Bertazzoni conveniently directed us to After Sales & Repairs (a third party called 0800 repairs). once contacted, 0800 repairs directed us to another subcontractor called Capital Repair. money was taken straightway for the visit to check on the issue. since the visit on 26th October there was no information or communication till 22nd Nov. If contacted during this time, Capital Repairs decided to be rude on the phone and not ready to help. A formal written complaint was sent to Bertazzoni (inc head Office) on 22nd nov. All that has happened since is Bertazzoni UK office forwarded the letter to Capital Repairs. Our demand for refund of money is still pending till date. not sure if there is any expectations of better service one can have from a brand like Bertazzoni. Extremely disappointed and now have to get mediation services involved to get the money back.....
