Sono passati 4 mesi da quando ho comprato un prodotto e non consegnano. Fanno sempre scuse e prolungano la scadenza. Brutta esperienza. Non lo consiglio.

THIEFS CAREFUL!!!! don´t buy anything online through them. They did not refund me nearly 2000 € for a piece of furniture i returned. I sued them to the interpol and they told me that they have many problems for this. Thank god i paid with my visa and the visa department is taking care of everything!

Ho acquistato un paio di mesi fa delle sedie Forest di Fast da questa azienda e devo dire che sono stata molto soddisfatta!!
Seri ed efficienti. La spedizione è stata rapida e dentro i termini previsti. Imballaggio perfetto.
Il customer service è sempre stato a disposizione per chiarire qualsiasi mio dubbio. Le risposte sono sempre arrivate rapide e chiare.
Per me i numero 1....acquisterò sicuramente ancora in futuro da questa azienda!

I had searched for many weeks for a lounger that was higher than normal as I am disabled and other loungers were too low.This company is the only one I found.
My enquiries online were always dealt with speedily. Although delivery took a while longer than first suggested, when it did arrive I expected there would be some element of construction required. However it literally just popped out of the packaging ready to go. I am most impressed by the company.Well done.

J'ai commandé 6 fauteuils et 4 chaises de jardin il y a 2 mois et je n'ai toujours pas eu de livraison de cette commande malgré de multiples relances de ma part. A chaque fois j'ai eu comme réponse que la commande partirait la semaine suivante car c'était la faute du fournisseur. Le problème vient du fait que ce commerçant accepte des commandes alors qu'il est manifestement en rupture de stock. Encore quelques jours et l'été sera fini et je n'aurai plus besoin de ce mobilier d'extérieur ! J'ai demandé le remboursement des sommes versées pour la commande ...en espérant revoir mon argent un jour !

It has been delivered so fast via international shipping. It took only 4 days including non-business day.
Responses from Sedie.Design were very kind, helpful and fast to solve problems about the Customs.
My wife was completely satisfied that it fits nicely into our living room.

Ho acquistato due articoli diversi a distanza di un anno l'uno dall'altro. La prima volta è andata benissimo per velocità e puntualità di consegna. Il secondo acquisto ha avuto tempi lunghissimi per la consegna e purtroppo non era specificato all'atto dell'ordine. Ho dovuto aspettare quasi due mesi per la consegna e non ho gradito la cosa.

Syyskuussa 2019 tilatut tuolit eivät ole saapuneet vielä joulukuussakaan, pariin otteeseen toimitusta on yrityksen taholta siirretty eteenpäin. Viimeksi tänään todettiin, että tilaus voidaan toimittaa aikaisintaan tammikuun 2020 lopussa. Pyysimme maksetut rahat taksisin. Jää nähtäväksi, kuinka käy.

I usually don't bother writing bad reviews, but now:

Ordered backrests, got delayed about 3-4 times now.
Order from august, still not able to deliver before christmas.

I had to cancel and refund my own customer because I wasn't able to provide replacement backrests in time, which didnt do any good to our credibility.

This simple order is turning into a joke and I don't believe they are actually capable of delivering this item, ever.

Everytime I get a mail that is has been delayed due to a production delay for their cane webbing...

Very upset and last time i would order there.

Don´t buy from them! I have made my order in 6th of June and I´m still waiting to receive my chairs. First they told me it would be in beginning of August, later it was September... then October. We are now in November and nothing. I have asked for refund... let´s see how it goes! DON´T BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordinato 4 sedie il 16 aprile: il 4 maggio mi viene comunicato che la produzione ha subito ritardi e verrà consegnata a giugno. Chiedo informazioni a inizio giugno mi viene detto che sarà consegnato a metà luglio. Chiedo informazioni a metà luglio mi viene detto settembre. Annullo l'ordine richiedendo la restituzione dell'intera somma pagata in anticipo per l'ordine, a più di un mese dall'annullamento di rimborso ancora non si vede traccia e nessuna risposta alle email. Non fidarsi.

