Please DO NOT waste your time going into this shop in Pisa as the brunette shop assistant is the most rude person you will ever met, making your experience in Pisa a bit bittersweet.

We wanted to exchange a bag that was in bad conditions as we didn't realise it was damaged and instead of dealing with it in a profesional (and normal) way, she started shouting us as she was in a hurry and had to close the shop (as she literally said).

We understand she has a life apart from work, we all do, but while we were in there we expected to be treated as the costumers we were and not like rubbish. She literally pushed us outside screaming at us and hit me with the door. In other words, really disgusting experience. Actually, there were random people witnessing the embarrassing scene that wanted to help us as they also couldn't believe what she was doing.

Moreover, she refused to speak English to me and said it was my problem if I can't speak Italian as I'm in Italy. Luckily, I speak Spanish so I was able to understand all the unpleasant things she was shouting at us.

This person needs to understand that she works for a brand as she is supposed to be the face of this brand. However, she damaged the brand by acting the way she did and this have consequences that results in spreading a negative feedback not only of the shop but also of the brand.

If she doesn't know how to deal with people, DO NOT work in costumer service.
