Per noleggiare una macchinina senza carta di credito mi hanno chiesto oltre al costo dell'auto anche 800 - 1000 euro nonostante le coperture assicurative da pagare nel preventivo. Volevo un'auto non un 737.

Noleggio auto ottimo, con parco macchine nuovo e prezzi molto buoni. Il titolare Roberto è molto cordiale, simpatico e preparato. Prima del ritiro, è obbligatorio una fermata ristoratrice, nel vicinissimo locale di fronte al noleggio, con specialità siciliane di altissimo livello! Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e ritorneremo sicuramente.

Roberto is the friendliest person in Italy by far. He gave us a beter car than we booked for the same price and even bought us coffee and cannoli after we finished the paperwork. Will definitely recommend Europcar Grosseto to any- and everyone.

Macchina affittata a una cifra onestissima in un weekend in cui era praticamente impossibile trovare macchine disponibili a Grosseto.Gestore disponibilissimo, avevo dimenticato il cellulare in macchina e nonostante fosse domenica si è fatto 50km per riaprire la macchina e restituirmelo.

Grande attenzione alle esigenze del cliente, massima disponibilità, cortesia e professionalità. Viene cercata e trovata una soluzione ad ogni richiesta. Roberto è davvero bravo. Complimenti !!

Preso un'auto tramite Arval perché avevo bisogno di fare dei lavori alla mia macchina; Europcar ottima, macchina semi nuova. Arval come sempre impeccabile, puntuale e veloce. Ho riportato dopo due giorni la vettura e dopo aver espletato le pratiche burocratiche necessarie, ho chiesto al gestore del punto Europcar se poteva accompagnarmi alla carrozzeria per ritirare la mia auto (distanza 1,3km tempo 3 min. cfr Google ) Il gestore impegnatissimo mi ha detto che non poteva assolutamente, salvo poi, dopo nemmeno 5 minuti, chiudere l'ufficio per andare a fare un'abbondante colazione durata 15 minuti di orologio al bar difronte.
Per questo lo volevo pubblicamente ringraziare per la gentilezza.

O atendimento pode melhorar.

Buongiorno. Voglio segnalare la grande cortesia e professionalità trovata nell'ufficio di Grosseto gestita da Roberto. Non è la prima volta che noleggio macchine da lui e mi sento di dire che è un piacere trovare persone così disponibili e dedite al suo lavoro.
Sicuramente molto presto tornerò a noleggiare una macchina per i miei viaggi di lavoro o piacere.

Hmm....we got two cars and we had no reservation. So we were very happy and grateful for that. However, the return was very annoying. While parking the car we saw the attendant standing at the door. By the time we parked and went to the door for the business, it was locked up. We knocked a few times and waited thinking he must be there. Eventually we left the car and dropped the key in the deposit box. Called a taxi and left, however we missed our train. My gf wanted a receipt etc so she went back to the car rental as we now had two hours to kill. She knocked a few more times and noticed a sign saying that business was closed 13 00 - 15 00....on Monday. So she knocked again and the attendant came to door quite angry that his slumber was disturbed. He was very rude and kept telling her to come back in a half hour. Then also charged 18 euro for gas refilling ( we couldn't figure out how to operate the gas pump at the station) then 63 euro for gas (the tank would only take about 25 euro to be filled) for a tiny twingo car. Very disappointed with that ending for my Tuscany trip.

Super affidabile e cortese

Roberto was busy with many clients on the day we returned our hire car but always kept us informed and even gave our young children so toys to play with whilst we waited. He has an excellent customer service manner about him and was able to recommend other sites to visit on our next return.
