Travel in and out of Lucca frequently due to a home there and the US, and with every trip, I find myself shipping goodies back to the US. Discovered this location years ago, and every time I use them, I leave feeling so blessed to have found them! Luigi and all the others are extremely helpful, pleasant and caring! Always have all the shipping supplies on hand, always help with packing, and we always receive our packages earlier than expected and in perfect condition. Thank you Luigi and all of you at Mailboxes Lucca!

Continuerò a usare EMR per tutte le mie esigenze di elettrodomestici. Il tecnico si è presentato in tempo, ha diagnosticato il problema quasi immediatamente e ha riparato il mio forno prima che il servizio della cena ne risentisse. Dal tecnico che ci ha servito ai rappresentanti con cui ho comunicato in ufficio, il servizio clienti di EMR è più che eccezionale. Lo consiglio vivamente!
