Abbiamo avuto un problema al camper. Ci siamo rivolti a loro senza conoscerli perché non siamo del posto e questi ragazzi molto gentili e disponibili ci hanno dato fiducia così che gli abbiamo fatto fare altri lavori aggiuntivi. Ci siamo trovati bene sia a livello professionale che umano.

These guys are fantastic!! We had trouble with our campervan leisure battery and needed it replaced right away. We found this place on Google and we are so thankful that we did. The staff are really friendly and professional. They went out of their way to help us solve our problem - even though we had to rely on Google Translate to communicate! Would recommend the team at Pama Camper to anybody needing campervan repairs

Pessima esperienza mi hanno sostituito la parte post fanaleria portamoto sostituendola con tecnologia led mi hanno fatto pagare la centralina che non porta, 150€ facendomi capire che la nuova tecnologia aveva una centralina, poi mi hanno riparato il paraurti posteriore con la vetroresina e dopo 20 giorni di non utilizzo l'ho trovato tutto lesionato con microcrepe, mi hanno siliconato la cupola anteriore mettendo il silicone sullo sporco e dopo 2 mesi si è scollato da solo.
L'unica cosa che fanno BENISSIMO è mettere l'adesivo del logo PAMA CAMPER come pubblicità.
IL TUTTO AL COSTO DI 1230 EURO emettendo fattura per meta' importo

Abbiamo provato a risolverli a Villa e a Cosenza. Non sono stati in grado. PAMA CAMPER.... E LUCE FU. Ci hanno rincuorato già a telefono e hanno risolto tutto con velocità e squisitezza d animo. Un grazie a Enzo e ai suoi collaboratori, vi auguriamo cent'anni di salute!!!

War zur Reparatur des Dometic Kühlschranks in der Werkstatt. Nach Austausch aller möglichen Ersatzteile musste der Kühlschrank ausgebaut werden, dabei stellte sich als Ursache ein defektes Kabel heraus, durch dieses war dann die Platine noch defekt. Am 3.Tag funktioniert der Kühlschrank wieder. Bei der Aktion wurde der Wohnraumboden und die äusserer Abdeckung beschädigt. ÜBERRASCHUNG DANN BEIM Preis. 3 x so hoch wie angeboten. Das doppelte wäre aus meiner Sicht für den Aufwand ok gewesen. Keine Rechnung und keine Kartenzahlung. Ich ließ mich darauf ein, da ich endlich weiter wollte. Im Nachhinein benötigte ich eine Rechnung oder Quittung für eine eventuelle Garantieabwicklung. Riesen Probleme bis ich mit Hilfe eines italienischen Geschäftspartner zu der Quittung kam.
Also vorsicht, vorher alles klar und eindeutig definieren und schriftlich bestätigen lassen, auch wenn es nervt. In Rom und in Palermo gibt es kompetentere und zuverlässigere Werkstätten. In Rom haben wir eine Solaranlage einbauen lassen. Super Qualität und super Preis/ Leistung.

We are very pleased with the service. The owner and employees worked hard with us to ensure they understood the issues we were facing and helped explain the solutions to us. We had to use Google to translate between English and Italian, but they were very friendly and patient. They ordered the necessary parts (propane system, window) while we were in their office to give us peace of mind that the parts would arrive quickly.

Then, they prioritized our installation and work needed to get us back on the road quickly. To top it off, they took a quick peek under the hood for us to make sure our filters and fluids were in good working order.

Before doing any of this, they clearly laid out pricing to us before we secured an appointment.
