Ruining one pair of expensive jeans would be annoying but understandable. To continue and ruin 3 pairs is completely unacceptable. The hotel La Gare Sofitel, who sent our clothes to this unprofessional cleaning service, promised the insurance would cover replacements. The Angel service declined to take responsibility, would not even apologise and were totally unsatisfactory altogether. I recomend using any other service in Milan. These people are not qualified and not at all helpful. The hotel finally offered 150 euros towards a stay but I do not recomend this hotel either and would not spend another night there. They spray roome heavily with an allergy causing "perfume" which makes your eyes water and throat sore.

Visitato con un amico che ha familiarità con questo posto. Sono rimasto sorpreso dalla varietà di grandi scoperte, tra cui nuove nella scatola, scarpe di pelle di dinosauro fatte a mano per neonati e bambini. Pensavo che questo tipo di negozio fosse solo per chi cerca cose vecchie! Tornerò per lo shopping di regali prima di andare altrove.
