Baristi antipatici e il caffè fa venire mal di pancia

We ordered salad, pizza and a sandwich. They all came with about a 5/10 min wait between each item, and instead of my sandwich they brought another pizza. I explained I hadn’t ordered it, and the waitress incredibly rudely shouted over me telling me that I was wrong. We pointed on the menu to explain, as there was also a pizza with similar toppings and the same name, just as we’d pointed when we’d originaly ordered it, but she refuses to change it, set it down in front of me and left. Now onto the food: the salad was dry iceberg lettuce, old grated carrot and no dressing. The pizzas (both pizza and the sandwich masquerading as a pizza) were burnt on the edges, uncooked in the middle and tasted cheap and potentially pre-made. We decided we didn’t want to continue with our meal, so took the barely touched food back and said we would not pay for what we hadn’t eaten, and why. We then had all three waiters shout at us, hold their fingers up when we tried to talk, and then one of them started to repeatedly push my partner in the chest. At this point we decided we’d rather not get into a physical fight, so we gave in, paid and left. Completely unacceptable food and service, with one waiter’s behaviour bordering on illegal. This place should be shut down.

Tardo pomeriggio estivo, ora dell'aperitivo: siamo in tre, chiediamo un mojito (previsto nel menù), ma non avevano la menta , un cocktail alla frutta sempre da menù, ma non avevano la frutta, un alternativa con zenzero, ma non avevano lo zenzero....alla fine ci affidiamo al cameriere per cocktail leggermente alcolico alla frutta....ci serve un cocktail dolcissimo, senza traccia di frutta, ma con lo sciroppo . Come stuzzichini patatine secche, tarallini vecchi e soltanto le olive decenti...alla cassa la signora prima ci chiede 21 euro, noi ci stupiamo un po', si corregge chiedendoci 16.50 (si paga anche il coperto), poi si corregge ancora e pretende altri 2 euro perché solo uno dei cocktail era analcolico. Morale: il peggior aperitivo possibile, con prezzi niente affatto economici!!! E la signora ci ha anche insultati quando le abbiamo fatto notare quanto fossero stati brutti gli aperitivi, stuzzichini inclusi! Non ci torneremo MAI PIÙ!!!

Unfriendly Services.

Servizio pessimo. Entro nel bar con altre 7 persone, dispongono al tavolo solo 7 sedie, costringendomi a rimanere in piedi e a consumare ciò che avevo chiesto (che ho ritirato personalmente dal banco) senza sedermi. Al momento di pagare hanno preteso che pagassi anche il coperto.

Servizio da migliorare molto, ordiniamo 2 aperitivi e attendiamo 20minuti per riceverli. Stuzzicadenti "riciclati" e conto esagerato.

Excellent service même aux étrangers et touristes que nous sommes, cela devenait une denrée rare lors de notre séjour en Italie. Salades fraîches et cocktails très réussis, desserts traditionnels cassatina et riccia testés sur les conseils du serveur et on a adoré.

solo una stella, perché meno non si può. servizio pietoso: non si può aspettare oltre 30 minuti seduto ai tavolini, in attesa di qualcuno che ti venga a prendere l'ordinazione, giustamente oberato in conversazione con altri avventori. evidentemente sono invisibile.
