Tip. You can buy your red open top bus pass for the city from the counter. It's about 20 Euros.

Best place for shopping

Beautiful store with a wide variety of religious souvenirs. Customer service is worse we had in Roma. Gabriella the store assistant was rude, combative and confrontational. Customers are assisted by these store employees to find the perfect souvenir that suites their needs. Gabriella selected pieces we did not like and when kindly declined she became very rude. She did this with more than 50% of the items she showed us. We purchased 15 different items. When asked questions about the prices and discounts that applied she was just as rude. The store owner was made aware of his employees rude behavior and he too could not quell his unruly Gabriella. We would not recommend this store. You are better off purchasing your Vaticano keepsakes from the vendors on the roadside or another store.

I was on an EF Tour tour around Italy and our tour guide took us there to shop...as did all of the other tour guides. As a result the entire place was hectic and disorganized. But that's not what bothered me. The real problem was that we had to leave the items that we wanted blessed at the store so our tour guide could come pick them up for us. It sounds fine in theory, but really, it wasn't because one of our members never even got her items because they gave hers to the wrong tour guide. This was in March. It's now June and we have tried multiple times to get into contact with these people and see what's up but there has been absolutely no word about it. I am starting to think it is time to give up.
