Positiv: Freundlich, symphatisch und gemütliche, saubere Zimmer! Es gab einen Balkon vom Gemeinschaftsbereich aus und auf dem Zimmer einen Kühlschrank. Wirklich sehr nett, schnell vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und keine lange Laufzeit in den Stadtkern (ca. 15-20min). Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room! There is a balkony accessable from the dining area. Really nice, close to the main station and 15-20min ish walking distance into town.. Negativ: Es gab leider kein Frühstück (aber den Kühlschrank und kleine Läden oder Bars in der Nähe). Ich hätte mir gewünscht, das im voraus zu wissen - es wird außerdem auch auf der Bookingseite angezeigt (und der Name steht ja für Bed & Breakfast...). Unfortunately there was no breakfast and we had not been informed about this beforehand. On the bookingsite it said that breakfast is included (and as you would assume from a B&B). But there was a fridge and bars or small supermarkets close in the area..

Положительный: Все супер ! Расположен рядом с вокзалом Санта Мария Новелла, до центра мин 10-15, в комнате тепло , кровать удобная , завтраки замечательные, хозяин Франческо очень отзывчивый. Останавливаюсь здесь второй раз. Цена качество ! Чтобы добраться коротким путём нужно идти вдоль вокзала параллельно трамвайным путям , дойдёте до угла кафе Vienna ,напротив будет гостевой дом. Рекомендую !.

好意的: ドミトリーとそこまで変わらない価格設定のシングル部屋のため静かに過ごしたい人向け。 部屋は綺麗でとても快適に過ごせました。 電気ケトルや飲み物、タオル、シャンプ、ドライヤー等アメニティーは充実してました。 オーナーがとても親切で、荷物も預かって貰いチェックアウト後に入る鍵まで貸してくださいました。. 否定的: 市街地と逆方向なので少し歩いたが、歩けない距離ではないです。 滞在中Wi-Fiが故障してたのが残念だった。 入り口が分かりづらいので表札をよく確認して下さい。 レイトチェックインは別途費用が少しかかるので注意が必要です。.

Positief: Locatie is erg goed. In 11 minuten bij station Firenze S.M.N. en 25 minuten naar ponte Vecchio/centrum. Na inchecken was de eigenaar vriendelijk. Een van de eigenaars sprak niet zo goed Engels maar de andere (broer) spreekt goed Engels (door de telefoon gesproken). Er was een waterkoker op de kamer met thee.. Negatief: Ik had een kamer geboekt met een 2 persoons french bed voor 1 persoonsgebruik (dezelfde prijs als bij gebruik 2 personen) zonder ontbijt. Bij het inchecken probeerde een van de eigenaars mij op een andere locatie eerst in een kleinere kamer van 10 m2 ipv 16 m2 te zetten met een 1 persoonsbed wel met gratis ontbijt. Ik weigerde die omdat ik een 2 persoonskamer met french bed had gereserveerd. Later bood hij mij een 2 persoonskamer dit keer groter maar met een vochtplek in het plafond. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik de geboekte kamer op de juiste locatie, alleen de kamer was kleiner dan in de beschrijving op Booklng staat 16 m2, de kamer was maar 10 m2. Erg druk bij de gedeelde douche..

Positive: -Great location. We walked everyday, no buses/trams. It takes about 20 mins to get into the center. A bit longer to cross the bridge to the other side but you can plan a bit and treat it like little excursions -Very friendly people at reception -Great shower with warm water & good heating in the room -Super comfy bed (at least for me, I prefer them firm) -The topped up things like teabags and tissue for the bathroom if they were almost finished. Negative: -No complaints! :).

