Положительный: Есть двуспальная кровать: для меня это очень важно! (Но в Венеции в целом с двуспальной кроватью проблема) Обстановка соответствует действительности ( то что было на фото) Wi Fi отличный. Негативный: Отсутствует звукоизоляция( слышно все абсолютно( даже как человек храпит за стенкой, ходит и т.д) Это пожалуй самый большой минус И жаль, что завтрак не входит в стоимость.

Négatif: Le rapport qualité/prix pour un tarif Carnaval, le matelas ressort inconfortable (idem dans 2 chambres) et petit déjeuner banal... j'espérais mieux à ce tarif... paiement à l'avance (là est mon erreur), annulation ou remboursement impossible, changement d'Hotel à nos frais après 2 nuits et mal au dos..

Positiva: La ubicación es excelente, una calle tranquila en pleno centro y bullicio de Venecia. El personal muy atento, el desayuno completo y nos dieron un mapa muy útil a nuestra llegada. La habitación era bastante amplia, más de lo que parecía en las fotos. Y en el armario había varias almohadas distintas para elegir, cosa que se agradece. (En el minibar tenían agua con y sin gas, 1,50€). Negativa: Por poner alguna pega, el colchón era un poco duro pero eso va en gustos. En general tuvimos muy buena experiencia y repetiríamos..

A bit of a challenge to find the hotel, as it is situated in a very narrow alley-way. However, the hotel is very well situated, close to St. Marcs Square. Travellers should be aware that the hotel reception is on the THIRD floor, up some 50 steps, and NO LIFT! The staff were very helpful however, and did offer to carry our cases. Our room was on the FORTH FLOOR, some 60 steps!||Our room was ver pleasant and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. ||One 'minus point' was that the rooms didn't have fire alarms. Apparently this is commonplace in Venice!

Casa Sul Molo liegt in Zentrum, nah von Piazza San Marco, Kleine Läden und gute Restaurants. Offensichtlich Verkehr ist auch gut zu erreichen(5 min) Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück war ok für den Preis. Вариант, конечно, точно бюджетный, но зато очень комфортный)) очень понравилось расположение (2 мин до площади св.Марка), завтрак (приносят чай или кофе, сок, круассаны и всякие варенья-мед-нутеллу), удобные подушки:) каждый день убираются). Негативный: Запах канализации в какой-то момент почувствовали, но, возможно, проветривание решает эту проблему.) Вид на стену с другими окнами из окна(((.

Le stanze sono molto confortevoli con un arredamento tipico, c'è la tv e un bollitore per thè, il bagno pulitissimo e la doccia ottima. La colazione servita in camera è stata eccezionale. Negazione: Nella stanza il riscaldamento faceva un bel po' di caldo ma è bastato togliere le coperte ed aprire' la finestra per un po'. We had a great 3-night stay at Casa su Molo. We arrived late at night, after reception was closed, and it was easy to access. They remotely opened the main entrance and left my room key on the desk.

We had a spacious triple room. It was clean and beds were comfortable (expect for the flat, hard pillows). Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning and included delicious croissants, rolls, yogurt, coffee and juice.

All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Easy email communication prior to our stay.

We found the directions they provided to be spot on! It was easy to find, just a few minutes away from Sant Marco Square.

Super petit hôtel â l'accueil chaleureux et au décor Vénitien. Nous avions les trois chambres du dernier étage et avons été ravis de notre séjour de 4 nuits. Belles chambres avec salle de bains, très propre avec serviettes changées tous les jours. Bonne literie et petit déjeuné suffisant. Personnel très gentil et efficace. Le must, au calme et à deux pas de San Marco. On recommande vivement.

Stiegenhaus ist Eng und für Dicke ungeeignet, kein Lift vorhanden, wurde aber alles auf der Homepage erklärt. zusammengefasst super für uns.

Positiv: Für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht zu empfehlen. Die Treppen sind sehr eng und hoch, wenn man Gepäck dabei hat. Außerdem ist das für mich kein Hotel, sondern eine Pension. Beim Auschecken (um 9:00) war niemand dort.. Negativ: Das Bett war sehr hart, der Stuhl wackelte und war sehr unbequem..

He lady at the reception was warm and welcoming. The rooms were immaculately maintained. Locations can’t get any better. Really wish there was a more convenient way to take our bags to the upper floors. Hence if you travel to Venice make sure you leave your luggage at the train station and only take what you need.

