I've sent packages from this place in the past and the other day when I went in to get information, the manager of the place made me feel like I was putting him out after I had asked him a couple of questions regarding prices of shipments. I walked out without shipping anything. Will take my business elsewhere.

We arrived as American tourists expecting we could ship chocolate home after our visit to the local chocolate factory .... in 90 degree heat. Turns out you can’t use dry ice internationally. The kind man working the counter explored our options and we worked out an arrangement. I don’t normally do reviews but felt compelled to after the great service.
