro ospitalità!!! A presto!

Hemos pasado unos días en Cerdeña alojándonos en la Peonía y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva; el autobus M para justo en la puerta y te lleva al centro en 10 minutos. La habitación como en las fotos y el trato perfecto.||Además hay que destacar que el desayuno incluído en el precio es excelente; fruta, zumos, yogures, galletas, bollería, café y una tortilla de queso hecha al momento. Una delicia!!
