Very impatient, arrogant, time consuming and inefficient for me, I wanted to have 20 hours of lessons continuously everyday in 10 days or 20 days maximum since I passed the theory exam in the beginning of March, but the Secretary arranged me a program with only one or two hours per week lasting till end of July, in 5 months, in such an unreasonably long duration, based on their plan, not my continuous compact learning plan, so I could not learn continuously, and easily forgot how to drive after one or two weeks. And I preferred to learn from the other very nice instructor but the secretary insisted to have arranged me lots of lessons with the controlling instructor who does not provide teaching driving skills and instruction. I was taken to mountain roads for one simulation exam where the final exam normally happens but I was never trained how to drive in those narrow and complicated mountain streets, then of course the final exam I was failed and then I needed to do a second exam with them. The controlling instructor hardly teaches anything, only gives orders and criticizes mostly when I was driving and when I even didn't know how to handle the car in those cases and situations , and I wasted quite a few months of my precious time. They should be paid by teaching, not criticizing, but when you go there to learn driving skills, the controlling instructor taught no driving skills at all, only giving orders and criticizing almost all the time during the entire driving lessons, which was very disturbing, only causing nervousness and anxiety to the student, then I could not focus on driving with concentration. A very unpleasant experience for me, losing and having to wait 5 months for something that could have been fixed for 20 days, and surprisingly this school refused to continue to provide further services after I was failed twice in two exams after 6 months learning in their school and I had to find another school to continue to learn driving, which is very ridiculous and such attitude is very unprofessional for any service provider. After 6months, it turned out for me to be only losing time here.

Hello Mr. Enzo,

I am happy to get an reply from your company, but unfortunately there is no apology, only defense, and marketing for your company.

This is not a professional attitude to any client from any service provider.

My feedback is completely based on my own experience in your company. And also I talked with some of my friends here, they had the same experience like me.

So I even doubt some of the five-star feedbacks below used fake names to do marketing for your company.

You can not only criticize your clients for any negative feedback, and only welcome positive feedback, then how can you improve your service quality?

As you claimed over 90% of your students passed the exam, this does not make sense, because anyone can pass the exam after an unnecessarily prolonged time plan.

But you didn't mention how much unnecessary time is spent with him when the students have to drive next to a criticizer, instead of an instructor.

If he is a professional instructor, he should know that his continuous blames and criticizing will make driver more nervous and it can cause accidents because of his criticizing and blaming when a student is driving.

I just hope this can make your company realize what's your real problem is as a service provider, and your clients come here to learn driving skills, not to just listen orders and blames every minute when they are driving, and his responsibility is to teach driving skills, not to give orders and criticizing.

You can not know what happened when your instructor sits next to your clients when you sit in the office.

Molto sconsigliata.
Ambiente molto scontroso e personale assai incompetente.
