Ίσως το καλύτερο μέρος για να μείνει κάποιος στην Φλωρεντία! Τα δωμάτια και όλοι οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι, φωτεινοί & διακοσμημένα με γούστο. Το μπάνιο έλαμπε και ήταν πολύ μεγάλο. Η τοποθεσία είναι φοβερή διότι έχεις απέναντι την καλύτερη πιτσαρία της Φλωρεντίας, τη Giotto και σε 5' με τα πόδια είσαι στον σταθμό του τραμ. Γενικά θες 10' με το τραμ για κέντρο. Τέλος ο Sandro ήταν φοβερός οικοδεσπότης, χαμογελαστός, συνεργάσιμος και πολύ εξυπηρετικός σε οτι και εάν ρωτήσαμε για το που να πάμε,τι να φάμε, τι να δούμε κλπ. Σίγουρα συστήνουμε το εν λόγω κατάλυμμα για όποιον θέλει κάτι απίστευτα ποιοτικό και σε καλή τιμή.

Oda çok ferah. Ortak mutfağı gayet güzel. Balkon bahçeye bakıyor. Banyo çok geniş, neredeyse bir oda büyüklüğünde. Çok yakında market olması da avantaj. Positiu: L'estada en general, ha anat molt bé.. Negatiu: Que només fessin reposició de tovalloles cada dos dies i que no fessin el llit ni canviat els llençols en cap de les quatre nits d'allotjament. L'altre motiu no és degut a l'allotjament. Està a 2 Km. del centre, amb parada de bus número 22 a menys de 300 metres. Però no si podia confiar gaire, perquè venia amb retard i a vegades no hi podies pujar perquè anava plè. És una costum? O és degut a falta de previsió durant les festes de final d'any?.

The place itself was a delight. As soon as we saw our room, we were just surprised in a good way. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and the comfort room with hydromassage bathtub was an additional points for this place. Not just that, they have the fully equipped kitchen that you can use anytime of the day with free coffee. The located was not close to the center but it didn’t matter to us since it’s less than 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and 5 stops to the train station. We’ll surely come back and stay in this place on our next trip to Florence and would highly recommend to our friends!

Buen sitio para alojarse, alejado del centro pero lo compensa con comodidades.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy cómodas y se agradece tener terraza en el interior.

La zona común limpia y con unas buenas vistas a un jardín posterior: perfecto para un café a media tarde.

Destaco la hospitalidad de la casera: tuvo un muy buen trato con nosotros.

Positive: Posto delizioso e tenuto benissimo e curato nei dettagli dai proprietari. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri, è veramente ben tenuto, complimenti.. Negazione: I letti di entrambe le camere purtroppo cigolavano ad ogni spostamento per cui la qualità del sonno ne ha risentito. Difficoltà di parcheggio, anche se i proprietari ci hanno offerto un posto per 15 euro. Attenzione, se fatee il check in dopo le 20,00 bisogna pagare un supplemento di 20 euro..

Pozytywna: Sprawny kontakt z właścicielem przez booking, konkretny facet, po przybyciu na miejsce szybko oprowadził nas po obiekcie. Miejsce ładne, zadbane, ale trochę zimne (byliśmy w lutym), łazienka prywatna, ale mała i poza pokojem, na poddaszu, na poddaszu była też wspólna kuchnia, ładnie urządzona, do dyspozycji lodówka, ekspres kapsułkowy, kuchenka, piekarnik, mały taras, ręczniki, suszarka. Pokój nie duży, ale w sam raz. Parking w garażu na parterze kamienicy obok, 15 euro za dobę.. Negatywna: Łazienka poza pokojem była średnio komfortowa, ale do przeżycia. Positive: Property is clean and neat. Location is not bad: 10/15 min by bus or tramway from Firenze S.M.Novella. Room was big and the private bathroom too. It is also close to a shopping mall with shops and supermarket. Overall very enjoyable staying.. Negative: When I got there (around lunch time) there was a kitchen smell quite strong that lasted a few hours. But OK, this can happen! But the night before I arrived I was asked for the arrival time and I was asked to get within certain timings, which I did. You should never make such pression to guests. The same attention was not addressed to me when I asked the favour to use a toilet when picking up my luggage which I was nicely allow - on the contrary - to store for a few hours. I think with a luggage storage and small service toilet, it would perfect..

