Question regarding shadesglasses he pretended she didn't exist and turned his head the other way, which was very strange , when my wife tried to gain his attention again he got rude with her at which point I got involved and told him that he didn't have to be rude with her..he just said that he had to attend other customers as well, I just told him at that point he could just tell us that and that there was no need for being rude bu he again got rude at which point I became Abit rude as well, few abuses were exchanged from both sides and I decided to move out.i wonder why we were the only ones ignored, was it because we were not white. I have been living in Europe and traveled to different countries but never faced such an issue..I want to put it out there that no racist slurs or insult was said to me and that it is just my observation that while other customers were attended to we were totally ignored like we didn't exist and we're unwanted at that shop.
Worst customer experience of my life. I would not recommend going to the shop if you are not white.

Ho acquistato 1anno e mezzo fa occhiali da vista . Speso 500euro di cui 178 montatura armani, il resto lenti. ( sbagliato gradazione) Bene, l altro giorno d improvviso si sono rotti nell attacco dell asta che si collega alla giuntura dell occhiale; m hanno riferito che non rietra nella garanzia e che ormai la montatura era fuori produzione...comunque sono stato servito in modo molto sbrigativo e sgarbato. Croce nera. Salvo solo una ragazza di nome Ana e un altro ragazzo sempre gentile per il resto non comment. Aimè credo proprio che la loro politica non sia la cura del cliente . ..
