Over charged for a frame, then shipped it all the way from Italy costing an additional $100 in customs. Don't buy from the frauds.

Response to seller: You misrepresented yourselves as a US company. I would have never bought a frame I could have found locally from overseas. You also charged me more than the price listed on your website.

Esperienza pessima. Ho ordinato un reggisella Look con stima di consegna 10-15gg. Dopo oltre 20gg non avendo avuto notizie dell’articolo, ho provato a contattarli, e hanno cercato di farmi credere che sarebbe arrivato entro il fine settimana. Dopo un mese di attesa, ho annullato l’ordine perché ero stanco di tutte queste prese in giro. Hanno dimostrato di essere totalmente disorganizzati, poca serietà, e attenzione al cliente pari a zero. Avrei preferito che mi dicessero che non erano in grado di soddisfare la mia richiesta in tempi rapidi, piuttosto che dare la colpa al fornitore. D’ora in poi eviterò questo negozio come la peste!

I live in the US, and ordered pedals from them online b/c they were the cheapest option of the model I was looking for. My order was updated frequently, and they were delivered THE NEXT DAY. I'm honestly looking forward to replacing more parts so I can order from them again.

When items are not in stock, it may take a while - it took almost 3 weeks for me to receive my item in Singapore.

Packing was great and protected the item well.

Their shipping partner used UPS for last mile delivery which cannot be worse for the consumer - for a SGD$1000 item, I was charged taxes for the equivalent of a $1500 purchase, the addition was due to a huge chunk of processing and service fees that you have to first go through a process to receive a report for, after that commit extra time to go through their administration process (which is not published anywhere and not transparent) and from what I've heard from other forums, pay an additional administrative fees. Indeed, the WORST kind of delivery partner possible for individual customers.

I ordered a Kask Utopia, since this shop was the only place online they had the size S in stock. The purchase was processed in a decent time and I was always informed about the current status of the package. I'm very happy with my purchase and can recommend Ciclimattio.

I do not recommend buying here.

Reason

1. Sell the product without stock. (Shipping is very slow)

2. After delivery, trekking number is given. (If requested by the purchaser)

3. Parts are missing. (Always when buying a frame set)

4. It is cheating that there is a product that is out of stock.

5. Ignore customer requests. (I canceled the product and just sent it)

6. Shop staff are mostly stupid. (I do not understand if I send an email)

7. Response to A / S application is very slow. (Usually 2 to 3 months)

8. Please refrain from refund after cancellation of purchase. (No refund for 4 months)

9. If you cancel after the purchase, you can send it quickly. (Sent to the seller's mind)

If you can hold 9 things ...

But I do not recommend buying.

I bought it here and I was so stressed ... I lost my hair.

I ordered a new Cannondale from Cicli mattio, and I asked them to ship it internationally. They offered me a very good price including shipping charges. The only issue was that shipping took longer than usual due to some heavy traffic at the Milan postal hub (due to the holiday season) . But customer service kept in contact with me by email, and my calls were answered when I called by phone! At the end of the day I am happy with my bike and with the good deal that I got from them. I will deal with them again in the future. Special thanks to Davide for his gift, and to Michele for his good offer.

had some initial issue but all sorted out. When shoes were shipped I got them internstiallu very quickly within 3 days.

Unfortunately the shoe manufacturer count the wrong shoe model in the box so it was not what I ordered. My cycle studio has experienced the same with the shoe manufacturers so it’s bit the fault of Cicli Mattio.

They were very helpful offering to let me use the shoes whilst they sort out the issue at no extra cost.

I will buy from them again

Terrible! First they sent not only the wrong item, but it wasn’t even new. Was told they would send a replacement straight away, after 1.5 weeks I followed up and it wasn’t shipped. Got a refund at least. Never again

Secondo me questo è più che un semplice negozio di bici, è il punto di riferimento per gli appassionati di ciclismo, gentilezza, e competenza da parte dei ragazzi alle vendite e di Silvio il titolare, si può trovare un’ampia scelta di marchi di bici e abbigliamento al top. Grande competenza anche dei ragazzi in officina! sicuramente se si valuta di comprare o sostituire una bici un giro da loro lo consiglio sicuramente!

I recently purchased a pair of NorthWave cycling shoes. They had a nice selection to choose from and their price was really competitive. When I asked them to add another small item to the order that hadn't shipped yet, they added it for free!
Once shipped, the order made it rather quickly right to my doorstep.
I will definitely order from them again.

I placed an order with Ciclimattio and at first service and feedback was very good. I was informed that the items that I purchased is out of stock, after that no feedback and no response. I have written emails, messaged them on Facebook and tried to phone them. With no luck, no feedback and now I wonder if the items and my money is lost.

Nulla è andato secondo i piani e le promesse fatte al momento dell’ordine della bici.
2 mesi da incubo a mangiare nervoso e ad ascoltare scuse su scuse del perché la bici non arrivava.
Ad un certo punto stufo di essere preso in giro ho preteso la restituzione della caparra......
Nel mio caso esperienza molto ma molto negativa
Come nota positiva ho avuto un rimborso per i giri fatti.

They are good at SEO, but not at online retail. More than a month after I placed an order I still have not received and they are telling me that the item is backordered with no ETA. Only after I threatened to open a dispute with PayPal they gave me an option of getting a refund which is not what I had wanted. I suspect some of the glowing reviews may be fake.

Very fast shipping! I ordered pedals (at a very good price) and they went from Italy to Calgary, Canada in 36 hours! I saved ~$100 over what I could get them for in Canada, even after import fees, etc. I'll be shopping there again!

Made three orders in the last two years.
The prices were fair and so was the cost of Fedex shiping.
The only downside was the payment I had to pay directly to Fedex in my country for handling and dellivery, but the safe and fast shipping compensates for that.
Communication was good as well.
All in all a positive experience.
I will certainly return to order more gear in the future.
