I would totally recommend this hotel for its location, but most importantly the staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The rooms very clean and well presented and tastefully decorated. A must, having breakfast delivered to your room.

Staff was friendly and super helpful. Amazingly located : every major attraction of the city is within a 30 minutes walk.||Room was impeccably clean, with all the usual amenities.||I was surprised to see that the included breakfast wasn't the usual buffet but ordered a la carte and delivered to your room. ||||The only downside is that it is located on the second floor with no elevator.

It’s one of those hotels which is a few rooms and a tiny tiny reception on the second floor. Great location in the shopping area with 30 minutes to the Vatican and 20 to the coliseum. The manager was very friendly, the hotel was very clean and newly refurbished. Large room, we were three, and there was plenty of room. Nice bath and breakfast delivered to the room. A five star experience.

La clim fait un bruit d’enfer et même éteinte il y a comme un roulement qui se fait entendre.
Le principe du petit déjeuner dans une boîte livrée dans la chambre est vraiment bof. Pas de table pour manger donc pique nique par terre ou sur un bout de table basse. Toasts grillés mais froids. Œuf à la coque froid ou livré dur 2 jours de suite, j’avais pourtant encadré et surligné « soft »... pas option chocolat chaud pour les enfants.
Enfin les serviettes sont changées tous les jours ainsi que les savons, donc pas eco friendly du tout, quel dommage. NB : j’ai laissé une note pour garder les mêmes savons et ca a été respecté.

Positive: Nice clean modern room. Comfortable bed and nothing to complain. I was charged perhaps a bit too much.. Negative: Breakfast was good but I don’t eat gluten / sugar / meat so then the choice was extremely limited. But for someone without my dietary requirements, it would be a good bfast.

3 nights, best ever location. 25 min walk to Colosseum/Forum/Vatican (ps I loathe walking but these truly are proper walking times!) 2 mins from Spanish Steps! Rooms lovely and comfortable. We didn’t try in-room breakfast, loads of places to eat minutes away.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Convenient, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast brought to room. Easy to walk, get a cab .Lots of cafes near by. Staff speaks amazing English. Front desk will help book and print out anything. They have a great map of the city.

The hotel is very appealing and clean with interestingly furnished rooms. The staff was super nice and helpful and even recommended us some very good restaurants that we enjoyed. The only thing I didn’t like was that breakfast was made of simple foods and I would welcome some ham or sausage to the breakfast menu. All in all, the experience was great and I totally recommend this hotel because of its excellent location, facility and helpful staff.

Die Lage ist zentral. Fussgängerzone! Taxen dürfen nicht direkt davor fahren. Eingang klein und dreckig. in der 1. Etage ist eine Art Rezeption. Der Fahrstuhl von 1800 ist über 10 Stufen erreichbar. Die 3 Executive Zimmer waren ca 12m2 groß mit Einbauschränken, Fernseher, Minibar, Bügeleisen, Expressomaschine und Wasserkocher. Bad mit Dusche. Guter Zustand. Ein kleiner runder Tisch als Ablagefläche mit zwei kleinen Sesseln vor dem Bett. Der sollte auch als Frühstückstisch dienen. Da wir aber zu dritt zusammen frühstücken wollten, ging das nicht. Also mussten wir im unbeheizten Flur (3.Stock) sitzen, der auch als Warteraum und Bar genutzt wurde. Jeder bekam eine Frühstücksbox , in der das Geschirr, Toast, Zwieback , Essen war. Kleine abgepackte Butter, Marmelade,Philadelphia, auf Wunsch ein gekochtes Ei und eine Scheibe Lachs, Frucht und O-Saft. Mehr war nicht möglich . Es waren genau 14 Grad. Am nächsten Tag haben wir in der 1. Etage gefrühstückt. Alles gleich, aber wärmer! Eine Baustelle im Haus machte bis Freitag Abend lärm. Die Zimmer müssten mal wieder renoviert werden und die Vorhänge gewaschen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Für meine 80 jährige Mutter habe ich lange nach einem barrierefreien Hotel gesucht. Leider stimmt die Beschreibung nicht. Nur die Zimmer haben keine Stufen. Die Rezeption ist Abends nicht besetzt. Woher die 5 Sterne stammen sollen, bleibt ein Rätsel. Es gleicht einer kleinen Pension, die nett eingerichtet ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich!

