If I could give more than 5 stars I would...Anthony was incredibly helpful in assisting us in renting a villa in Forte dei Marmi. The villa was immaculately clean, well equipped and check in was easy. He recommended a great beach club and even called up and ordered delivery pizza for us as we don’t speak Italian. He’s such a pleasant and fun person to deal with and I will definitely be using his company next year. Grazie!

We rented a house using this agency this year. When we arrived, the house was filthy. Floors, kitchen, bathroom, pots, pans, coffee maker needed deep cleaning. Anthony, the manager of the agency, was dismissive and totally unprofessional. Maid services did not show up despite the fact that we paid for them. I would recommend that you don't use the agency or rent the properties they manage. There are other agencies that you can use in the area. It was a nightmare for us.
