Worst experience of my life. My girlfriend cryed and the whole day was ruined.

Booked a skip the line tour or the colleseum. although a bit late starting once we got going it was worth the money. Our guide Francesca was very knowledgeable and the pace was spot on. no queuing and the queue for those buying tickets on the day was huge! so worth it just to avoid that. We got a real insight into the structure, Francesca is an archaeologist. but also life in that period of history. Great value

We had a tour of the Colosseum and Forum. Our guide was Fi, who was five star. Her knowledge and enthusiasm was infectious and everyone on the tour were enthralled.

My Wife and I did the Colosseum and ancient small group tour through Tripmasters and this tour group set the tone for a fantastic vacation and experience. Our tour guide Jorge was amazing with his kindness, attention to detail and taking time to connect and understand each client in the group. We were quick to get in and avoid the long times and the tour guide kept heat in mind. The guide even took the time to help elderly done stairs. Now that our vacation is over this tour company was one of the highlights and will look to use the again in next visit. Also will recommend to family and friends.

Cuando te quedas sin excursión, por que la noche antes te mandan un correo diciendo que la adelantan media hora sin explicación y no lo ves. La reserve mediante de getyourguide y menos mal por que se negó la compañía a devolverme el dinero, aun que getyourguide. Y si la reservo en español es por que no se ingles y me escriben en ingles.

It was thunder storming, hail storming and pouring yet this tour company only cared about making money than the safety of their customers. They refused to let us reschedule. We weren’t asking for a refund, just a reschedule because we didn’t want to get struck by lightening. We cut our losses. Pathetic tour company.

We had a great tour of Palatine Hill, Roman Forum and the Colosseum. I wish I could remember our tour guides name, it started with a D. Though the tour was supposed to start at 10:10, we got an email the day before rescheduling it to 10:30. It all worked out and we enjoyed the tour a lot. The group size was perfect and our guide really accommodated for the heat allowing us to fill up our water bottles and take photos.

Flavia was fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She tells you the stories of the colosseum, roman forum and palatine hill like if she had lived through it. You can tell how much she loves her city. I recommend this 100% to anybody that visits Rome. Well worth the money. We did the whole tour with my 3 year old on my shoulders and it went great. Keep water bottles and snacks though.

Thank you so much to Flavia with the Vatican tour so helpful and even offered us a lift to get us to the next tour and when, she showed us to were the taxis were and when we got to the next tour she had phoned ahead and that had upgraded us for the afternoon with Fe who had lots of energy and an amazing tour guide thank you.