Ottima esperienza! Il sito ha dei buoni prezzi e le condizioni di vendita sono molto chiare. La spedizione è stata davvero rapida: il sito si riservava fino a 30gg per processare l'ordine invece dopo appena pochi giorni è arrivata un email che avvertiva che la mia spedizione stava per essere affidata al corriere e il codice di tracking. Il giorno dopo il corriere TNT mi ha telefonato per concordare un orario di consegna. Ho ordinato un meccanismo per divano letto e devo dire che è arrivato ben imballato e pulito ma per sicurezza ho segnalato che accettavo con riserva (se non lo fate eventuali spese di spedizione per la restituzione sono a vostro carico, come è spiegato bene nelle condizioni di vendita). La consegna era a piano strada ma il corriere mi ha fatto il piacere di portarlo almeno dentro il portone. Non so dirvi come sia il servizio clienti perché non ne ho avuto bisogno, tutto è filato liscio.

Very professional service. I purchased a Fabbian light for shipping to Australia. All my correspondence with their export division was courteous and very efficient - thank you Marialaura! The light took a few weeks to manufacture, but once manufactured, shipping was very fast. It was shipped on a Tuesday from Italy, and was on my desk in Australia at 10am on Friday. It was quite a fragile piece as it is blown glass, but it was packed perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending Sedie.Design.

Ho ordinato (e pagato) due sedie "Sabrina" il 9 settembre scorso. Nessuna tracciatura sui tempi di spedizione e consegna. A seguito mia mail mi viene risposto che i tempi erano di circa 40 gg., poi, passato tale periodo che la spedizione sarebbe avvenuta entro venerdì scorso. Poi il nulla: nessuna risposta alla mia ulteriore email e negazione al telefono dell'interlocutrice. Aspetto ma sono molto deluso. Ovviamente si tratta del mio primo ed ultimo acquisto.

The company is a joy to deal with (a replacement shelf was despatched within 10 minutes of me emailing them with details of a small issue).

All my numerous questions were instantly and patiently answered. Sediedesign works directly with manufacturers, so all my special requests about colors and sizes for the furniture were honored and negotiated with manufactures .
I wouldn't think twice returning back to this store for more purchases.

I bought the white Sapiens Book Tower. Ordering was straightforward and the product certainly lived up to expectations. Well constructed, easy to assemble and holds the books well in a limited space. The price seems reasonable compared to other, similar products.
I would say the packaging and delivery let things down a bit. The items are well wrapped and bound but there is no cushioning in the box which allows it to bounce around inside which in turn meant that the box had suffered damage when I got it although the contents were okay. Also I had it delivered to work but my name wasn't on the label which meant that it arrived a day before I found out about it.

Solo due stelle perchè il letto che ho acquistato, della ditta Lampolet serie Komodo, non era corrispondente in tutto alla descrizione, nella fattispecie non c'erano gli irrigiditori nelle doghe e in generale di fattura scarsa con meccanismo non preciso.

I bought the sapiens bookshelf and I'm very pleased. I was also extremely pleased with the customer service. I was buying the shelves for my daughters birthday and I ordered it late - they went out of their way to ensure it was delivered on time. Thank you so much. The only hitch was the courier company delivered it to the wrong house and even put the card in a different neighbours letter box. Great company - not such a great courier company.

Dos meses despues me llama el repartidor desde otra comunidad autonoma, y a dia de hoy sigo sin tener las jod.... sillas en mi casa. He marcado una estrella por que no me dejaba valorar en negativo

Everything was fine. I am very satisfied with the goods. The only minus was the delivery. Maybe the shop should choose the transport company more carefully. I ordered a table with a glass top. It arrived in a damaged package. I was lucky that it was packed properly in factory and it did not brake, but one corner of it was scratched. I think that wis would not happen if the goods were treated more carefully during transportation.

Ho acquistato su Sedie.Design.it schienali e sedili per le mie sedie Thonet che sono tornate come nuove. i ricambi sono realizzati a regola d'arte per la qualità della paglia di Vienna e la perfetta laccatura. Il montaggio è stato facile perchè le misure erano perfette ed i fori per le viti già predisposti. Il pacco è arrivato nei tempi previsti, perfettamente imballato. Una volta effettuato l'ordine sono stata informata sul suo stato per almeno due volte. Pertanto posso dirmi pienamente soddisfatta e consiglio vivamente di acquistare su Sedie.Design.it.