Located perfectly in the city center, we were able to do the entire city by foot, which was awesome. The room itself is good sized, beds comfortable (pillows too thick though). Peaceful and nice. Two things to improve: 1. Elevator doors need to be perfectly closed to allow elecator movement. Sometimes someone forgets to close after themselves and the elevator gets stuck. With rooms on 4th floor that could be a drag. 2. Bad scent in bathroom.

Our party of 3 couples were so fortunate to have booked our stay in Rome at Boutique Centrale as a prelude to a Viking Cruise. We are all over 65 and the location was of prime importance to be able to walk to all the important sites during our stay. A few blocks from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain and under a half hour to the Colosseum and Vatican. But not only was the location wonderful, so was the staff. They booked our transportation from the airport and then to the port of Civitavecchia, provided early morning breakfasts to our room, gave great recommendations for restaurants and sites to see and let us come back after checkout time to gather our luggage, settle the bill and make one last pit stop before riding out to the port. There is currently some renovation work going on, so the Boutique will be even better the next time we come to Rome. We had a fantastic time and I can’t thank the staff enough for their many kindnesses.

Trenutno se izvode radovi na spratu iznad hotela , plafoni su pokriveni najlonima , ima puno prašine . Doručak je jednoličan i po meni loš. Još jednom da spomenem izvode se gradjevinski radovi u zgradi , verovatno je to razlog lošeg utiska koji sam ovoga puta stekao . Trebao je neko da me obavesti da se u zgradi izvode radovi ..

Gold bracelet mysteriously disappeared from a zipped pocket in my bag. Nothing has been done about this. Staff hardly ever there and nothing is explained. For example, was never informed about a check out time was just called on the day. Very noisy, hard to get a sleep. Breakfast very dry and basic.

On the positive side this hotel is in a good location quite central to the main tourist attractions which are all within walking distance if you are reasonably fit and able.||||The bedrooms themselves have been partitioned with a flimsy plasterboard solution and you can hear a pin drop in the room next to you (let alone any other activity).||||In practice, the ceiling in our room was the underside of the joists and floorboards of the room above. While this may have added to the contemporary feel, it also came with problems: The ceiling/floorboards above became a soundboard and therefore adding to any noise pollution from rooms on the same floor as us. There was daylight between some of the floorboards, which meant our room wasn’t private.||||There were building works in progress above us during our visit. Ugly transparent polythene sheeting had been taped to the underside of the flooring above, presumably to catch any dust, but the noise was unbearable and we were forced to complain. The hotel did agree to suspend the works while our room was occupied, and offered us complementary drinks from the mini bar, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place We felt our room wasn’t fit to be let out while the work was being undertaken and our agents said the hotel had omitted to tell them about the building works.

Positiv: die Lage des Hotels ist super, da man sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat einen gewissen Charme.. Negativ: Das Frühstück hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. Wenn man länger da ist, ist es sehr eintönig. Das Waschbecken ist sehr klein und es gibt keine Abstellmöglichkeiten im Bad. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte Ohropax mitbringen, denn durch die zentrale Lage ist es sehr laut. Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist ,sollte sich eine andere Bleibe suchen, da viele Treppen zu bewältigen sind und es nur ein sehr kleinen vorsintflutlichen Aufzug gibt..

Kleines Hotel mitten in einer Fußgänger Zone mit vielen Shops. Nahe Spanische Treppe, Trevi. Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet, wir (3 Erwachsene) hatten ein 3-Bettzimmer, schön geräumig. Rezeption ist im1. OG , nur teilweise über Lift erreichbar. Service sehr angenehm, Frühstück reichhaltig im Zimmer möglich. Jederzeit wieder!

The room itself was nice at first glance, but the positioning of opened/closed doors were awkward with time. There was this big gap between the closed bathroom door and the wall. You can literally see the person taking a shower. If you were staying with a friend or a family member (not your spouse), it would have been very awkward.

The shower rack did not properly hold toiletry bottles, it always slides off and fell to the ground. Then you had to consistently bend over and pick it up.

The window curtains were a bit dirty and the room was pretty small. If people were talking outside the room, you can heard it loud and clear in the room.

Things were not consistently restocked. First day, I did not get any shampoo and instead had two opened bottles of body creams. Second/third day, I didn’t get any water bottles.

Overall, I would not opt in to stay here again, but for what it’s worth, the people there was very nice and friendly.