Consigliatissimo per la sua posizione..
Però... pagare 153 euro..per una stanza al 4° piano.. senza ascensore..scalinate strette.. è stato devastante dover salire i 3 pesanti bagagli in stanza.
Poi ciliegina sulla torta: la signora del mattina al check-in (molto gentile debbo dire) c aveva detto che il giorno del check-out potevamo cmq lasciare nella reception i bagagli e girare liberi le nostre ultime ore a venezia.. e cosi è stato. Ma al rientro verso le 18:00 c ha accolto una altra signora.. molto meno gentile della prima la quale ha negato a mia moglie di usufruire di uno dei loro bagni perche ormai puliti per i nuovi clienti ( non ancora arrivati pero) nonostante le avessimo detto che era una urgenza di mia moglie dovuto al suo stato di indisposizione.. e che a breve dovevamo affrontare il viaggio di rientro in Sicilia.
Non c'è stato nulla da fare.
I nostri amici alloggiati a 30 metri da noi.. in un hotel: 1) hanno pagato meno.. 2) colazione a buffet.. 3) c hanno molto volentieri offerto di usufruire del "libero" bagno della loro struttura.

This place, like everything else in Venice, is hard to find, but once you do, you realize what a great location you found. Nice and wonderful hotel minutes away from San Marco (St. Mark's Square). Andreas was a gracious host and the morning in room breakfast was so nice. Small shower like most Italian hotels but the bed was comfortable and everyone so super nice.

Positiv: Die Lage 200 Meter entfernt vom Markusplatz ist perfekt. Zentral gelegen kommt man schnell zu Fuß zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmergröße ist ausreichend, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und WLAN sind vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist ganz nett und alles ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ins Zimmer ist gut, aber es gibt nur süße Sachen. Falls man in der Umgebung essen geht, dann sollte man unbedingt eine App wie Tripadvisor vorher zu Rate ziehen. So kann man gut und teuer essen, ansonsten wird es mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit schlecht und teuer.. Negativ: Ein Aufzug wäre ganz nett gewesen und die Duschkabine war doch sehr klein..

Nós amamos o hotel. O café da manhã é muito gostoso, servido no quarto. A localização é A melhor possível de Veneza, bem pertinho da Piazza San Marco. O atendimento muito bom, o fato de a recepção não ser 24h não foi, de modo algum, problema. Uma dica muito importante: se você está chegando pela Piazza San Marco, passe embaixo da torre do relógio e vá andando pela “merceria orologio” até a terceira rua à direita, assim que entrar à direita, vire na primeira à esquerda, numa ruazinha que tem escrito no chão “albergo splendido pensione”, como se pode ver na foto. Essa já é rua do hotel e você já verá uma plaquinha como nome dele. ||We loved it. Delicious breakfast served in the room. Best location possible. Very close to Piazza San Marco. Gentle staff. ||A very important tip: if you are in Piazza San Marco, go through the clock tower and go through the “merceria orologio” street to a third street on the right, as you turn right, take the first left into a small street that has written on the floor “albergo splendido pensione”, as one can see at picture. Positief: Zeer centrale ligging, dichtbij het San Marcoplein. Prettige kamers met airco. Goed afsluitbaar, waardoor weinig last van het lawaai buiten. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Eenvoudig maar heerlijk ontbijt, ruim voldoende. Negatief: Douche en badkamer wat verouderd en krap.

긍정적: 체크인 시간보다 먼저 도착하고 짐 맡기고 나와 여행하다 다시 들어가 체크인했어요 직원분들 친절하시고 아담한 숙소예요 조식은 빵,요플레,주스.커피 등 체크인할때 물어보고 아침8시반에 객실로 갖다주셨어요 체크아웃후에도 짐 맡아주셔서 잘 돌아다니다 짐 찾아갔어요. 부정적: 찾아가기가 조금 힘들었어요 올려놓은 사진을 힌트삼아 골목에서 찾았어요 여행후 다시 찾아갈때도 조금 해맸어요 욕실이 너무 작아요 엘리베이터가 없어서 3층까지 올라가기 힘들었어요.

Olumlu: Konumu çok merkezi .. Odamazın büyüklüğü Venedik şartlarına göre iyiydi..Resepsiyon çok ilgili ve hızlıydı. Gelir gelmez bize harita verdi ve çevreyi tanıttı.. Olumsuz: Asansör yok, otel için üçüncü kata çıkıyorsunuz.. Bavullarınız var ise merdiven biraz sıkıntı.. Kahvaltı salonu olmadığı için kahvaltı odaya geliyor. Biz üç kişiydik sehpanın üzerinde yemek biraz sıkıntılıydı ama çok da önemli bir konu değil...

Excelente ubicación. Solo que para llegar es complicado ya que en Venecia las calles no estan identificadas en Google Maps. Pesado para personas con maletas porque debes subir 4 NIVELES. Deben indicarlo en la descripción del establecimiento.

Abbiamo soggiornato ieri sera in questa struttura a due passi da piazza San Marco. La stanza pulita, il personale accogliente, gentile e competente e l'abbondante colazione in camera sono i punti di forza. se ci fossero state tende un pò più scure per nascondere la luce sarebbe stato il top. Comunque assolutamente da consigliare.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 gg a Venezia è questa struttura ha decisamente reso migliore la nostra vacanza! Molto pulita, il servizio davvero ottimo: tutti molto gentili e la colazione in camera, WOW!!
