Volevo fare una domanda sul mio ordine e sono stato messo in attesa dall'operatore automatico per 30 minuti, ascoltando melodie natalizie sul loro registratore. Alla fine ho riattaccato e nessuno mi ha aiutato. Questo è patetico! È la stagione delle vacanze e il servizio clienti dovrebbe avere la massima priorità.