Booking boutique hotels in Europe can be a bit of a gamble, but this place is an absolute winner! ||||First of all, the staff is outstanding. Every person we talked to was so friendly and helpful as we asked questions about navigating Rome, especially Ariel - who I think was the owner. He is the nicest guy ever and spent several minutes with us upon check-in to give us the lay of the land with a handy map.||||The location of the hotel is perfect - every major tourist site is within a 20-25 minute walk. It's minutes from the Spanish steps and the major shopping and dining areas. Breakfast is served each morning to your room at no extra cost and the rooms are very new and well-designed. For the price, location, and staff, we were very impressed with everything! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone we know heading to Rome!

This is a very cute property. Ariel was great with check in and even got us some fruit and snacks due to the fact that we arrived at midnight and everything was closed. Romina was also very helpful. The hotel is very centrally located with very nice stores nearby. The lift and the staircase can use a bit of maintenance but other than that we had a fantastic stay. Would stay again!!

The reason i am rating the hotel 3 star is because the rooms are tiny without good soundproofing you can hear all the noise from the road next to the hotel! The bathroom was like a swimming pool each time we had a shower. We also asked for late checkout because we booked two rooms but the manager refused and we had to leave our luggage in the small room they call restaurant with our own responsibility if something happened!||||Very disappointed especially with the value of money you pay for this hotel!

Do you even know what 5 star hotels are ? ||||First of all let’s start with the good facts about this hotel .||1. Location ( I have to admit it’s a very central location)||2. Some staff friendly||||But that cannot hide all the negative things about the hotel :||1. The lift ( seriously . This lift is DANGEROUS. Haven’t seen such an old fashioned , small and dangerous lift in my life).||2. The room’s aircondirion was always noisy when turned on||3. Breakfast area is too small, and dirty.||4. The main toilet of the hotel guests (next to the breakfast area) was very dirty... and when I say dirty I mean ... really DIRTY. ||5. The room’s bathroom was full of problems: the water was all over the place while having a shower and the whole room was filled with water !

My daughter and I had reservations here for August 10th. It was 98 degrees in Rome that day. When we checked in we were told the air-conditioning was not working but wold be fixed that afternoon. They had put a fan in the room. The room was lovely.However, I have asthma and a lung condition that makes it difficult to breathe in the heat which is why we selected a hotel with air conditioning. Around 4PM I called the hotel and was told it was not fixed so I said that we would have to find a new room because I simply could not stay there. We were lucky to find a room with air. When we picked up our luggage we were told to contact Expedia and we would get a refund, which I think we were entitled to. However, Expedia reached out twice and the hotel refused the refund. The hotel was in a good location and the rooms were updated but I feel that their not giving us a refund was very bad business and no way to treat their customers.

Just checked out this morning after a VVIP stay||Amazing location right in the heart of shopping district opposite Louis Vuitton ||All top sites in walking distance from this hotel ||Boutique small contemporary immaculate we stayed in room 105 with balcony well recommended. Open doors and listen to Rome or close for peace and quiet (excellent air on).||Staff superb like home from home with staff : breakfast in bed as standard every morning. They looked after us impeccably ;personal service.||Well recommended hotel.||Also private transfer worth every penny with Jet2. Door to door uniformed chauffeur service. ||10/10 all round. Many thanks to staff at boutique central and Jet2 staff for last minute booking day prior to travel.

Staff were excellent, especially Mr. Ariel. Location was 15 min walking distance away from the fountains, museums and 2 min away from high end shopping places & restaurants . I traveled alone as a female and I felt very secure in this hotel and location. Room was little small and outdated but the bathroom was very clean and renovated. If you are planning to spend most of your time outside, instead of being in the room, this is the perfect place!

Professional staff and breakfast boxes were a feast. When our AC did not work and could not be fixed in time (while it was above 100F in Rome), they gave us a different room as an upgrade and where AC was working. That was a lifesaver and much appreciated.

My husband and I stayed here during one of the hottest weeks in Rome and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a room on the 1st floor, a little noisy during the day but not bad at all.||The front desk was manned (not 24 hours btw) by some of the sweetest people who were all very helpful. The air-conditioning worked pretty well and was definitely a necessity during the week where highs hit to almost 98 degrees.||Only issue we really had was with the bathroom. The shower door didnt close properly and lots of water escaped into the bathroom which didnt have a drain in the main area. We had to use towels to clean it up. || ||The location was excellent: about a 6 minute walk to the Spagna metro, not far from the trevi fountain or pantheon. We were able to find some less touristy spots for lunch and dinner.||||All in all, if this is your first time in Rome, we highly suggest staying here. It was lovely and very reasonably priced.

