sono dei truffatori mi hanno imputato la targa storta di pochi millimetri per 340,00 euro e consegnano le macchine sporche e senza neanche il sopralluogo iniziale.

Sconsiglio vivamente, attese lunghissime e consegnano auto con danni non registrati per poi imputarti i costi... Fate massima attenzione

Quick and easy service to return or pick up cars.

No complaints. They should point out where are the cars supposed to be parked for the return because they don't have a dedicated parking lot (like Hertz) and the traffic around there is a mess.

الموقع سيء وغير ظاهر مما اضطرنا لتأخير التسليم.
الموظف محترم وانجزنا التسليم خلال دقائق.
الموقع داخل في الحارة ولوحته غير ظاهرة جيدا وفي شارع داخلي.
لمن اراد التسليم يجب عليه الحضور تجنبا للضياع وتأخير التسليم.

Ottima posizione, proprio all’uscita della stazione Tiburtina. Personale gentile, accogliente, e sempre disponibile con i clienti!

This office is located in Roma Tiburtina, a very busy neighborhood close to a congested causeway and busy metro station. The company parks its cars under the causeway with no dedicated parking spots.
They gave us the keys to a different car we agreed on upon signing the contract.Although they were not busy either of the two employees offered to walk us to the car across the street where the car was parked, or to perform a control of the vehicle prior to handing over the car.

Once we arrived at our place as we got out of the car, we noticed scratches on the fender and immediately took pictures to email to the address we had been given as a contact.
3 weeks later, when we dropped off the car at the airport in Rome, they pointed out the scratches as a damaged that we had caused. We were requested to pay $614.75 for the alleged damages incurred.

Ho preso una macchina il 22 agosto e il giorno dopo riconsegnata mancavano pochi minuti la chiusura e io avevo I minuti contati e grazie al personale di servizio a roma circuvallazione nomentano sono riuscito a fare tutto grazie alla loro disponibilita' educazione e velocita' nella chiusura del mio noleggio. ufficio vicinissimo alla stazione..... macchine sempre pronte davanti l ufficio... anche la riconsegna è molto rapida , ottimo per chi deve prendere il treno.....

L'homme à la réception se sacrait de nous comme de sa dernière chemise. N'a même pas essayé de nous aider alors que nous avions une crevaison sur notre voiture de location.