Положительный: Замечательный отель, расположен на 4 этаже старого итальянского дома. Все в нем и лифт и ставни на окнах внутренние и внешние создают неповторимый итальянский колорит. При этом мебель, телевизор, холодильник и санузел в отличном состоянии. В номере чисто и есть всё необходимое (холодильник, чайник, ложки, чай, сахар, полотенца и моюшие принадлежности).В отеле подают завтрак за 6 евро. Можно ограничиться итальянским, а можно попросить обычный европейский за те же деньги. Не шведский стол, но нам хватило очень даже. Очень отзывчивый хозяин. Отель расположен в 15 минутах ходьбы от жд вокзала и в 30 мин ходьбы от основных достопримечательностей города. Всё в пешей доступности. Прямо на вокзале есть супермаркет Conad. Для первого попадания в отель необходимо нажать соотв кнопку на домофоне. Фотографии соответсвуют действительности.. Негативный: Все понравилось.

Négatif: Le matelas étant un peu trop dur pour nous, mais c’est une question de goût. Positif: Nous sommes arrivées vers midi, la chambre était spacieuse et d'une propreté irréprochable. L'emplacement est parfait, 20 min pour arriver au Duomo et à 2 min de la station de tram. La rue n'est pas passante, donc très calme pour bien dormir la nuit. En raison des disponibilités, nous avions la chance d'avoir une chambre avec toilettes privatives sans un ajouter un sou. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, à recommander vivement !. Négatif: Rien.

Positif: Tout! L emplacement, le personnel, la chambre... Rien à dire. A 10mn à pieds de la gare, à 15mn des plus beaux monuments, et au besoin le tram est en bas de l immeuble. Chambre familiale spacieuse avec une salle de bain privative. Le complexe, au 3 ieme étages d un immeuble, est juste splendide décoré avec goût. Tous ont à cœur de vous faire passer un bon séjour. The accommodation is on the third floor of a building located quite close to the center - it can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Mr. Fabrizzio, a character with a special charm, with almost musical accents, specifically for Salerno, made the accommodation more authentic for the atmosphere in Firenze. The rooms are a combination of modern with old, with originality notes. I have received advice on a better tourist orientation and I can say that it is worthwhile to try the hospitality of this place. Excelsior!

L'alloggio si trova al terzo piano di un edificio situato abbastanza vicino al centro - può essere raggiunto a piedi in pochi minuti. Il signor Fabrizzio, un personaggio con un fascino speciale, con accenti quasi musicali, in particolare per Salerno, ha reso l'alloggio più autentico per l'atmosfera di Firenze. Le camere sono una combinazione di moderno e antico, con note di originalità. Ho ricevuto consigli su un migliore orientamento turistico e posso dire che vale la pena provare l'ospitalità di questo posto. Excelsior!

My husband and I booked this hotel due to having a large amount of luggage and this is about 4-5 blocks from train station on flat ground. The B&B was clean and felt safe in the location. HOWEVER, we were in a room in the lobby (there are two rooms connected to the lobby) and we were woken every day from people checking in and out. Although this is not the B&Bs fault, there are Paper thin walls in those two rooms. Also there is no A.C. We opened the window at night for a few hours the first night and were eaten alive by mosquitos worse than ever before (and were from Hawaii). I even had multiple bites on my ears and was woken multiple times a night from them buzzing around my ears. We had a shared bathroom with another room which was clean. We were also charged a 15Euro fee from needing a late check in due to a train mishap, which i did not see on the website only a 10 euro fee for early check in. I would not stay here again due to mosquitos and lack of sleep from no noise barrier but if i couldnt afford anything else it is a decent option. There is a cafe on the corner. ten-15 minute walk to Duomo. 5-10 min walk to train and bus station.

Olumlu: Tek kelime ile süperdi. Daha önce İtalya'da birçok yerde kaldık. En iyisi, temizi kalitelisi buydu. Odalar fotoğrafta gözüktüğü gibiydi. Çok güzel ağırlandık. Bir daha gidecek olsam kesinlikle başka bir yer düşünmem. Daha önce Türkiye'den gelen bir arkadaş kötü yorumda bulunmuş.