The whole atmosphere and set up of the hotel was so unique . I was so impressed how clean the place and modern designed was each room, walls, decor . Entrance just everything overall. New modern beds. circular european style. Love them. Everything about this place was excellent . Location was right downtown walking distance to everything. Breakfast was delicious and love the detail of the room service which they deliver to you in a gift box. The staff members were great and went beyond their way to help me make the best of my stay I definitely highly recommend this hotel. 10 stars for this place . definitely coming back and recommending it to all my friends and family

Positive: It was right in the middle of city. Via Corso was located just outside the door. Closed to Spanish Stairs, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi etc. We took a early taxi, 05.00, to Ciampino , 55 EUR, about 30 minutes, which was booked by the receptionist. Staff was kind, helpfull.. Negative: Some of the cleaner dropped the soap plate made of glas in the bathroam and forgot some of the pieces at the bench and to vacumclean the carpet. I noticed the receptionist and they cleaned up within a minute. However this small pieces of glass were everywhere even after cleaning. This might be a small thing, however if you would like to improve you have to have the ”last touch”..

Everything was amazing, would go there again there was only a problem, that to go to the elevator u have a bunch of steps.

BCP was very good! The location was perfect-near boutiques and the metro station, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. Nothing bad I can say about it!

Petit déjeuner servi en chambre et accueil très chaleureux. ||Petit bémol : notre chambre étant située juste à côté de l'accueil, nous entendions le concierge regarder la télé toute la nuit...

This is a small boutique hotel with 16 rooms in the heart of Rome.
Our room was on the 4th Floor which is a new Floor.

Location:
as mentioned the hotel is located at the heart of Rome with a walking distance (up to 15 minutes) to almost every significant place in Rome.
The street is the main touristic street for the good and for the bad. You will have street performers under your windows during most of the day. Window isolation is good so it did not bother us.

Staff:
the staff is extremely nice and helpful. They made some restaurant and taxi reservations for us before and during our stay and were always willing to help and assist with a big smile on their faces.

Room:
the room is new and equipped with everything you need. it's not a big room but is sufficient for a couple.

Breakfast:
there is no dining room at the hotel. You eat breakfast at your room after filling a form (every day) with the food items that you want.
If you want any additional items you can call the reception and they will provide them to you.
Depending on your breakfast preferences this could be a plus or a minus.
We are less happy with this kind of breakfast as the there's not much diversity when picking up the items, You eat pretty much the same breakfast everyday and at a room which is already fairly small.

Reception:
reception is on Floor 1 which means you need to climb steep stairs with luggage in order to get there. the reception is not manned 24x7. I think the hours are 7:00 - 22:00.

Elevator:
this is a BIG issue. the buildings stairs are quite steep. in order to reach the SINGLE elevator you need to climb a half of a floor. The elevator is old with 2 manual door sets that you need to close,
otherwise the elevator is not going anywhere. Now imaging you are after a long walking day (Rome is a walking distance city) and someone at Floor 3 did not close the doors appropriately...
The result is that you don't have an elevator and need to climb 3 steep floors to reach your room.
It happened to us 4(!) times.

Overall our stay was OK at that hotel, most of the credit goes to the hotel friendly staff.

This is a small boutique hotel with 16 rooms in the heart of Rome.||Our room was on the 4th Floor which is a new Floor.||||Location:||as mentioned the hotel is located at the heart of Rome with a walking distance (up to 15 minutes) to almost every significant place in Rome.||The street is the main touristic street for the good and for the bed. You will have street performers under your windows during most of the day. Window isolation is good so it did not bother us.||||Staff: ||the staff is extremely nice and helpful. They made some restaurant and taxi reservations for us before and during our stay and were always willing to help and assist with a big smile on their faces.||||Room: ||the room is new and equipped with everything you need. it's not a big room but is sufficient for a couple. ||||Breakfast: ||there is no dining room at the hotel. You eat breakfast at your room after filling a form (every day) with the food items that you want.||If you want any additional items you can call the reception and they will provide them to you.||Depending on your breakfast preferences this could be a plus or a minus.||We are less happy with this kind of breakfast as the there's not much diversity when picking up the items, You eat pretty much the same breakfast everyday and at a room which is already fairly small.||||Reception: ||reception is on Floor 1 which means you need to climb steep stairs with luggage in order to get there. the reception is not manned 24x7. I think the hours are 7:00 - 22:00.||||Elevator: ||this is a BIG issue. the buildings stairs are quite steep. in order to reach the SINGLE elevator you need to climb a half of a floor. The elevator is old with 2 manual door sets that you need to close,||otherwise the elevator is not going anywhere. Now imaging you are after a long walking day (Rome is a walking distance city) and someone at Floor 3 did not close the doors appropriately...||The result is that you don't have an elevator and need to climb 3 steep floors to reach your room.||It happened to us 4(!) times.||||||Overall our stay was OK at that hotel, most of the credit goes to the hotel friendly staff.