Che dire splendido b&b a pochi km dal centro di Firenze e a pochi passi dalla linea tram.L'edificio all'esterno nasconde molto bene quello che c'è all'interno.Il locale è veramente pulito ed accogliente,il profumo che si sente entrando è delicato e piacevole.Ci sono delle scale un po' strettine ma caratteristiche che portano alle stanze.Le stanze sono pulitissime,curatissime e ben arredate.Sono moderne e luminose.Attrezzate con asciugamani puliti ed inamidati,phon e detergenti capelli e corpo.La stanza dove ho alloggiato è dotata di terrazza con tavolino e sedie.La vista dà su una radurina verde meravigliosa,vige la pace Delle scale al di fuori della stanza portano alla cucina,attrezzata di macchina per il caffè,frigo,forno,gas,forno a microonde.Insomma si può comodamente cucinare.La stanza è provvista di comodo divano e televisione.Ci siamo trovati più che bene sia a livello di qualità che di prezzo.Non metto le cinque stelle per due motivi,la stanza e il bagno a mio avviso erano troppo freddi.In giornate così umide e fredde c'è bisogno di tepore dopo lunghe camminate di noi turisti.Poi in sala cucina poiché date la possibilità di consumare il caffè non mettete le cialde contate,stamattina per tre persone ne abbiamo trovate solo due e abbiamo dovuto allugare il caffè con l'acqua.Peccato ..da migliorare sotto questo aspetto

A pochi passi ( una manciata di fermate del tram) dal centro di Firenze si trova questo splendido affittacamere. Elegante, pulito, ordinato e silenzioso. Ottima comunicazione con il proprietario che è stato molto esaustivo con le mie richieste/domande. Positiv: Die Lage war optimal. Es ist außerhalb des vollen Stadtkerns, mit der Straßenbahn ist man dennoch bereits in vier/fünf Stationen in der Altstadt. Es gibt zwei Supermärkte um die Ecke und mehrere Cafes in den Straßen ringsum. Vom Balkon aus blickt man in den grünen Garten mit singenden Vögeln. Wir haben einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür gekriegt.. Negativ: Der Parkplatzautomat nimmt nur Kleingeld an, für einen Tag braucht man morgens ca. 15€ Kleingeld parat..

Positiva: La ubicación, la magnífica limpieza, la cocina súper bien equipada. El dueño súper amable. Tienen parking privado 15 euros el día que está muy bien, aunque si tienes suerte en la zona puedes aparcar que tiene zona blanca, no fue nuestro caso. Tienes el tren que te lleva al centro donde está todos los bares, los sitios de interés, a sólo 5-10min caminando. En la misma calle hay un pequeño bar/restaurante que se come bastante bien y buen precio, para cuando vuelves del centro y no quieres volver es buena opción.. Negativa: Las almohadas son un poco blancas para el cuello fatal, y el sofá cama no es cómodo te levantas con dolor de espalda, para una noche se puede pasar pero para más no..

Positif: idéal calme sur ligne tramway direct au centre historique. arrêt à deux rues de l'appartement. un seul tarif ticket valable 90mns. vue terrasse très agréable lever et coucher du jour poétique, petit déjeuner au calme. toutes les installations communes impeccables. literie confort, climatisation idem. Sandro et sa famille (Saluti cordiali a La Sua Mamma) très investis.. Négatif: manqué une petite explication sur l'orientation par rapport à l'arrêt de tram, de ma faute, car je n'ai pas d'androiïd ni de Samsung ni de Smart. Un peu chaud dans la cuisine le premier soir. Rendu des clés à 10h30, comme partout en Italie, mais Sandro, bien intentionné, m'a prêté une clé pour laisser mes bagages et revenir les chercher dans la journée..

Positiv: Wir waren genau so begeistert, wie die meisten hier. Das Zimmer mit Bad war sehr sauber und angenehm eingerichtet. Es hatte eine gut funftionierende Klimaanlage (42,5 Grad waren es draußen im Juli) und mega viel Stauraum. Der Empfang war übrigens sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir konnten uns zudem prima auf Englisch verständigen. Die in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegene Garage haben wir gerne genutzt, da sie abgeschlossen war und so unser Cabrio sicher untergebracht war. Die Gebühr von 15 Euro pro Tag fanden wir angenemessen. Besonders gut hat uns auch die Lage der Unterkunft gefallen: man geht links aus der Tür, immer gerade aus, bis zur großen Hauptstraße und da sieht man schon auf der anderen Seite die Straßenbahnhaltestelle “Buonsignori - Liceo Da Vinci”. Der Fahrkartenautomat ( 1 Fahrt 1,50 €) steht auf jeder Seite der Haltestelle, man kann die Tickets nicht in der Bahn kaufen. Die Fahrtrichtung ins Zentrum heißt “UNITA“, das ist zugleich auch die Endhaltestelle und man ist direkt im Zentrum. Die ganze Fahrt dauert maximal 10 Minuten und die Bahn hat Klimaanlage. Zurück fährt man Richtung “AEROPORTO”. Die Fahrt mit dem Bus würden wir nicht empfehlen. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft, die wir uneingeschränkt und gerne empfehlen können..

