We stayed here with 33 students, unfortunately the landlady marred an otherwise lovely ski trip! ||In fairness, the facilities were good; there were tables in reception for coffee, a common room and clean en-suite bedrooms. ||The downside was the landlady. She started shouting almost as soon as we walked in and didn't stop for our entire stay. I would class her as one of the rudest individuals I have ever had the displeasure to meet.||Firstly, there was too much noise as 37 people carried bags in and up the stairs. The students weren't shouting or being unreasonable, just dragging cases upstairs.||After this some boys spilled biscuits, asked for a broom to clear their own mess up and were screamed at. The landlady proceeded to tell the boys that "this is not normal in Italy" before shouting at two members of staff. The boys had made a mistake, apologised and were trying to rectify it - what was wrong with that? ||After this students were told off for opening a window. The temperature in the rooms was set to 25 degrees and the rooms were like saunas, deeply unpleasant for any length of time! As we couldn't adjust the heating in the rooms I'm not sure what else the students should have done? I wouldn't have minded the landlady having a quiet word with a member of staff, but just like the biscuits she screamed at students then barrelled over to staff to scream some more. It was definitely an interesting approach to customer service! ||As the week went on there were many other minor things which could have easily been dealt with if she was polite or reasonable - but she chose to scream and shout, alienating the teachers on the trip. The evening meal was pork every night and vegetarians were served a block of cheese with potatoes twice (photo below), despite the hotel having their dietary requirements in advance - totally unacceptable. If you have dietary requirements I would suggest you avoid this hotel/restaurant like the plague!! ||We paid extra for a pizza night as the restaurant has a good reputation. As hotel guests our experience was inferior to an external group who came in an hour later. Asking for anything other than margarita pizza seemed to be a huge inconvenience and we given mushroom pizza or ham pizza instead. The group after us were given options like pepperoni which are much more suitable for a school group! Some pizza was not eaten by students and the staff were shouted at again - apparently it is very rude not to eat large quantities of mushroom pizza.||Take notice of this and the several other reviews on here which mention her rudeness before you book - people have not been exaggerating!

Odličan restoran

Bel ristorante e pizze buone con molta scelta, ma tempi di attesa troppo lunghi: di domenica sera per 4 pizze (il locale non era assolutamente pieno, anzi) ci sono voluti tre quarti d'ora. Il personale è molto gentile e simpatico, i prezzi sono giusti

Positive: proprietari molto accoglienti e carini, colazione abbondante, la camera era pulita e sempre in ordine. parcheggio gratuito importante e molto comodo. Stanza per lasciare attrezzatura sci molto ben organizzata. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante e la pizza era molto buona..

Locale carino con personale molto cordiale e gentile. I piatti erano buoni e le porzioni giuste. Unica pecca la lentezza nel servizio, ma nel complesso lo consiglierei a chi desidera mangiare dei buoni piatti della cucina italiana.

Hotel nella media bassa, camere sporche ,ragnatele con tantissima polvere sotto i letti. Il personale e il proprietario gentilissimi, la signora è meglio che cambia mestiere, sempre arrogante

Nella recensione mi limito ad un tre per quanto riguarda il prezzo della ristorazione...faccio un esempio, pagare 16 € un primo, a base di pasta e pesce, quando lo stesso nella mia zona non vado oltre ai 10/11€ mi sembra fuori luogo

Ottima la pizza fritta e la montanara

Positif: Le petit déjeuner était correct.. Négatif: En passant par le parking, il y avait des toiles d'araignées après la porte. Ensuite, dans la chambre il y avait également des toiles d'araignées. Pas de tapis sur un sol froid carrelé. Il faisait très froid et les radiateurs étaient bloqués à 20°. Pour prendre notre douche, l'eau était tiède voir un peu froide. Le soir c'était très bruyant autour de notre chambre. Et enfin, le petit déjeuner ne commençait qu'à partir de 8 heures du matin et donc pour prendre une longue route cela nous fait perdre trop de temps. Par contre, en arrivant la patronne nous a demandé aussitôt 10 € pour avoir un petit chien. Si Booking écris Chiens admis, cela devrait être gratuit. Bref, je déconseille fortement cet Hôtel et je suis étonné que vous mettiez cet Hôtel 3* sur votre site. Cela mériterait d'être remboursé tellement que ma femme et surtout notre petite fille étaient déçu. Quand à notre petite chienne, si elle pouvait parler, elle aurait demandé pourquoi il n'y avait pas un mètre carré de pelouse..

Pozitívne: Jedno z lepších ubytovaní v destinácii Tarvisio,veľké parkovisko,reštaurácia,tentoraz výborné raňajky.. Negatívne: Zima v izbe cez noc na začiatok novembera v horách,temperujú len trocha večer a zasa ráno..

Positive: cozy place with parking spot just behind the hotel. walking distance to the city market and central area, so you can keep your car in the hotel parking.. Negative: The breakfast can be more fresh (the grilled foods)..

Discreto ambiente, specialità di carne, pesce e ottime pizze

Positiv: Frühstück typisch italienisch. Negativ: Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen. Ich hatte das Zimmer gebucht, da ich den ganzen Tag mit dem Motorrad im Regen unterwegs war und freute mich auf die aufpreispflichtige Sauna. Diese sei jedoch nur auf Vorbestellung offen. Der angebotene Garagenplatz für Motorräder existiert nicht, nur ein Kellerraum für Fahrräder. Die erst angebotene Trocknung der nassen Handschuhe und Stiefel war dann plötzlich doch nicht mehr möglich. Hätte ich dies vorher gewusst, hätte ich mich für ein min. 20€ günstigeres Hotel entschieden, das diese leeren Versprechungen erst gar nicht gemacht hat. Nie wieder....

Positif: Salle de bain grande et bien équipée. Très bonnes pizzas au restaurant de l'hôtel.. Négatif: Isolation phonique de la chambre dans la dépendance à renforcer. (Bruits de la route trop présents) Les escaliers entre le niveau parking et la réception..
