Drzwi do łazienki haczą o podłogę i ciężko się zamykają. Obsługa choć miła i pomocna, to nie radzi sobie z językiem angielskim. Śniadania podawane "na kartki" w pobliskim barze, na które składa się ciastko, kawa i szklanka soku pomarańczowego. Obiekt jest słabo oznaczony, ciężko do niego trafić. Znajduje się w kamienicy i jedynie drobny napis na domofonie wskazuje na jego położenie. Uważam, że cena nie jest adekwatna do jakości..

From the moment we opened the hotel door, the smell of moisture and mold almost knocked us out. In our private room, the situation was even worse. A problem well-known to the hotel owners who covered it up deliberatly and skilfully with some type of fastened wall cushion which made it impossible to see the discoloration and visual humidity on the walls which must have been present since the whole building smelled like a century old swimming pool. ||||This was not only a case of inconvenience and nasty discomfort but more likely one of serious public health issues. We woke up with headaches every day and when we closed the window for an hour, dizziness set in. This building is obviously uninhabitable and to expose tourists and employees to such danger is downright outrageous. ||||I could add to this review that the owners are very friendly, helpful and kind and if you do not have a functioning olfactory organ you might even think that the rooms are clean. They do get cleaned every day and bathroom supplies are replenished daily but all of this doesn’t matter if you take into account that the building smells as if it could collapse any moment like a soufflé and your breakfast consists of Ibuprofen to handle the effects of a dangerous smell.|| ||The owners must engage in long lasting and expensive renovations instead of making expenses to cover it up.

Este bed & breakfast está situado en un edificio antiguo de Roma, a 10/15 minutos andando de la estación de Termini. En la zona tiene supermercados, restaurantes, autobuses... La habitación era amplia, con camas cómodas, aunque iluminación un poco escasa. El ascensor del edificio era antiguo y un poco claustrofóbico. El baño de a habitación estaba reformado recientemente y era muy funcional. El personal, cuando estaba (no disponían de un servicio de recepción) era amable y servicial.||El local con el que tenían acordado el desayuno, estaba cerca y eran muy amables, con bollería variada y reciente cada día.

There is no reception at the hotel and staff is coming only occasionally, so there is no guarantee you will find someone if you need any help. Positif: On a été bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée, avec toutes les explications nécessaires. La literie était confortable (lit assez dur). La situation géographique était correcte (20-25 minutes à pied de la fontaine de Trevi).. Négatif: Très peu de pression pour l'eau chaude, donc très peu d'eau chaude lors de notre séjour, même après l'avoir notifié. Le petit déjeuner se fait dans café juste en bas, avec un café, un jus d'orange et une viennoiserie. Mention "chambre d'hôte" peu conforme à la réalité, nous n'avons vu personne durant notre séjour à l'accueil, que cela soit à 09h, à 14h ou à 20h..

Η Claudia πρόσχαρη, χαμογελαστή, εξυπηρετικότατη και πρόθυμη να βρει λύσεις άμεσα. Τα δωμάτια ήταν αρκετά άνετα και καθαρά, χωρίς ιδιαίτερο εξωτερικό θόρυβο. Ήταν σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο και είχες πρόσβαση με τα πόδια στα περισσότερα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα να αφήσεις τα πράγματά σου (με μια μικρή χρέωση ανά δωμάτιο και όχι ανά βαλίτσα), γεγονός που μας βόλεψε πολύ.. Αρνητικό: Το πρωινό ήταν αδιάφορο και υπερβολικά υπερτιμημένο, καθώς χρεώνεται 6€ στο δωμάτιο και περιλαμβάνει καφέ, χυμό και κρουασάν !! Η τιμή του πρωινού αυτού απευθείας στη συνεργαζόμενη καφετέρια (δίπλα από το κτήριο) είμαι στα 3.5€. Τα δωμάτια είχαν μια περίεργη (εώς έντονη) μυρωδιά φαρμάκου (μάλλον από κάτι που ρίχνουν στις αποχευτεύσεις), η οποία δεν έφευγε ούτε με ανοιχτά παράθυρα. Στο ένα από τα 2 δωμάτια της κράτησης το φαινόμενο ήταν πάρα πολύ έντονο και η μυρωδιά δςν έφυγε ποτέ. Δεν ξέρω αν ήταν χειμώνας πως θα αντιμετωπιζόταν αυτό..

