As this was one of the only places in Italy serving halal we decided to give it a try. So we got there and the place was empty. We were asked by the owner if we made a reservation to which we replied no, he said all the tables are booked and sat as right by the door where you could feel a draft. Throughout our meal not a single customer came in to sit at the other tables which we found weird. The owner didn't seem too bothered. They do charge a service charge which isn't optional and they serve bottled water hence they also charge for water. In terms of value this is approximately €15-20 per head which is on the higher end for Persian food. Given my experience with Persian food, I found the portions to be a little small but the food was okay. Best to explore other places in the area if you're not restricted to halal food.

Great Persian food and warm atmosphere

I live in london andwe have a good number of Perisian Resturants that one is definitely a one to remember. Strongly recommend if you need a break from traditional Tuscan dishes.

Prices are relatively reasonable and the service was good.

The lack of communication and managerial etiquette is PISS-POOR! We had to walk to the back of the restaurant to see if there was any open seats available. They asked if we had any reservations and I replied no. The managers huddled around each other and looked at there list for a minute or two then looked at us and said no seating is available.

They didn’t even say thanks for coming, try coming back later, or to even wait outside for the next available table!

Ristorante piuttosto piccolo per questo intimo e silenzioso. Ottima atmosfera. Interno accogliente e ben arredato. Servizio attento e di aiuto nella scelta delle pietanze. Piacevole l'assaggio dei piatti. Ottima bevanda tipica allo yogurt e il pollo ribes e riso. Da provare.

Prima volta che mangio in un ristorante iraniano. Che dire? Eccezionale! Sapori incredibili, uva festa per le papille gustative!
Carne alla brace davvero buona e di buona qualità, riso servito in una scodella ad hoc, latte acido frizzante da bere, che bontà!! Andateci sicuramente, ne rimarrete innamorati!

Locale piccolissimo ed accogliente. Si respira l'aria persiana. Il menu è poco ampio ma il cibo è buono. Il prezzo per ciò che si è mangiato è eccessivo (10 euro per un antipasto composto da pane e yogurt, melanzane e poche olive mi sembra inadatto)

استقبال اكثر من سيئ مع موظف الاستقبال وعند وصولي الساعه 3:00 ادعى بان المطعم يغلق 3:30 علما بانه مكتوب الإغلاق الساعة 4:00 اتمنى على صاحب المطعم التحقيق في الامر لان ذلك يبعد عنه الزبائن للأسف

pleas don't trust The review! if I could give zero, I would have given it, the behavior of manager was terrible, I was with my Italian boyfriend who is a great lover of Iranian dishes, we were very happy that we found it in Florence, (unfortunately the only restaurant Persian in Florence) and when we entered, when We saw the cold behavior of the staff we decided not to stay, because he said: you have to wait outside (in the cold) to see if there is room or not! I said how many minutes we have to wait, he said I don't know while places were free, I said these tables are free or booked, he said again I don't know !!!!!! and then not even welcome to my boyfriend who wanted to go there with such joy, I was ashamed as a Persian person in front of my boyfriend,I think this review is really fake! i'm really sorry about that .....

Locale delizioso, piccolo ed accogliente che immediatamente ti proietta in oriente.
Ogni piatto, saporito ma non troppo speziato, propone sapori contrastanti ma da gustare lentamente che in bocca esplodono in un mix travolgente.
Fatevi consigliare e abbinate i vostri piatti al dugh, fresca bevanda a base di yogurt tipica iraniana che avrà il compito di “pulire” la vostra bocca e prepararvi al piatto successivo

Mi è piaciuto molto mangiare in questo ristorante. Il locale è arredato in modo delizioso ricco di particolari e arredi in stile persiano. Non è importante cosa si mangia ma almeno per me è fondamentale assaggiare quei sapori che arrivano da altre cultore e che sono ricche di vero fascino. Sicuramente da provare.

Food was average. Overpriced. The prices on the invoice were higher than the prices stated on the menu (more than just taxes). In addition, a 2 euro service charge per person was added.

Loved this place. After being in Italy for 2 weeks, eating a lot of pizza and pasta, we needed to take a break and this was a wonderful choice. The place is nice, well decorated making it cozy, the food came fast and the quantity/quality/price better as expected. Big portions, delicious food and very affordable prices (~10 EUR each option)

The food was absolutely lovely! My family and I were kind of tired of having Italian food over and over again so when we found this Irani restaurant we just had to go and try it out. Waiters are friendly and our food came to the table fairly quick. Everything was perfect

I went there for lunch and it was very busy but didn't have to wait long and was shown a table quickly.
I ordered ''Dolmeh without meat'' for my starter and ''Ghormeh Sabzi'' for my main which was fantastic plus some side.
The reasons I really liked this Persian restaurant are the quality of the food, beautiful eating utensils, restaurant decorations which is sentimental for me as an Iranian and eye catching for foreigners, good service and reasonable prices.
The portions were enough for one.
Sadly, couldn't try any dessert as I was stuffed so hopefully next time I travel to Firenze.

Double Trouble!!!!!!

Staff are very rude and arrogant. Not friendly at all. We a Muslim family had gone in the restaurant we were sat beside a Chinese family, the waiters were muslims when they were saving the Chinese family they were very friendly and welcoming, however when they had served us they were very disrespectful and rude and unwelcoming, a pure form of racism

المهم حجزنا بالموبايل وايد يصرخ وما قدرنا نروح
اليوم الثاني حجزنا وهم كلمناهم ورحنا وانتظرنا ربع ساعه عند الباب المهم المكان نظيف والاكل طيب ولذيذ ومرتب المكان حلو وعجبنا وهدواء نوعاً ما لكن العاملين في المطعم سيئي الخدمه والمعاملة كانا طارين منهم وغير بشوشين كنا راح نمشي بس قلنا مايصير طلبنا المهم ما صدقنا اكلنا سريع وباقي اكل دفعنا وطلعنا ما يستحق العاملين فيه ولا نجمه ومبوزين اعوذوا بالله مع انه المكان حلو بس العاملين ما عندهم حسن الاستقبال
اخر مره نروح هاي المطعم ما يستحق العنوه
The restaurant is not smiling. I have a good reception. I am new. The place is the last one. I attended the restaurant and anyone asked me about the most important restaurants. I would not describe it as a Tehran restaurant. I would tell them about my bad experience.

Food tastes ok, some dishes really nice but everything overpriced. One star because the restaurant was empty and they gave us a table but suggested we rush. Staff come across as arrogant as if they are doing us a favour not the other way around.

Great cosy Persian Restaurant with delicious affordable food. Prices are reasonable. Excellent quality. Get the extra rice as the portions are a bit small.
You will love this place once you try for the first time.
Serve beer and wine as well.
Clean and tidy with friendly staff which is a given considering persian hospitality ( guests are treated as friends of the God)

The food here is delicious, especially if you have a penchant for middle eastern cuisine, which we definitely do! Even if you have other preferences, the place is a great place for a proper meal if you want a break from the regular Italian food. The staff is friendly and obliging. I would only say that the portions were perhaps slightly smaller than I expected, but otherwise everything was perfect