Positif: Appartement moderne très vaste avec un balcon et la climatisation. Cuisine partagée avec réfrigérateur sympa. Proximité à moins de 3 minutes à pied d’une supérette où vous trouverez tout. La ligne T2 du Tram qui vous conduit au centre ville moyennant 1,5€ le billet est à 5 minutes à pied de l’appartement.. Négatif: L’accueil était froid et rapide comme ci notre hôte était préoccupé par autre chose. La location du parking est essentielle car si comme pour nous il n’est plus disponible, il vous coûtera 1,5€ de l’heure de parking devant l’immeuble (rien de gratuit autour) et ça de 8h à 20h dans un horodateur qui accepte néanmoins vos pièces jusqu’à 54€ (soit 3 jours de stationnement non stop)..

Positief: Parkeerplaats, locatie en gastvrijheid. De gastheer heeft van tevoren meerdere keren contact gezocht over de (exacte) aankomsttijd aangezien er geen 24-uurs receptie is. De locatie ligt buiten het historisch centrum. Op 5 minuten ligt een tramstation, waarmee je binnen 5-10 minuten in het historisch centrum bent. Ook de parkeerplaats in de straat (à 15,- per dag) was handig. Dr gastheer was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam!. Negatief: We moesten douchen in een bad. Op zich geen probleem, maar het douchegordijn was te kort waardoor de badkamer erg nat werd. Ook bleef het water niet op een constante temperatuur..

Positiv: Mir bzw. uns hat eigentlich alles Gefallen, ein Sehr schönes beschauliches Etablissement, welches sich wirklich hervorhebt durch sein Design - eine Mischung aus verspielter französischer Romantik und Moderne, mitten in Florenz! - Wirklich wunderschön! Die Gastgeber sind sehr liebevoll und zuvorkommend man fühlt sich sofort wohl und schon etwas heimelig! - Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!. Negativ: Da gibts leider nicht zu sagen wirklich, man muss halt beachten das die Toilette, das eigene Bad sich außerhalb des Zimmers befindet, ist jedoch immer noch sehr nah und man bekommt einen eigenen Schlüssel womit man es absperren kann. Also keine wirkliche Kritik nur eine Anmerkung/ Nennung..

긍정적: 정말 강추합니다ㅠㅠ 위치는 약간 외곽이지만 버스 다 잘 다니구요 무엇보다도 호텔 무료 셔틀 서비스가 있습니다. 나갈때 들어올때 둘 다 이용 가능합니다. 조식도 굉장히 다양하고 맛있고(특히 과일!!) 리셉션 직원분들도 친절합니다ㅎㅎ 개인적으로 한달간 유럽여행에서 가장 마음에 들었던 숙소였어요! 최저가 예약으로 완전 저렴한 가격에 호텔서 편하게 묵었네요 I love the hotel free shuttle and great breakfast❤ There reception staffs are very professional and kind. My husband and I stayed here. The guest house is very nice. It doesn’t look like much from the outside it has two double wooden doors with a small sign on it with the name. You have to ring the bell and the owner will let you in. You walk up stairs and on the first floor straight ahead is the owners room. Then you go up another flight of steps and there is a room on each side. The room we had was the one with the folding door that entered our bedroom & bathroom it had a lock on it.On that same floor you go up stairs to a shared nice size kitchen/tv room. Off from the kitchen they have a small balcony you can sit out there. The owner is very nice and is always there for you if you need anything.The place is of walking distance to the market,tram,restaurant. It has air conditioning in the bedroom & kitchen you have a remote to turn them on and when you go out you turn it off.

Θετικό: Το δωμάτιο και η τουαλέτα είναι τεράστια. Βρίσκεται πέντε στάσεις από το κέντρο της Φλωρεντίας με το τραμ. Τιμή εισιτηρίου 1,5€. Σε 10 λεπτά είσαι στο κέντρο. Αν θέλεις να πας με τα πόδια είναι περίπου μισή ώρα. Η στάση του Τραμ 400 μέτρα περίπου από το κατάλυμα. Το πάρκινγκ βρίσκεται 200 μέτρα από το οίκημα. Καθαρό, σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία και με σούπερ μάρκετ στα 150 μέτρα.. Αρνητικό: Δεν θα το συνιστούσα για καλοκαίρι γιατί το δωμάτιο δεν διαθέτει ψυγείο..