L'hotel si trova in un posto molto tranquillo e molto vicino alla maggior parte dei punti di interesse della città. Camera pulita, colazione in una dei due bar aderenti con succo brioches e bevanda calda. Fuori dal traffico cittadino.

Positiv: Naja es war sehr Zentral so das man zu Fuß gut überall hingekommen ist.. Negativ: Man musste im nachhinein noch die Touristensteuer zahlen obwohl es bei der Buchung noch anders stand. Man musste zum Frühstücken in eine andere Bar laufen und haben es deswegen ganz gelassen weil wir einfach keine lust drauf hatten. An sich ist das Hotel einfach ne Wohnung die zum Hotel umfunktioniert wurde. Die rezeption ist nur da wenn man sie vorher anruft. Es gibt auch keinerlei aufsicht. Im verhältnis zum preis ist das hotel aufjedenfall zu teuer.

Рядом много достопримечательностей и метро. На завтрак дают талончик в ресторанчик внизу. Рекомендуем этот отель.. Негативный: Нет ни одного крючка для полотенец или стульчика, куда положить или повесить полотенца. Они получались постоянно мокрыми, потому что полотенцесушитель не работает. и развесить полотенца попросту негде..

Positief: B & B lag ongeveer 15 minuten lopen van station, op zich prima locatie, beetje moeilijk te vinden, er hangt geen uithangbord o.i.d. en er staat andere naam op 'naambordje'. Receptie bevond zich op 4e verdieping, maar is niet veel aanwezig. Foto's op de site geven goed indruk hoe de kamer etc. er echt uitzien.. Negatief: Ontbijt was Italiaans, viel ons dus tegen. Italiaans ontbijt bestaat uit 1 koffie of thee, 1 croissant en glaasje jus. Nog nooit zo'n pover ontbijt gehad, maar ja Rome ligt in Italie...... Met jongens in de groei is dit niet voldoende, vooral niet omdat de meeste activiteiten op ongeveer half uur lopen liggen. De metro bij het station ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten wandelen, wel de moeite waard om hiervoor een kaart te kopen, er gaat er iedere 3 minuten 1 o.a. naar Vaticaan..

Nos gusto especialmente la zona donde esta ubicado, pues estas cerca pero lejos del bullicio, es un sitio muy tranquilo donde descansaras de maravilla, sin ruidos y con un monton de restaurantes, pizzerias etc alrededor.Lo que menos nos gusto fue que las sabanas y toallas las cambian cada 3 dias.. Pero la habitación y baño estaban muy bien era amplia.

Positif: Nous avons apprécié le calme du quartier et de la chambre, élément important suite au tumulte romain.. Négatif: La chambre est très peu éclairé ; diurne et nocturne. Le petit déjeuner pris au choix dans 2 cafés proches était un peu frugale !.

Positivo: O quarto era bastante confortável e acolhedor, e bastante maior do que parece nas fotos. Contudo, poderia ter um pouco mais de iluminação artificial. A localização era ótima, apesar de não se encontrar no centro da cidade dá para fazer tudo a pé. Excelente relação qualidade-preço. Em relação ao pequeno almoço, era bastante aceitável. Tendo em conta que o hotel não disponibilizava pequeno-almoço no local, eram-nos dadas umas "senhas" para toma-lo em dois cafés á escolha, na minha opinião o Piave era o melhor..

The hotel was hard to find because there’s no exterior signage, and it’s in part of a normal residential building. The sole desk clerk happened to walk by as we were trying to figure out how to enter the locked building. She gave us 3 keys: one to open the front door, the second to open the inside door to the “hotel” and a third key for our room. The room has high ceilings and new fixtures, and the space is generous. But the desk lamp was broken. The room was cold, and we had to ask the desk clerk to heat it up. She was nice but could only speak Italian. No BBC, CNN or English language channels on its cable TV system. It’s conveniently located about 20’ by foot from Roma Termini station, and bars, restaurants and two supermarkets dot the neighborhood. Amenities were slim. For a family of three, there was only one soap, shampoo and rinse pack was supplied.