חיובי: ארוחת בוקר לפי בחירה מגיעה בבוקס לחדר. אין כמו להתעורר ישר לקפה חם. החדר מרווח במיקום מושלם.צוות אדיב. ממש באמצע הקורסו קרוב להכל.. שלילי: היה אבק במקלחת הברז טוש לא עבד.

Le petit déjeuner dans la chambre était moyen. La chambre très belle et moderne.

Positiv: Der rezeptonist war einfach mega klasse!.. die Lage perfekt!. Negativ: Niente.

Positif: Il est idéalement placé Le personnel était accueillant et serviable. Négatif: Ni bar ni salle à manger et un petit déjeuner uniquement possible dans la chambre . Bref rien en dehors de la chambre elle même Entrée au1 étage avec un escalier à peine propre et pas de possibilité de prendre l' ascenseur au niveau rue Checking out non négociable à 11h00 Rapport qualité prix discutable.

Excellent and attentive reception staff. They were so friendly and have great recommendations. We went to the restaurant they suggested after our long flight from LA and it was so good. They also come deliver your breakfast in the morning, which is delicious! The room was clean and well stocked. Love the service and location! Right in a bustling commercial area by the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain with many shops, boutiques and restaurants. They will help direct you and call a cab if necessary. Highly recommend!

Hotel is amazing and the staff even better. There is no air conditioning so the room was hot even though the weather was not. Staff is great.

The hotel was spotless , lovely room. The breakfast is brought to your room in a box , how nice , We thought , but not really !. the pictures on the site of the laid tables are not in use ?, my daughter said it reminded her of a private clinic !. The location is great you can walk to all the sights easily , the staff are lovely .

나보나광장, 스페인 광장이 10분 내외..위치는 정말 끝내주고, 객실도 매우 쾌적하고 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 다만 루도비시 주차장등 인근 주차장에 주차를 하고 걸어와야하며, 리셉션이 2층이긴 하지만 엘리베이터가 없어 조금 불편함이 있긴 하네요. 암튼 가성비는 정말 좋았습니다.

Amazing location in the middle of everything! designed and cool rooms and the stuff if really kind and willing to help with the best Rome recommendations! (especially Ariel!)

Had a lovely stay here! Staff were so friendly, rooms modern, bright and clean with a typical roman feel. Breakfast served in room was a nice touch - simple but effective. Location was perfect too, everything in walking distance! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thanks guys for making our trip that much more enjoyable!!

The Boutique Centrale Palace Hotel has to be one of the best hotels in Rome. So central in this quite fabulous city & within walking distance of the huge number of such interesting places steeped in history. All the staff couldn’t have been more helpful to my wife and I and the complimentary breakfast (tasty, varied, fresh & fulfilling they were too) delivery to our room for each of the 3 days (that we had the privilege to stay there) was just something else and a great relaxing start to our very full days seeing all or most that Roma has to offer To sum up - lovely hotel, fabulous location, an extremely clean room & a great fresh & healthy bed in breakfast service - yes we will be back ☘️Kieran & Noeleen Ireland

We spent 4 days sightseeing and this is in a fantastic location because you can walk to most places and there are great shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms were a good size and breakfast was excellent. Great service from the staff who were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were cute and very quiet at night. The location was central to everything. The staff was absolutely amazing! Very accommodating. Our flight got in late and they still arranged our private transportation last minute. Our bags were lost and they helped us coordinate to get them back and call the airport and even printed out Ryan air tickets. Very kind and helpful. We truly appreciated everything and were very comfortable
